However, when I contacted them in 2025 (only 2 years later) about a pest issue, they refused to cover the service, saying it was not included. This was never specified in the agreement, and it feels very misleading. I trusted their promise of a 5-year warranty, but they did not honor it. Absolute Pest Control Home Solutions was absolutely excellent! Kody, Mr. Nature, I refer to him as, knows his stuff! He went above and beyond to ensure that my job was handled completely. After providing me a quote he returned to do the service and learned that my job was much greater than what he could have realized. It turned out that I had an infestation of bats in my attic. Kody decided the best course of action and returned three times to ensure that what he was expecting to happen was happening. He sealed the holes around the roof line. He put three cones on my house. He is truly the face of Absolute Home and Pest Control! He's very knowledgeable about all pest but my issue was BATS! He recommended that I have my attic sanitized, remove the old installation, and install new insulation, which was absolutely necessary because once the holes were sealed you could smell the urine! I'm so glad I did! Absolute used USI Installation Services, who too was fantastic! They arrived ready, equipped, and very professional! They took great care of my personal items as if they were theirs! Removing my figurines to ensure they didn't get broken and putting them back as they found them! The two gentlemen were very nice. Covered everything with plastic so dust wouldn't get on everything. I am so glad that I used Alliance Pest Control and if you're having any type of pest issues, this is the company to use! I live in a normal sized townhouse. Had a racoon(s) in my attic. Waited a little too long to do something about it. By the time I contacted Absolute the coon had destroyed my attic insulation. Coon had set up housekeeping in my place. Kody came a accurately assessed the situation, placed a one way door to my attic fan(the point of entry) . The coon evicted himself in a couple of days and Kody placed a robust cage over the attic vent and sealed the inspection holes cut in the house walls. The crew that replaced the insulation were amazing. In less than a day they removed the old insulation, vacumed and sanitized the attic and installed R49 insulation in the entire attic. We have had a pigeon problem at our rental in Baltimore that no one could shake. Another company came out to install netting to *attempt* to block off the spots where the pigeons would nest but in fact it just created more of an issue and gave them more of a space to nest. They also said a couple of the spots we wanted blocked off couldn't be addressed and there was nothing they could do about it. After months of never using the back decks because of how bad the pigeons were we contacted Absolute Home and Pest Solutions. Kody came out to the house and spent 6 hours ripping up everything the past company has done, installed spikes virtually everywhere, and blocked off the spots they would nest with a hard wire sheet. He addressed all the issues the other company said they couldn't and did a fantastic job. He was beyond pleasant and walked us through the entire process start to finish and was an absolute miracle worker. He said it would be typical to still have the pigeons attempt to come around since they are familiar with the area so it will take them a minute to understand they no longer have any spots here, but it worked instantly. I have seen mice in my House and started looking pest control company to take care of it. Absolute Home And Pest Solutions was the one who came first to visit my home.The person who came first checked all the place around my house and confirmed that he found five to six entry and exit points and explained the plan to take care of it. I signed the contract to proceed further. I paid initial fee as per contract. I purchased one year contract with first three month (monthly than quarterly ). During first visit person has placed their equipment all over the place in home to identify the places where mice coming frequently and said next month he will come again. During his next visit he placed more tool to find mice. This is keep on going on but when I asked why dont you fix the entry and exit point first than in their second visit he said he dont see any point from where mice are coming and he suspected that mice are following me when I get into house at that time. Its been couple of months Absolute Home And Pest Solutions could not catch a single mice however mice are freely movoing in my house and eating/damaging food. Eventually I purchased rate catcher and caught 6 mice until now. I dont recommended to go with "Absolute Home And Pest Solutions".Its my personal experience. I spent just $42 to purchase the tool and caught all of them. I hired "Absolute Home And Pest Solutions" to fix the entry and exist point which they could not find ever, first person who visit my place seems to by lie the details to sell their plan. read more

The owner Chris is very unprofessional and a Liar. I have a bad rodent issue and upon speaking to Chris, I told him I had the issue for some time and hired others and they were not able to do the job. They made an appointment for me and the person showed up 2 hours late and knocked on my neighbors door when my address is clearly displayed in 3 different areas of my home. The guy came in and tried to sell me a plan that I did not understand how that plan was going to take care of the issue. After about an hour of negotiating because he showed up late and I asking for a discount, he did not place me on a continuous contract. We paid about $500 initially. They basically when upstairs in the attic and placed bait. They took so long to come back it was like the issue was escalating. I called several times and spoke with the receptionist (very professional) and told her my concern. Chris called me and asked me the same questions and said that I need the exclusion/inclusion plan. I said would that take care of the issue, he said based on what you are telling me, it seems like you need a home improvement person to come to the house and look for point of entry and do sealing. Mind you this is what I called them for initially. He told me that he had a guy Cody that would do the job for me and that he did not know how much it would cost. Again (desperate) I said send him over. Cody came over and told me that he built some type of contraption that would go on my roof and go around the house outside perimeter and seal entry points. I asked him how much he basically said $1800 I said Hell no, we already gave you all 500. I said how about $1500 (desperate again). He made an appointment came and had to come back because he said he did not have all the material, upon his return he went on my roof and did whatever. When he finished I asked for the pics. He said he forgot. I also stated to him prior we have a brand-new roof and solar panels and that I did not want him to affect any of that. he said it wouldn't. Bottom line was when he finished he said what he did would solve our problem. I said what percentage of guarantee do you think? He said 99.9% we will not have any more issues. I said great. 2 days later same issues. I called him and said you said we would not have any issues. You guaranteed it. We still have the issue. He said it may not be rodents it may be something else. I contacted Chris and told him he came over and I also showed him the text message where I sent the text message to Cody repeating what he said. 99.9% guarantee. Chris said I dont know why he told you that and that the text message meant nothing because Cody did not respond to that. I said if it was untrue, he would have defended it. I said call him and Chris refused. He also argued with me. I have recorded this guy lying. I told him and he said let me hear it. I said you will hear it in court. I have several witnesses that heard what he promised to do and never done. The didn't give us no traps, no tracking powder, just excuses and then act as if we were a problem after taking our money. Every time I asked, he said we not getting no money back. I felt like he manipulated us under duress. One more point, they also told us to cut a hol in the wall so they can place poison in there and said we are responsible for closing it.....mind you this was supposed to be a part of the $2000. I did it and had to pay someone to close it back. After we closed it he said you shouldn't have closed it. I said you did not tell us that. He then said he would buy some panels and cut the wall open that has a spring to keep going in the wall to monitor, when the time came, he denied everything and did not come the time promised. He told his tech to come at 9 instead of 11 and then said GOOD LUCK! I will see him in court, with my recorded conversations. Here at our business in the restroom we had wasps coming through the bathroom fan, talk about scary its that time of the year and its like they woke up and were coming in to make a home I went online to find an emergency service that could get out right away this could not wait... We worked with Absolute for over a year and still have mice. They now are saying it's because we live in a DC row home--I wish they had told us this sooner. Scheduling is a nightmare (auto-scheduled and they never pick up when you call them to reschedule), no online presence, technicians who all say different things, and charge $90 for laying down a few traps here and there. After replacing my insulation with treated insulation, sealing several entry points, and laying down several traps, the mouse problem stopped. I called them for an inspection for a new home I moved into. I naively signed a contract but backed out within the allotted 3-day time frame after doing more research. They upcharge you with a 299$ initial fee so even if you can back out of their contract you end up paying a hefty fee. In my opinion, this is very poor customer experience. I would have gladly paid for the initial service they did, but charging 299$ for spraying around the house/basement and knocking out a tiny wasp nest is unfair and leaves the customer with poor taste. We had a snake in our basement so I called Absolute Home and Pest solutions to help get rid of it. I was sent a text from their scheduler reading, "The fee for the inspection is $79 for snakes and exclusion. If any snake found, we would be able to have a technician remove the snakes while present at appointment." When the technician came to the house, he barely said hello and wanted to go over having me sign an annual contract, which I was about to signup for. Then he proceeds to tell me that it will be $499 for them to remove the snake. I showed him the text message and he called his manager who contributed to argue with me that it was my interpretation. This was not "my interpretation", it was clearly stated. They weren't even willing to negotiate a price. So, I had them leave my home and I will never do work with a company with such poor customer service. Either honor what was put in writing because it was YOUR mistake, or at least come to an agreement on something else. But jumping from $79 to $500 is absurd!
