They helped at every step, giving us great people to work with to get the countertop and tiles and working with us to get the permits and the dates for the work. Once the work began, everything was smooth. His crew are considerate and professional. They did the work exactly as we planned, and everything looks amazing. The new kitchen space is really beautiful. We have so much more cabinet space than we every did. The counters and backsplash look great, and the new appliances were hooked up with no issue. Everything looks clean and professionally done. Jay had recommended a "T Table" which is an extended counter that gives a lot of extra sitting and work space in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this, as it really adds to the counter space, and makes a great space to eat and hang out. I also have to mention, that final price was very, very close to the original quote. That was a pleasant surprise and it made dealing with financing a breeze. I of course never heard from her again. I guess (but can't say with certainty), that one has to be a resident of Westfield to experience the presence of this small storefront design firm?
