Thankfully, they have a restaurant section separate from the bar, which was perfect for a non-smoker like me. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. I was greeted immediately. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there- a rare and beautiful thing. Now, let's talk food. I ordered the Power Bowl with blackened chicken, and wow. If bowls could win awards, this one would be giving an acceptance speech. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, packed with flavor, and the whole dish was fresh, filling, and absolutely delicious. I'd happily order it again tomorrow. I also tried the avocado egg rolls. They were... fine. Not bad, not amazing, kind of like the opening act before the headliner. The dipping sauce that came with them was a little shy in the flavor department as well. Fortunately, I asked for a side of the cilantro ranch that came with my Power Bowl and used that instead. That move definitely upgraded the experience. The egg rolls still weren't bursting with flavor, but the cilantro ranch gave them the personality boost they needed. Overall, the exceptional service and phenomenal Power Bowl were more than enough reason for me to come back!

It appeared they had 2 waitresses to cover the entire footprint outside of the bar and our small group had waited 15 minutes before I finally decided to get up from the tall table against the wall that we were at and go to the bar to order drinks and asked the bartender if there was a server for the area we were in, she said yes and I asked if she would send them over so we can order food. Another 10 minutes later, someone comes over and takes our food order...and that's after my husband was told by a waitress in the area that we weren't in her section so she couldn't help us....but then later comes over to us after we have our food to check on us and see if we need anything....uhm what?!? All this while the manager is laughing it up with this couple at the bar...while facing us. Made eye contact with him several times and the way he was friendly with these other customers was not the same service he was giving to anyone else. He saw us without drinks, saw us with menus and no one approaching to take our order and still did not move from the behind the bar, but was also seen helping with drinks for everyone seated at the bar....when there were already 2 bartenders there. The food was okay, but I was already so frustrated with the lack of service and the service we did get was severely lacking....I just wanted to finish eating and leave. A friend brought up going back to watch one of the VGK playoff games since it's close to where we live, but I just could not be convinced to go and deal with such poor customer service again. It's a bummer because they have a lot of nice seating surrounding the bar...but the service seems to be focused on people sitting at the bar. Oh well! Plenty of other bars in the area!

Just had a horrible horrible horrible breakfast Door-Dashed…read more First of all - If you're gonna serve "inside out" omelets, your menu should say so. So my omelet arrived. The feta cheese was inside the omelet BUT I was shocked to see that the cooked spinach and the small-diced tomatoes were on the outside of the omelet! The order came with toast; I chose Raisin Bread. So the Employee who packed this meal to go, placed the four triangles of Raisin Bread on top of the cooked spinach and diced tomatoes! By the time the food was delivered, PREDICTABLY, the Raisin Bread was soggy and inedible. Hubby gave me his Bagel -- for which we paid an upcharge which would be fine if we'd gotten both Raisin Bread and a Bagel but we didn't get edible Raisin Bread. The home fries are thinly-sliced, overly oily potatoes which were so salty, I could only eat two forks of them -- and I love salt. I threw out much of the omelet (way too much spinach; the tomatoes had been diced so small that it was a tomato mush), all of the bread and 95% of the potatoes; accordingly, my half of the $61 breakfast was worth absolutely ZERO! Fortunately, I have one last large Oatmeal Cranberry cookie from Von's left; that will be my breakfast. After having waited an hour and paying $61, I'll eat a Von's cookie for breakfast. Hubby wanted to ask for "no jalepeños" for his omelet but this restaurant chooses to not allow NOTES or REQUESTS to the restaurant. He finished eating less than 10 minutes ago and just headed for the bathroom; the jalepeños went right through him. We normally order from EGG WORKS and are able to request "no jalepeños." (DD software allows for NOTES and REQUESTS but KEKE's has opted out of offering that convenience to their customers, apparently.) The last time we ordered from EGG WORKS, it took them nearly 1.5 hours to get our order made which is why, today, we decided to try KEKE's. We won't make that mistake again. I mean, seriously?? Who puts toast on top of cooked spinach, knowing the order is a "to go" order? THINK!

Even though it was a Saturday, we were seated pretty quickly. It did get busy after we left, but still not too bad. Our server was great and did a great job taking care of us. I ordered the watermelon drink they have (which you can also order spiked if you want, but of course I can't right now haha) and then also the chocolate chip pancake and a side of sausage links. The sausage links were delicious and so was the pancake. We also got the special bacon and biscuits, too. Both were delicious! Love the inside here too and there's plenty of seating. You pay on your phone with a QR code or you can pay at the register after. I definitely would come back here again for sure!

My wife and I were seated and waited for about 12 minutes without any service. During that time, at least three servers walked past our table multiple times. There was no greeting, no offer to get our drink order, and not even a quick acknowledgment like, "I'll be with you shortly." What was most disappointing was that the servers clearly saw us but made no attempt to make contact. And no, they were not busy. The Stephanie location is usually much busier, yet we have never experienced anything like this there. At around 8:45 am we decided to leave. Before leaving, I spoke with the host and asked for a manager. The manager did apologize and asked us to stay so they could take care of us, but by that point we had already made up our minds to leave and go somewhere else. They also offered a gift card, which we also declined. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression, and I don't think we'll be returning to this location. I suggest more customer service training for these server. Hopefully, others have a better experience than we did.
