I haven't had Vitality Bowls about 3 years. I was lucky to find one close by my work. I missed it…read moreso much, the servings, the taste, and the freshness, very delicious. The customer service was great too. Now I know where to get açai bowl when I crave it again.

This place is very hit or miss. The quality of the items are great and it's the only place like it…read morein the area. Problem is, this business is ran like it knows it. I've had several complaints about things being in my bowl and dishes that were not ordered (and some I had no idea what it was) and every time I speak to a manager/employee about it it's just a roundabout "there's no way we do that so I don't know how it happened." The employees are obviously not held to a standard at all if that's how the manager approaches complaints. The employees are in the back 99.9% of the time which means they're more than likely back there living it up. Which wouldn't be an issue if there obviously wasn't signs of distraction, lack of simple detail, and a lack of caring, not just according to me, but according to a lot of people. And there's no view of people preparing your food as well which for some can be worrisome. Anytime quality of service and food is up and down as such, it's a sign of bad training and accountability. I've worked in food for 13 years so I'm just speaking from a standard I know what it should be, especially when people are spending their money to trust you with their food, health and nutrition. I've given this places several chances cause when it's done right, it is amazing. This place has a lot of great potential but needs new form of management whether that be a change of attitude or new management in general, quick. Because as a soon as a new spot opens around with better and more consistent service, it'll be playing keep up.

Came here a few nights ago after my husband and I found a really old gift card, and actually had a…read moregreat time. I got the Acai peanut butter and nutella bowl (small) for $13 ish, and he got a white gummi for $9 (remember when this used to be on the secret menu?? haha). We went around 8:30pm Pros: - randomly open later than I would expect - I feel like back in the day Jambas would close like soon after dinner? but this was a nice dessert treat for us! - The young staff were really nice and professional and tried their best to be efficient, to make our order even while in the midst of cleaning before closing up. Did not get the gen Z stare LOL. - Impressively, the acai bowl was pretty delicious. Not too icy or crunchy, with generous portions of nutella and peanut butter. I actually felt like it was better tasting than vitality bowl in CV - lots of parking in this Bayfair plaza Cons: - not a ton of sitting space inside, so better as a grab and go option - I might be biased but $9 for a smoothie seems really expensive - I think my acai bowl was a better value even though it's a little more expensive. But the acai bowl is small, and the nutella and peanut butter is not mixed or blended in, it's kind of just globbed as a heap on top LOL Otherwise - not a bad use of a gift card (if you get one of those choice cards that has Panera/jamba/cheesecake factory on it - I Think this is actually the best bang for your buck) Would not mind coming back

If you want to pay with cash, you have to wait a very long time. Today, my friend and I were excited to go to T's and order something they had posted on Instagram. I wanted to pay with cash, so I waited patiently because there were a lot of people waiting. While I was waiting, I kindly asked one of the employees if I could pay with cash. She told me, "No, there is a machine right there." I replied, "But I want to pay with cash." She looked at me, walked away, and proceeded to help other customers who were also paying with cash and picking up orders. I then asked another employee, and she helped me right away, even though she was multitasking. I finished placing my order on the tablet, but neither employee helped me complete the checkout process. I waited again, and although they saw my friend and me standing there, no one offered assistance. I asked one of the employees for the name of the older blonde haired employee, and she told me it was Angie. T's, please consider having a dedicated cashier at the front instead of having employees in the back juggle several different jobs. The service used to be so good. There was usually a manager or another employee helping customers at the front. Now, it seems like everyone is stretched too thin. What is going on? T's was never like this. The food is great, but the customer service needs serious improvement.

The Staff Had Made It Very Clear That They Don't Have A Way Of Getting A Hold Of The Customer. So They Took My Number Down For The Manager Later That Evening I Received A Text Message From Somebody Saying That They Are The Owner Of This Location. They Have Mentioned To Me That They Were Going To Give Me A Refund Plus A Free Sandwich When I Come In (Which I'm Not Coming Back Ro this Location If The Owner Doesn't Keep His Word), I Have Yet To Receive That Refund. Almost A Week Goes By An Nothing!!! This Happened On Sunday May 17th An Here We Are On Friday May 22nd.
