Some of the staff appeared to be lighting the outside heaters for the evening as the sun was beginning to set but not one person greeted us. Not one person came to even say "hello, we'll be right with you"... nothing. The staff member that I mentioned earlier setting up heaters; he looked our tables direction (since we took it upon ourselves to sit), and did nothing. Not a menu on the table, not a straw, nothing. I was highly disappointed and won't be returning. It's unfortunate that such a highly respected place doesn't have that same equal service for all customers. We surely took our money elsewhere... where we were at least greeted.

The patio has a huge screen which is great for catching a game. At night, they turn the music up inside so it can be hard to have a conversation. The menu has a lot to offer. The bartenders are very friendly and make great drinks. I'm a fan of the variations on the classic G&T. On my last visit, I had an espresso martini and it was excellent! I was pleasantly surprised at how good they made it. I have yet to order a drink that I did not like. They have a small parking lot out front. There's also street parking. Given that it's near a few bars, parking can be difficult during peak times. Wicklow Heights is great for a stop on a bar crawl or for a chill afternoon with friends.

Since the tables were all full, lots of people were either sitting around the stage, or on the turf, or standing on the back patio. Parking was super crowded. Trivia is ran by Challenge Entertainment. The prizes for trivia are gift cards that can be used at the bar. The steak is provided by Culinary Designs by M.E.R. and it's really good.
