    False advertising

This is a public service notice to fully compare the features listed online against the actual features of used vehicles. I test drove a car that was priced based on and listed to have heated seats and a sunroof. Obviously upon inspection it did not have these options. This is false representation of vehicle features which inflates the value of the vehicle. So if they had an oversight in evaluating the vehicle features, I wonder what they had oversight in during their "125 point inspection." Trade in values took a dive from November to December, but I still feel like communication, understanding, and negotiation should have been better, especially because the vehicle was overpriced. We walked out and I will not purchase here and will not recommend.

Dropped car off for service, due to warranty work, tried to up sell me on services, and I had almost 50 miles on my car, they tried to tell me it was to test car, 50 miles who are you trying to kid. At most 10 miles max is all that's needed, wondering who might have drove it to lunch or home, I'm done with this dealership. Buyers and those getting service be warned.

Had a great car-buying experience at Huffines Kia of Corinth yesterday. Andrew Avera was thorough, efficient, compassionate and extremely helpful during the sales portion, and his finance manager, Saul Lujan, conducted the best, low-key, no-pressure presentation of the ubiquitous "extended warranties" that are part of the new car buying reality. Our daughter is thrilked with her 2023 Kia Rio, and the overall professionalism, courtesy and upbeat manner of the entire staff and operation has gained Huffines car dealerships a long-term and repeat customer.

It appears this location escaped their bad reviews during the move by changing their name from Huffines Subaru to Huffines Kia, hence 2 different Yelp pages. I went to the previous location for almost 3 years having a great sales experience and good service at first, but stopped 2 1/2 years ago and refused to return. I won't get into all the details from the last review but it would be sufficient to say that I felt the service department and manager were shady and couldn't be trusted. Last month, while having some car trouble, I discovered my battery was horribly corroded. Shocked my new dealership didn't catch it, having limited time to deal with this and feeling this location owed me a replacement (it was still under warranty) based on our history, I cautiously reached out to the service manager. I do my best to be fair, and despite the fact that I will not return here, I'm raising my rating by 1 star based on two visits and a handful of calls. The service manager invited me to drop off my vehicle that evening so they could get to it in the morning. I was reluctant. I didn't particularly want them to touch my car as there have been unpleasant surprises in the past. I would've preferred handing them the battery and then putting the new one in myself. However, that is not the terms of the warranty and also, you can't really mess up a battery. That being said, I did NOT want them touching anything else and made it extremely clear on the phone and in person that I knew there were codes on the dash, but I did not want them to work on anything else except the battery. I was going to see how many codes remained and proceed on my own. I received a call the next morning that they replaced the battery but also discovered the other problem- a bad transmission valve body. They went above expectation by informing me that Subaru had extended the warranty on this part and that they could have it replaced at no cost to me in 5-6 hours. I was nervous. I didn't really want anyone here to work further on my car, but I was dealing with the time constraints of my commute and having an event in another city that evening. I hesitantly agreed. Over the phone I was noticing a lot of the same behaviors that led me to find them shady in the first place and was quite anxious. However, in person, I noticed a real effort to change some of the behaviors that I had mentioned in my last review. I was glad it was fixed and they were very gracious to me. The new lot is larger than their old one and has a good layout. The waiting room is much nicer than their old location with a variety of drinks, coffee, popcorn and a few bagged snacks. They have lots of comfortable seating and several TV's and I witnessed the staff interactions being very friendly. I started to think I had either judged them too harshly or they had really changed. I was told to contact them if the same lights came back on. About 3 weeks later, some of the same lights came on. Since those warnings were the same as before, I was worried that it was related to the transmission. They saw me that afternoon and after 30 min the service advisor told me it wasn't anything they had done and it was a random misfire code. Though relieved it wasn't related to the previous work, I asked for clarification, but was blown off and told it was probably nothing. I explained that I was going on a multi-state trip and wanted to know the actual cause. I was going to give them more business, but what happened next reminded me why I stopped in the first place. With great condescension and aggressive body language, I was told it would be $140. You see, I understand that this extremely rude and unprofessional response to me came from an assumption on his part. Clearly, he thought me telling him not to do anything else the previous month was because I didn't want to spend any money, when in reality I didn't want them touching anything more complicated than my battery and creating more issues (based on our prior history). He jumped to conclusions and let that dictate how he mistreated me. Clearly doesn't know who he's dealing with. I immediately answered that this was fine, I would go elsewhere. He stalked off, but presumably realized he had been out of line and returned to ask if I wanted my car washed. I firmly told him no and that I wanted my car so I could go elsewhere. Then he and a mechanic surrounded me at my car, talking down to me as men in this industry often do. Though insulted, I remained polite to make my exit faster. They gave me no code report or proof I was even there. That will be the last they see of me. Guess what? It wasn't 'nothing.' That's okay though, it wasn't a surprise. I went to a shop that charged me a third of the amount to diagnose my vehicle. They even managed to be honest, respectful and were horrified when I relayed the story of how I was blown off and why I needed a diagnostic in the first place.

A few months ago, I brought my 2022 Raptor in for The Works service package. After getting home, I noticed part of my splash shield had been left off during the oil change. I called the dealership, and they asked me to come back. When I arrived, they couldn't locate the missing piece and told me they would order a replacement. A few days later, they called to let me know the part had arrived. I told them I wouldn't be able to bring the truck back for a few days, and when I finally did, I explained the entire situation to the service advisor. He seemed confused at first, but eventually told me he had figured everything out and that they'd take care of it. I waited in the lobby for two hours. When the advisor came to get me, he said my truck was ready. Given my previous experience, I decided to verify the repair before leaving. To my surprise, the splash shield was still missing. I had just spent two hours waiting for absolutely nothing to be done, yet I was told the repair had been completed. That completely destroyed my confidence in the service department. Fast forward to today. I had no choice but to return for another The Works service since there aren't many Ford dealerships in my area. Before handing over my keys, I explained what had happened during my previous visit and emphasized that I simply wanted the work done correctly. The service advisor assured me everything would be handled properly. A few hours later, I received a call informing me that the technician had forgotten to put my wheel lock key back in my truck. At this point, it's no longer an isolated mistake, it's a pattern of carelessness and a lack of quality control. When customers are paying to have their vehicles serviced, they should be able to trust that basic procedures are followed and that their vehicle is returned complete. The service advisors have generally been polite, but the repeated mistakes and apparent lack of oversight reflect poorly on the leadership of the service department. Based on my experiences, management needs to take a much more active role in ensuring work is completed correctly before vehicles are returned to customers.

Finally getting a chance to write a review about a car that my husband and I recently purchased through enterprise, it is a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. My husband and I were very excited to get a new car after we sold his tiny Hyundai Elantra, since we have a toddler and a baby on the way, we went to enterprise in Corinth hoping that we would find our dream family vehicle. We worked closely with an extremely nice individual and he helped us find our car almost instantly the manager of this establishment is named Ryan (remember this). Ryan is not the nicest of individuals, our first interaction that made me realize this is, we were going to sign for our car before we sold our Hyundai, we told Ryan that we were not selling our vehicle with enterprise anymore since a different facility has offered us double the price. He asks if we could show him the appraisal to see if he could match the price for our Hyundai. Sadly for Ryan, he could not match the price, so then later on as we're signing on our van, he makes a cocky and rude remark saying that the car facility that offered us double than what Ryan offered us was going to offer us $3000 and when they did if we were still going to be able to purchase our van. Firstly, that is none of his business and Second that is extremely rude and unprofessional. Well long story short we DID purchase our 2022 Chrysler Pacifica and a week into buying, our car gets a service light on our dash that says service shifter light. This light keeps going on and off and a second service light that is for our automatic start/stop. AND OUR AIR FILTER HAD MILDEW SMELL!!! This enterprise location down right USED us just for our money not only are we getting TWO service lights but our brakes are RUSTED and GRINDING!!!! I would also like to add after doing some research, selling us a vehicle with defective brakes is against Lemon laws and Like I said before my husband and I bought this car in hopes that it would be a dream to help us luggage around our family and it's been the opposite. Almost 3 weeks after purchasing our vehicle, Ryan gives us a call and tells us that we don't have enough financial information ( even though he's the one that filled out our information to find us a finance company) and the finance company that we are using is trying to change the down payment $1400 more than what we've already put down on the vehicle he goes on saying, that if the financial company does not receive the information on getting a better look into our financial that they were going to raise the down payment which did not sound right to me because we had already paid the down payment and signed a contract with enterprise. So, I told Ryan that is illegal and he proceeded to tell me that is not illegal and there are certain ways that finance companies do things and it takes seven days to process information IT HAD ALREADY BEEN TWO WEEKS AT THIS POINT so I called a lawyer. The lawyer told me that is very illegal so not only has enterprise scammed me one time but they were trying to scam me twice. We HAVENT even made our FIRST PAYMENT on our vehicle!!!! Our payment isn't due until November 21 and we already have SO MANY PROBLEMS with this vehicle not only am I upset that we were sold a vehicle with GRINDING and RUSTED brakes that we had to spend almost $200 to get fixed out of OUR pocket no coverage but now, two service lights and a carpet that is ripping up in the back. Luckily for enterprise, they sorted out the whole finance company situation, but I am still very upset with EVERY last interaction that I've had with enterprise. I highly DO NOT recommend getting a car from this company!!!! ESPECIALLY the CORINTH LOCATION!!

I have mixed feelings about this place and my honest review and feedback on how they can do better…read moreand what I did like. I was doing my research on the Toyota Crown and 2 years ago when I wanted to replace my Ford Taurus, I wanted to get one, but unfortunately I did not have the cash to get one so I settled with a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid as the Taurus was 150K. I saw that Toyota of Denton has a lot of Crowns in stock and it was the color I really wanted and one day I was curious of clicking on getting today's price. I also saw an old friend of mine worked there, Jack Mitchell. The price ended up being $2000 dollars off extra, so I ended up getting the car $6121 dollars off MSRP. Beware of the $2000 dollar off is a catch is you have to finance through them and not immediate. The person contacted me and wanted to know when I can come in and setup the appointment. I asked for Jack Mitchell and since Wednesday was his day off, he gave me a call early in the morning the following day. I setup an appointment with him on Friday. Unfortunately, Friday was really hectic and I could not get off of work until 4:30pm and I informed the dealership I will be arriving around 5:30pm. We finally arrived and Jack did recognized me as he was telling a story about how his in laws had 12 kids and one of them to get a boy and my wife finally intervened and asked if he remembered me and he did. We took a test drive and Jack told us about the car and some of the cool features. It was night time and we took the car around the block and it was not too bad. I thought the car drove okay, but I knew this was the car I really wanted based on the reviews. We came back to the office and the part I really dislike the most of is coming to a deal. The out the door price was the same. I had to mention about the $2000 off of today's price as they forgot to include that. Jack told me we had to finance through them to get the discount which I was okay and I was okay with out the door price as I knew Toyota of Denton offered the best price. I probably could have gone to other businesses and see if they can beat it, but since I knew Jack I wanted to do business with them. Next was the trade in and what they can offer us which is the tough part as I did my research of what other auto dealers were willing to pay for the car. The first one they offered me was $13,684 dollars and $15,000 trade in credit and I said well I was looking at other websites and they were willing to offer me $19600 to $20K for my car and we were way off with the trade in. Jack talked to his manager and they gave me $17000 for the car and $18000 for the trade in value so the total cost with taxes was $32,388.87 I wanted to push my luck and said if you can get the price to $31,999.99 you got yourself a deal. Then, they came back and only gave me the 0.87 off more and then we could not come to an agreement. Jack said why don't you see if you can sell your car for the price you are looking for and the out the door price will still be the same. I ended up selling my car somewhere else and took an Uber to the dealership and Jack met up with me. We went over the paperwork like credit and went byquickly. I had to wait 30 minutes for the finance guy. The finance guy went over all of the warranties and tried to do some scare tactics about tires deflating, try to get me to pay for future maintenance and theft insurance, but I declined them all. He was not pushy at all and found him humorous. The next step was getting the Toyota app setup and they were detailing my car and said it would be done in 30 minutes. I waited an hour and I finally said something like to ask what is happening as I really wanted to get out of there. The lady that was helping me out named Simone, I am not so sure she really liked her job or not as she seemed uninspired. She did not say anything to me or ask me how is everything. Anyways I found out the car was sitting there for 30 minutes. She setup my app and just took my phone and did her thing, there usually there is someone to guide you and give you instructions, but she just wanted to do her thing and get out of there. She said she did not want to install in the license plate as there was a holder, so she told me go to the service department and have it installed instead of her just taking the car and driving it there. Jack saw me leaving with the car and then he gave me instructions on how to setup the car and the features which was nice for 20 minutes. He asked me if I had any questions and I said no and I thanked him and took my car to the service department. They were fast with the installation and it was only 20 minutes. There is a follow up call with either the manager or the car sales person, but I did not not. I tried to contact them to see if the car owner manual comes with the car, but I did not get a response. Jack was great, finance was good, but rest was meh.

I have been trying to obtain copies of my purchase documents and protection coverage documents for this vehicle. I emailed my sales representative, Tariq Butt, on July 21, 2026, and followed up again on August 4, 2026, but did not receive a response. Someone from the sales team later called me on Friday, August 7, 2026, and said the documents would be sent to me on Monday. Monday has passed, and I still have not received anything. I have purchased two vehicles from Toyota of Denton and have also used them for service, so I expected better follow-up and customer support. Unfortunately, this experience makes me feel like customers are ignored once the sale is complete. I am still waiting for Toyota of Denton to provide the purchase and protection coverage documents for my 2025 Kia Sorento. Based on this post-sale support experience, I would be hesitant to purchase another vehicle from them.
