Found a new favorite flavor of pizza when I tried Jet's BLT pizza! Even reheated the pizza tastes really good!

I walked in, and my order was taken immediately. They had friendly service. I was told it would take 15 minutes and it did. The pizza is tasty, hot, and served the purpose. It's Sunday evening and there was lots of traffic in and out of this space. They had a huge screen with the football game on which I'm sure is a plus for football fans. The staff is nice but there are so many of them! What do all they do? Ive two manned a pizza place during friday rush. That said the food is made correct, it tastes good (if slightly overdone sometimes). Love the sweet chili wings and turbo cajun crust on the pizza. I like a traditional pepperoni, but the hawaiian and bbq chicken are really special there too! read more

Ordered delivery last night. Most under cooked pizza I've ever had from jets. Very disappointing to feed your family $65 pizza and have i not taste fresh and crispy- when i live .25 miles away. My air fryer works better than their big ovens. Not sure who needs to QC the pies there, but someone should. read more

When it comes to pizza, especially a franchised spot, you really can't get an overall better pizza than Jets. They offer a variety of specialty pizzas; the BBQ Chicken pizza happens to be one of my favorites. I am in love with the Jets Bread and they offer nice salads to accompany your order. We decided to try the cauliflower pizza for a low carb option. We were both a little skeptical, but it was absolutely delicious. It comes in a smaller size and the crust is thin. We were both shocked at the flavor and texture of the crust; you wouldn't really know the difference. Of course, we had to order some cheesy bread sticks (not low carb lol) to dip in the famous Jet's ranch dressing. If you are in the mood to try something different, I highly recommend the cauliflower option. Most Jet's are offering delivery and curb side pick up. read more

Well it's Jets Pizza, if you like it then you like it. I chose jets because clearly I want some pizza. Having pizza isn't always easy since I'm eating gluten free. Luckily Jets is thinking of us gluten free peeps. Jets only offers one size of gluten free pizza and is personal pan size. So, if for multiple people buy more than one. Also the flavor was ok. Definitely not bad, but I've had more flavorful gf pizzas. read more

Wanted to give this place a try as I just moved to the area and was a bit let down. First, the price. I did do some modifications, but the 8 Corner Detroiter cost me almost thirty dollars. What? The veggie was super uninspired and was 18 with no flavor or extra corners. Compare that to the Greek from Buddy's for 22 that has SO much flavor and character to it. I think the biggest miss for me was the spinach and feta jet's bread - I was so excited for this and it had absolutely zero flavor. The pizza was not bad, definitely on the greasy side. The 8-corner option is truly wonderful, but the prices were not for what you were getting. Think I will stick to the many other quality options in the area. read more

We had delivery of an Hawaiian pizza that had no taste and was all dough. It's bizarre because I get this pizza on the reg for my mom in Troy. I mean at least 8 times in the last 6 months. The Ryan Road (Sterling Heights store) without fail makes and excellent, really good version of the Hawaiian pizza. I'm so disappointed, given it cost nearly $50.00 with delivery and tip. (We also had a small Greek salad which was really, good by the way.) Just want to say the Grosse Pointe Woods Jets is so off the list. Sad. Well, let me start off by saying you cannot base your experience on the $5 pizza day they had a few days ago. That is not fair to the business. I'm not sure what people expected! I went on that day, ordered early, went right in and got my $5 pizza! Onto the business on regular days....they're awesome! If you have never been here, don't waste your time getting round. You NEED to get square! Not only do you need to get square, you need to also get the 8 corner pizza! Trust me...you will love those delicious corner pieces! When we don't get that one, my husband and I find ourselves fighting over them! When he gets to the pizza first he always says "oh no babe..they only gave us 3 corner pieces..guess you only get one!" lol! I also recommend getting a bottle of their housemade ranch! It's so good! I personally like my pizza dipped in it! you can get sides of it too but just do yourself a favor and get a bottle ;) read more

My adult son ordered meat lovers and supreme large pizzas from Jet's Pizza on Mack in Grosse Point Woods on August 3, 2024. My husband, son, and I ate what we could, but from the first bite, we were all disappointed. Not only was the pizza extremely oily--greasy--in fact--the sauce was bitter, the meats dry, and the entire pie oddly tasteless and stale. The worst of it is, we all suffered mild to severe nausea within an hour. My son and I are still feeling ill the following day. I called the manager to register our complaints, and he initially professed that the order had been canceled--a huge lie that I challenged by telling him I could bring him the entire remaining pizza, straight from our garbage can. He then much more politely offered us a refund or two free pizzas. AS IF! I told him I've suffered greater losses and that I simply wanted him to know there's a problem with the food they're serving the community, so no refund necessary and no more of that pizza please! Suffice it to say, we'll never eat Jet's again in this house. read more

Don't bother texting in your order, it doesn't work. I thought I'd try it for the 20% discount they were advertising, 15 minutes after I thought the order went in...nothing. I called they said they had no record of my order, they proceeded to take my order, so now I have to wait twice as long and pay full price. We've ordered pizza from Jet's when visiting family in the area. The pizza is amazing! Crisp edge, soft dough, buttery flavor. Love the 8 inch square and the breadsticks. New favs are the spinach and feta cheese breadsticks, highly recommended! We got the delivery way ahead of time (have to confess we were just blocks away but couldn't get away!) and they were always very friendly upon delivery. read more

I generally do the square pizza with jets but mixed it up with a round one this time. Apparently it isn't the thing to do. The cheese seemed to have oozed entirely to the center of the pizza and the cheese that was there was pretty rubbery. The jets bread was fantastic though. Domino's seems to be the place for circle pizza. I'll stick to the square next time and see how it goes for this location. read more

We lived in the area for 4 years (2008-2012), and stumbled upon Jets Pizza thanks to a coupon. Wow! So glad we did. This is deep-dish, square pizza deliciousness housed in a simple cardboard box. Oh how we miss thee, Jets! For those four years the quality was consistently good, the prices reasonable (they have frequent deals and coupons), and delivery available even when there was a sh**-load of snow on the road, which happened more often than we would have liked! The only negative I can think of is that we can't get it now that we're back home in Oregon! read more

Disappointing. This used to be my favorite local place, specifically because of the fresh, almost smoky flavor of the cheese and the crust which was just the right flavor and texture. Over the last year they must have changed suppliers for some of their ingredients...the cheese is no longer anything special, and the crust is just bread-like. Pissed. I spend money at this location at least twice a week and tip the drivers very generously(as I am in the tipping industry). Tonight my delivery driver comes up to my door...waits until after tip him and walks down the steps saying "I'll try not to break my spine on the way down the stairs." I also have a side door with no ice on the way up with floodlights that was accessible..needless to say I won't be calling anymore to be treated like crap. The eight corner pizza from Jet's is the best pizza ever! The crust is perfect. Their bacon bread is crazy good also.

This place has great service though I think the pizza is rich it always taste good and is very filling, they sell slices and full pies. Great for a quick bit if your in a rush. read more
