T's is literally the spot to go to. The food is always super good, but the customer service is terrible. Only one payment machine works, and the other doesn't. If you want to pay with cash, you have to wait a very long time. Today, my friend and I were excited to go to T's and order something they had posted on Instagram. I wanted to pay with cash, so I waited patiently because there were a lot of people waiting. While I was waiting, I kindly asked one of the employees if I could pay with cash. She told me, "No, there is a machine right there." I replied, "But I want to pay with cash." She looked at me, walked away, and proceeded to help other customers who were also paying with cash and picking up orders. I then asked another employee, and she helped me right away, even though she was multitasking. I finished placing my order on the tablet, but neither employee helped me complete the checkout process. I waited again, and although they saw my friend and me standing there, no one offered assistance. I asked one of the employees for the name of the older blonde haired employee, and she told me it was Angie. T's, please consider having a dedicated cashier at the front instead of having employees in the back juggle several different jobs. The service used to be so good. There was usually a manager or another employee helping customers at the front. Now, it seems like everyone is stretched too thin. What is going on? T's was never like this. I have been wanting to come by and when I was finally able to, the girls I brought here have already been here and were excited to come again. We ordered 3 desserts and an elote bowl. Stopped by on a Wednesday evening after the gym and it was not too busy and we got our items pretty quickly. You can order on the kiosk and their menu is pretty big for a small shop. T's has been on my "late night places to visit" list for a while now, and I finally got the chance to visit them one weekend after seeing another Yelper post about their business. After you order, they give u a ticket tag for ur order number and honestly when they call it out, it's a little confusing, and especially if it's busy. I want to suggest going back to the buzzer device that notifies you when ur order is ready but might be a stretch idk. Other than that, we ordered the Hot Cheetos Elote and i will say it is by far the best elote I've ever had. I was having a huge craving for elote and this did more than enough to satisfy that craving. It was extremely hot on the bottom when we got it and it's a bit concerning because of microplastics, BUT for $6 and a fairly decent amount and they include a lime, I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK. And I don't think you can really beat that bc elote elsewhere is usually overpriced and the quality is not as good as T's. I was tempted to try other stuff on the menu but just stuck w/ the elote for now. Bad customer service, waited long for my order. I placed my order at 8:50pm with a crepe and dry meat i only received the crepes and the ladies refuse to give me the dry meat because apparently i didn't pay for it.  I showed them that i did and they said "no, we cannot give it to you". This place is so cute!! I came here for the first time back in Fall 2022 when T had recently opened her shop and I loved it. When I visited a second time I was super impressed by how much she has built on this space and expanded the menu. Last time I got Nutella mini waffles and they were delicious. This time we got two smoothies -- All Berry and the Cookies and Cream Protein Shakes with whey protein. 10/10 flavor and thoughtfulness! My only feedback is about the added wall to the kitchen and cashier station -- I think it's hard for the staff to see if there's customers waiting in line to order. Amazing food. We had a waffle with vanilla ice cream, strawberry, mangos, and bananas, topped with whipped cream and peanuts. Everything was made to perfection. The waffle batter was perfect, and it was perfectly crispy and soft inside. The fruit was sweet and perfect. The ice cream wasn't homemade, but it was still good. It came with a side of syrup but honestly the waffles didn't need the syrup. The mini waffles were so good I was craving it again shortly thereafter. The ambiance of this place is casual even though the line was long and it took awhile to get our food. Just to order it took 10 minutes and then probably another 15-20 minutes to wait. I saw people leave even since the wait was awhile. In that time, there were about 20 people total in front or behind us, which is a good amount of people total they served in the small space. They are clearly popular and should probably hire more people to reduce the wait. Another unfortunate thing is that their parking lot was packed. Street parking isn't great but I guess people could park elsewhere and cross the street but that seems inconvenient. Lastly, they used a lot of foam and plastic ware - utensils were wrapped with plastic and I would recommend to them to be more environmentally friendly they switch to paper boxes and utensils that aren't wrapped in plastic. For $8 for plenty of food, this place is reasonable and high quality. I would definitely be back but would probably avoid weekends next time to avoid a long line. read more

The place states that they close at 11pm and I've gone multiple times 10 min before 11 and they say they're closed and I've gone 15 min before and they tell me they're closed yet the open sign in still on and the doors are open. If they're going to close earlier than the posted time then they should actually change the closing time posted. read more
