I used to hate the dentist. I've always felt very judged and it always ends in pain. When I got dental insurance I started shopping and found huh dental. I went in and instantly felt like I wasn't judged and when I was in pain it was taken seriously. I got Invisalign with them (Alex helped me the most and was amazing the whole time) and I love the results! My teeth are straight, my smile is aligned, and I don't clench my teeth nearly as much. I will say the Invisalign was VERY EXPENSIVE, compared to a lot of my friends that have gotten it I definitely paid way more than them on the treys, appointments and now I have to pay A L O T for a retainer (which I thought was in the initial payment). So I do not recommend this place if you don't have good insurance/ aren't ready to pay a PRETTY penny. Overall tho, very good care, super nice staff and a super clean office. read more

I had been going to Huh Dental Wellness for 2 years before they moved to this location. In 2023 I was given a quote for my wisdom teeth extraction and it was a great price! (This changes in the end) Unfortunately I was laid off from my job for 6 months and when I finally got dental insurance I went in for a cleaning 2 days ago. The dental hygienist kept trying to get me to buy things. She said I needed to get a new retainer and a bunch of other expensive and weird recommendations. After the cleaning I was given a new quote for my wisdom teeth extraction (for some reason) and it was 3 times the cost of what was quoted the year before. I asked them why I can't use the previous quote and they said "it's no longer valid" but "I can use a payment plan". I spoke with them about this via email and on the phone many times but they don't seem to care at all. It's super unfortunate because before this they were my favorite dentists. read more

I mean, seriously - who writes rave reviews about dentist's offices? A visit to the dentist is usually a very unpleasant necessity that I'll go to great lengths to avoid... "Yeah, sorry, I forgot that today was my day as the backup crash test dummy, and Vince and Larry are out, so... I can't make it?" But my visit to HDW was a very welcomed break from that horrid tradition. The staff were nice, pleasant, and patient - an experience that continued through the entire visit. And I was very impressed by the way the team leverages technology to do their job. But, more importantly, when they strapped me to the ominous recliner, my body went through the normal tensing-relaxing-tensing gyrations as I prepared myself for the impending unpleasantness that I knew was waiting for me - only to find that it never joined in on the festivities! On one hand, I was blown away by the level of "clean" they delivered without all the discomfort I've come to expect from a dental appointment. But after I thought about it for a minute, the question became, "why doesn't everybody else do it like HDW does?" They're definitely on to something at HDW. TL:DR Found my new long-term dentist! I had moved for a new job and then Covid hit and I hadn't seen a dentist in ~2 years, so I needed to find a trusted dentist soon. After a few searches, I found Dr Huh. I have come in 4 times now for deep cleaning, filling replacements, and regular cleaning. Dr Huh and all staff have been very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The work performed felt solid and of great quality. They all took the time to explain any procedure (both in layman's terms and technically) and the pros/cons of the various options. They explained well on the procedures and they did great job to take care of it! The plan is not expensive based on my research and still gives you pretty good benefit. From the moment you walk into the office, you are met with smiles and kindness. I am a travel nurse so I am not from this area but Dr. Huh and everyone made me feel at home with genuine conversation and warmth. I have needed to get a project worth of teeth work for the better part of 3 years. Between COVID restrictions and different dentists telling me I need "xyz" and the insurance will only cover so much per year, the project has been long due-for. I wanted to get my wisdom teeth extracted and get a consultation to see what can be done at this point with my new insurance. I looked around, and to my blessed luck, Huh Dental Wellness was in my network. I scheduled a visit, they took new X-Rays and all the work, and based on the findings, they quickly put a plan for me to get all my work done while taking full advantage of my insurance, and some dental work that others claimed needed to be crowns or bridges, they told me straight up that fillings will do (at least for now) - so my best interest was definitely in mind. I went will the plan, and where other dentists had projected 2-3 years' worth of work (due to insurance), I managed to get all that done within a period of two months. Yes, several fillings, crowns, etc were done during the same appointments, but they worked with my scheduled, squeezed all they could from the insurance, and just got the job done. Today, 2.5 months later, all of the projected work is done, and I couldn't be happier. They treat you like family, tell it as it is, and won't try to oversell if they don't need to (Which in my experience is not common) I cannot recommend them enough, and for as long as I live within the area, I will be a customer for life. read more

Dr Huh is one of the kindest and caring dentists that I have had in my life. (Yes, I may be biased, as Dr. Huh is our dentist as well as a friend we got to know recently through another friend.) But I have also received enough dental treatments in my life to see whether a dentist (and her staff) is a real deal, regardless of our personal relationship. She is earnest and never seems to be too tired to answer any questions that you might have about your oral hygiene. Her staff is also professional and very likable. Oh, and some details that show how much Dr. Huh cares for the patients. For my most recent visit, I got an x-ray, and she gave me a tiny lip balm to prevent the dryness of the lips. And she keeps a chest of toys for kiddos, which fascinates my four-year-old daughter. So my daughter is never afraid of her dental cleaning and checkups. I've just opened up a Yelp account to write this review for Dr. Huh. I went in for periodontal scaling (AKA deep cleaning). Since I have never done this treatment before, I was extremely anxious. But Dr. Huh put me at ease throughout the whole procedure by constantly checking on me, being extra gentle and explaning each step ahead of time. After she was done, she also provided me with a thorough after care instructions. I went to four dentists near me before I found Huh Dental and they were the first ones to figure out what was causing the pain in my back tooth and fix it. I was shocked. A lot of previous dentists didn't see anything on x-ray so they didn't entirely believe me, but now I'm pain free. I originally went to to Huh dental because I was interested in their advanced technique in gum surgery but after their care I didn't end up needing it . This again, blew me away, because I went to a periodontist who said I would absolutely need surgery and another dentist that said I should see a physician because my gums health was that poor. Now, I don't know if stress reduction or other elements helped, I can't account for all variables. But I do know that I felt listened to, was given holistic advice, and detailed care (Vaseline for my lips and gadget options to hold my mouth open for me if I wanted) and I think those things mattered. I also appreciate when a health care professional prompts you with what steps they are taking next during before/as they do, which I experienced here. What I can also say for sure is that the dentists and staff were kind, accommodating, and helpful whether it came to my health, scheduling, or billing. I was given good information, guidance to execute on procedures that made an impact, and I never felt pressured or lectured at. They even gave me a free electric toothbrush that I think made a big difference, made it clear what the billing differences would be for me if I had procedures at different dates(insurance wise), and helped me easily update some billing issues. I don't love that you have to pay everything up front, but I was clear that I didn't want credit at Huh Dental for the difference that resulted in what insurance paid and they honored that by refunding the amount on my card instead. I do wish they were open on weekends for convenience, but I had been going to another dentist in my area for that reason and I still prefer Huh because of the service and care. Lastly I would say that I was directed to the option of buying a prescription mouthwash there and I opted for it rather than have to make a trip to the drugstore, but it was $14 vs basically free on my health insurance, but I didn't ask that question and I happen to have really good health insurance. I don't believe they do that for profit or anything, I think it's a convenience option, but I bet if you ask them what it would cost on your insurance they would look it up. Last tip is that it's not the most obvious place to find (wasn't for me anyway) so give yourself extra time on your first visit. Overall, I have gone to many dentists, I'm pretty picky, and I absolutely recommend Huh dental. read more

I had gum inflammation and a wobbly tooth for a year. My dentist suggested I see a gum specialist. The gum specialist wanted to have a Lanap laser clean. This is the first time I heard this tech and it's expensive. I consulted a few dentists and searched for information online. I picked Huh based on Yelp reviews and I have no regrets! They have the nicest staff I have seen at the dentist's office. The clinic is clean and cozy. Dr. Huh explained my situation very clearly. Finally, I decided to have a Lanap laser clean. I am very scared to see a dentist due to the bad experience when I was a child. Befort the Lanap Dr. Othman told me the procedure and make me calm down. I didn't feel any pain when he did anesthesia. He is so gentle and careful. After LANAP, he did a deep clean. I didn't take any pain relief tablet they provide to me. What a fantastic job he did.
