The pork was seasoned right, and everything worked together the way it should. But honestly, the bread is what sold me. They make it fresh in-house, and you can tell. It's light, airy, with just the right bite--exactly what a banh mi is supposed to be. The spot itself is small, but clean and well kept. It's more of a walk-up-and-order setup, not a sit-down-with-a-server kind of place, which I actually don't mind for this style of food. Just know what you're walking into. Drinks are grab-and-go from a cooler--sodas, water, tea--so don't expect fountain drinks or freshly brewed sweet tea. I ordered 2 Kahuna Phillies and a Club Supreme sans mayo. The Supreme Club was recommended and I was told it was a delicious sub. I enjoyed every bite of my Kahuna Philly Large, the bread was soft, airy and so so fresh, juicy all whilst not being soggy even after the 10 minute commute to it's final destination .
