Always love trying new and unique privately owned spots. This place is probably the closest thing to Cava that Hagerstown has at the moment and it definitely speaks for itself. All the ingredients are fresh and vibrant with an awesome flavor to match. Wife and I had the Gyro wrap and Lamb meat rice bowl. Definitely recommend that you include the garlic sauce as a topping. Only thing keeping this from a perfect score is the price. I was really disheartened to stare at the price screen that glared a $31 price tag for a relatively light lunch selection. We admitted to being first timers and right away were given an even more eager wave of an encouraging welcome! Love this place! I will never eat chipotle again because hummus Mediterranean grill brings ALL the flavor! It is delicious. Although I had eaten there before, the rest of my family had not. Thanks to Su she was able to explain each topping for the bowl and help my mom and sister make choices on what to include / try. This place is fantastic! I found it here on yelp when looking for vegan food in Hagerstown and gave it a shot. The falafel was great, all of the pickled toppings really made it special. Also, everyone working there was wearing masks and everyone waiting in line automatically spaced themselves at 6 feet apart. Very friendly and super delicious! I was hoping for the best as previous reviews were excellent, I was in for a big surprise. The food tastes amazing and there are a lot of options which is the only thing going for the place. 5 stars there. The food handling I observed made me want to throw up the food Is had just enjoyed. They need a refresher course on food handling and maybe a visit from the health department. I'm actually happy I'm currently taking an antibiotic, hopefully I don't get sick. The more I watched the sicker it made me. It's like where do I start? So there were 3 people here and they all failed in handling food. Gloves for food prep, try wearing them and changing them after you pick things up that may cross contaminate the other foods. OMG Clean your tools, I witnessed the younger man take the meat shaver and whack it on a trash can several times then take it and shave another type of meat from the skewers without cleaning it first. Here's the thing, some people may not be able to eat the other meat (cross contamination) and the whacking the tool on the edge of a trash can is disgusting. Also this person was not wearing any gloves while handling the tools or food. I witnessed the woman making something in a large pot, she picks up her phone in her food prep glove and taps the screen with the other hand then goes on to stick her fingers in this stuff and taste it, she then taps her phone again with what looked like sauce on her fingers still. Did she change her gloves, nope! Continued making the food. Did she change her glove to taste it again or use the same disgusting glove? Who knows? The older gentleman. So this guy continues to misgender me repeatedly, I corrected him twice and he still doesn't recognize the error. I'm a trans woman, it's not cool okay. Are you anti lgbtq or just anti transgender? Try treating all your customers with respect. Moving on, I witnessed this guy working on something in the kitchen area, he sneezes towards whatever he's working on, also not wearing gloves and goes right back to doing what he was doing without going and washing his hands. At this point I couldn't stomach anymore and I left. Thankfully this place is located close to a hospital so after your visit here you can go there. read more

The lamb was spiced to perfection, the chicken moist, and the gyro thick and juicy. The toppings were plentiful and full of flavor, and I love how they toast the wraps. It is best to order at the store front, when I've ordered online I've gotten chicken that was dry and you leave it up to them to portion which they give you the minimum vs when you go in you can get them to customize you bowl... for the prices that seems to me what you pay for. They also seem to skimp on the sauces. But this place is unique to Hagerstown so I'll still go when I desire it. read more
