We don't order often but when we do, it's always wrong. Repeating the order doesn't help, order comes without a receipt and when trying to call to get the price adjusted, it's more trouble than what it's worth. read more

Be careful. Take the persons name who takes your order over the phone. More than once the order was never made or mistakes were made on the order despite repeating the order to the woman. The staff must have changed since the last few months bc these new people rude as fuck. I ordered a pizza while at work. She got both wrong I called the store back. Both pizzas were wrong and was barely cooked. Someone said let me give u to the person that took the order. She gets on the phone and proceeds to speak in nasty tone i gave you what you asked for. Don't bother trying to order from here if you live even one foot over the Detroit city line. They won't deliver to any Detroit addresses, not even Jefferson-Chalmers which is 5 minutes away from this location... seems discriminatory to me. read more

This restaurant doesn't deliver to Detroit. This restaurant is less than a mile away from my house!!! I asked them why, and the response was it's been this way for many years - and that was coming from the district manager. I told him racism has also been her for many years but that doesn't make it any more right. He had no response to that. I live at the northern tip of downriver and several times, I've gone to this store for my pizza! Polite & upbeat staff, pizza sometimes longer than I'm accustomed to, compared to other stores but my pizza is always ready. has ample seasoning on the crust and when hot, I mean HOOOOTTT. That's fine with me, considering the distance I travel. By the time I get home, it's cool enough to dig into. read more

Best pizza IMO! It rivals my fave JETS pizza (BBQ chicken pizza there is awesome!). I love how they have a variety of crust flavors (do you want butter, butter cheese, garlic butter...?) and super affordable specials (can't beat the $5 lunch deal). I had a small original garlic flavored crust veggie with added green olives. Extra topping was only 1.39 bringing total to just over $10. The small was enough for 2 hungry or 3 snacky people. Even with the fresh tomatoes, the crust was not soggy. I ordered 2xs garlic flavor on my crust, next time will get the flavor but not double it, as it is salty. I ordered online, was told 20 min time for pickup. That was accurate and my pizza was hot and ready. The staff was quick and friendly. There is construction on the sidewalk in front of the building and around the station lot next to them so parking was a bit of an issue, but that seems quite temporary. This is not gourmet pizza. This is pizza - good quality, fast, hot and rivaling any chain, Jets included. Next time I want a pizza in this are, they will be the place, I'm sure. read more

Well, I purchased the howies special +cheese bread and it was perfect ! It's was fresh and my veggies were not soggy but cooked perfect ! The young lady at the counter was very polite. Called to do a delivery order which I have done before, they called back and told me they don't deliver to where I live, when I told them they delivered to me before the girl I was talking to said hold on and put some a**hole on the phone who was very rude to me told me it never happened they don't do it. after he was very rude the rest of the call I ended it. Had to call back because they were the closet one and spoke to someone who was actually helpful and explained that I was 2 streets out of the area and that last time they delivered because they realized after the food was made. I have been a customer for several years. I called to complain for the first time today about the food that was delivered and was very disappointed by the manager's attitude. He discounted my complaint about the poor quality of the food I received and then told me there was nothing he could do. I did not appreciate the rude and dismissive tone. Decent pizza until tonight. 8-17-14, This evening the pizza tasted like soap. I called, they remade it, offered two free and soap again. I don't want free soap. Will never return.
