    Chicken with vegetables..

This used to be our go to place for Chinese but the service and food both declined. We just went back to give it another try.. wow! Great experience.. excellent food service and value. I highly recommend!

Very good "Americanized" Chinese food. Can't go wrong with any of the old standards. Friendly and accommodating.

The hot braised chicken is very very sweet! More like caramelized honey chicken?

Best items are the specials not on the menu, but written on the wall: crispy chicken and honey walnut shrimp!

We were seated immediately, which we appreciated because we were tired and hungry. Since we already have our favorite dishes at Cate Zone, we knew exactly what to order as soon as our server came by. Our go‑to appetizer is always the beef tripe -- non‑spicy -- and it never disappoints. We always enjoy it with a bowl of rice, and the combination is incredibly comforting and flavorful. We also ordered the crisp shrimp with egg yolk, which is my 6‑year‑old son's absolute favorite. It's unbelievably tasty -- rich, crispy, and just out‑of‑this‑world good. For our last dish, we tried the crisp sautéed pork for the first time. This one didn't quite hit the mark for us. The flavor leaned sweet and salty with no spice, and it didn't have the same wow factor as the crisp shrimp we love so much. Still, it was worth trying something new. All our dishes came with a bowl of hot, steaming white rice, and everything arrived at our table in under 10 minutes -- their speed is impressive. The portions were generous, and we left completely full with leftovers to take home. Cate Zone continues to be one of our favorite spots, and experiences like this are exactly why we keep coming back.

Thankfully the food was delicious, it came out fast and hot. We ordered chicken & broccoli, Kung Pao beef, black pepper beef, cumin lamb, noodles & crispy pork. We ordered the cumin beef, twice cooked pork, beef noodle soup, fish in chili oil, and also a beef pho (not pictured because we started eating it right away). The twice cooked pork was my favorite. Really flavorful pork belly with leeks and chili, a little smoky from the wok, and perfect with rice. I'd go back just for that dish. The cumin beef was also great -- lots of cumin and spices with crispy bits of beef. The fish in chili oil came in a huge bowl packed with dried chilies, garlic, and peppercorns. Definitely spicy but really good if you like Sichuan-style dishes. The beef noodle soup was comforting and hearty, and the beef pho was solid too -- good broth and a big bowl. It's a pretty casual setup since it's inside the grocery store, but the food is legit and the portions are generous. Definitely worth stopping by if you're already at Pan Asia or craving something spicy

Place your order, go shop a little and go back and grab your food or stay and eat-in at one of the many tables. The #17 noodles, no protein is my absolute go-to FAVORITE dish along with the sauteed green beans and their plain fried rice is better than their shrimp fried rice. I love that they offer whole and half duck. I have to try the crispy pork that hangs along side the duck in addition to the duck. Also the prices are reasonable and the portion size is nice. They have a great menu offering and even sell cold dishes on the outside of the register in the display case, such as: sushi and vegan duck. See my pics attached to my review for Pan Asia

Very cute place! I would definitely recommend this place to families. There isn't too much seating…read moreso it can get busy around lunch time- I went on a Friday around noon and there were a few available tables- but I can imagine that it gets busier on the weekends. There were also tons of board games! I got the strawberry fruit tea- it was wonderful. Not too sweet, had real strawberries in it with lemon slices, as well. Strong green tea flavor if you're a fan of that. Prices were great! Very affordable. I got the crab rangoons which were very good and crispy. The dumplings were alright. The pork and shrimp ones didn't really stick out to me. The beef ones were good! My favorite of the three I tried was the chicken with shiitake and bok choy. I got them pan fried, but I felt like the sides of the dumplings were a bit doughy and undercooked. Overall a very nice place for lunch and a treat! Will definitely return.

It's a pretty spacious restaurant with board games to play, a few random kitchen appliances for sale, and peacock chairs to chill in. The lady working here was really nice, and clarified a few things on the menu for me. She seemed busy with tickets, and pick up orders. The food took a while to come out, but it wasn't too bad of a wait. I wish our drink orders had come out all at the same time though. drinks: Red Bean Uji Matcha - ordered with less sugar, my MIL liked the flavor Pineapple Fruit Tea - ordered with all the sugar, my husband did not get a lot of pineapple flavor Jasmine Tea - ordered with less sugar, I liked the flavor and that the jasmine was strong Food: Cucumber Salad - it was drenched in the sauce, but it was still good. I wish it was smashed cucumber instead of sliced though Pan Fried Dumplings - it was missing a lot of crisp, but the filling was good. We got beef. Boiled Dumplings - Pork was the filling, the wrapper was good and chewy, but it nothing was stand out. Shrimp Shumai - Compared to most shumai, this was big and you could see chunks of the shrimp at the top! Chicken Teriyaki Udon - the noodle was great! I think this had the most flavor, and was the best option for the table. Considering the area, it's probably the best option y'all have, but I think having the udon will be the way to go!
