Customer service here is amazing. Honestly the best every time I go in however, on Saturday night (9/27/25) I went in and experienced something somewhat traumatic for being a customer. I can't even imagine being in any of those employees shoes. I saw an older employee or boss? Not sure who he was but he was yelling at the employees working. The employees looked so confused and also upset. I felt so displeased because every time I go in I get the best customer service. I was truly disappointed that they were treated horribly. I really hope they're not treated like this on a daily basis because if they are I hope they'll quit. I've worked in the food industry before and I understand the stress and frustration it comes with especially if it's a busy place such like this one so on top of that having an unhealthy management system is overwhelming. Once again I'm truly disappointed on that employee or manager or boss? I don't know who that was but like I said they were treating the employees very rudely and poorly. Take 100 ingredients and smoosh them together in a bowl. That was what my order looked and tasted like. I made it halfway through before giving up. Our chickens seemed to like the mushy mess far more than I did. Can't imagine how you can make lovely Mediterranean food awful, but somehow, that's what happened. I am a Hummas Republic Lover i haven't gone in a while so i decided to go in and get dinner for myself tonight. First of all, it was 90 degrees inside, extremely hot, I was sweating and to make matters worse it took me roughly 20 minutes to even get someone's attention. I was standing in the front of the line waiting and watched one of the staff spill feta cheese all over the counter and all over the pans. She proceeded to slightly dust the pans off and left a good bit on all of them and just left it there and walked away to the back. No washing. No rinsing. This was concerning since I am deathly allergic. After waiting forever I was finally helped by a new worker. I am usually served with the manager who I love. He knows me and my mom and he is very kind and always makes it perfectly. This new person was extremely stingy with all of the servings. I watched him put probably 3 cubes of cumber on my wrap and looked pretty smitten with himself. I was too embarrassed to ask for more (again) so I let it slide (again). Then they were out of the chicken i wanted so I politely waited another 10 minutes after I paid for them to finish my wrap. It would have probably been an easier 10 minutes if it wasn't 90° inside like a sauna. When the waiting was up he proceeded to scrape the bottom of the chicken shawarma pan and give me a ratio of 70% grease (neon green grease?) and 20% chicken and 10% attitude. I just smiled and walked out happy to be out of the sauna. I miss the old staff, when I bit into my wrap I was not disappointed because I saw who made it... But it was gross to say the least. For a 14$ wrap yall could step it up a little. I LOVED hummas republic but it's safe to say I will be steering clear unless i see the manager working. read more

We got the chicken swarma wrap and the gyro beef and lamb meat pita and the protein tasted dry, the sweet potato waffles cold, couscous tasted dry. Not impressed! We chose this place because of their vegetarian options and are so glad we did. The freshness of the ingredients and unique flavors were great, everything we ordered was delicious. The concept is similar to Chipolte, we got: - Wrap with Mushroom Shawarma, 2 different hummus spreads, kale & other veggies... tasty, but needed a little punch of flavor (maybe more harissa hummus or red onions would've done the trick). - Wrap with Chicken Shawarma, 2 hummus spreads, spinach & other veggies... absolutely perfect and even delicious cold the next day. Highly Recommend! - Street style Sweet Potato Fries... probably would just order the plain SP fries next time, but glad we tried them. Very unique combination of tastes. - Hummus with Pita Chips... could get 3 scoops of the various hummuses. Loved all of them and the chips were delicious. Highly Recommend! - Brownie... must've been good, our son ate it very quickly. Our bill was $60 which was pretty pricey, but the quality, amount of food (we'll get at least 4-5 meals from this) and awesome flavors made it well worth it.
