Unfortunately I do not have a positive experience to share. Not only did we have to flag down the waitress to take our drink orders, but we had to ask how long it would take to get our dinner. It took over a half hour to get our food, my request for extra sauce was forgotten and we were left in the corner and forgotten. A member from my party had to walk up to the counter to request my extra sauce which still took another 5-10 minutes. My gyro was extremely underwhelming as was the service. I believe there was only one slice of lamb on my gyro and the sauce seemed to be sour cream with a dash of chives. When asked how my meal was I was honest and forthcoming with that it was not to my satisfaction. The waitress said she would inform the cook, but did not offer a solution of any form. The classic car show was in town that day and since they were serving street tacos at the show the restaurant was closed. I hate to give this place a 1 star review but it kinda deserves it. This place does not deserve 4 1/2 star rating(as of the time of this review). We stopped in for dinner from a long day of being on the road and we were met with a seemingly kind server and when we sat down there was a Hot Mama burger, Meatball Sub, and chili cheese fries ordered. We had high hopes due to the rating but we were let down. The meatball sub looked like there was cat food dumped in a bun, the burger was dry as hell and we asked for mayonnaise just to have some moistness in there, and finally the chili cheese fries, it was a cheap can of chili dumped on fries with melted shredded cheese from a bag on top. It is really sad that people have given this place a 4 1/2 star review. Not good food. read more

My husband and I stopped here on our way out of town. We were immediately served water then NOTHING. We sat waiting to have someone take our order for over 25 min. Another man who came in at the same exact time was waited on timely. We were never even acknowledged that they were running behind. Once we finally were waited on it was rushed and not friendly. The reviews I read before choosing this restaurant were raving on the food. I have to tell you they were right. Both of our meals were amazing!! The food has to be what keeps this restaurant in business not the service. I can understand a bad day but just let your customers know...don't ignore them. Worst service I have ever had in Cody. I would say it is due to staffing but aside from bad staff they had plenty. Small dining room with 3 servers. The waitress was absolutely the rudest waitress I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She charged us extra for her mistake and then literally threw the money/refund at me while I was saying she could keep it as as tip! She said no shaking her head while walking away. I can not believe that any owner or manager would allow customers to be treated that way. Really to bad because other then her our experience was pretty good.
