My daughter asked for a smoothie so we went here. Not the most pristine plaza but we were there for smoothies, not for finely paved asphalt. I tried some of her drink and it was the best strawberry-banana smoothie I've had in my life. Perfect balance of all the flavors + iceeee cold. T's is literally the spot to go to. The food is always super good, but the customer service is terrible. Only one payment machine works, and the other doesn't. If you want to pay with cash, you have to wait a very long time. Today, my friend and I were excited to go to T's and order something they had posted on Instagram. I wanted to pay with cash, so I waited patiently because there were a lot of people waiting. While I was waiting, I kindly asked one of the employees if I could pay with cash. She told me, "No, there is a machine right there." I replied, "But I want to pay with cash." She looked at me, walked away, and proceeded to help other customers who were also paying with cash and picking up orders. I then asked another employee, and she helped me right away, even though she was multitasking. I finished placing my order on the tablet, but neither employee helped me complete the checkout process. I waited again, and although they saw my friend and me standing there, no one offered assistance. I asked one of the employees for the name of the older blonde haired employee, and she told me it was Angie. T's, please consider having a dedicated cashier at the front instead of having employees in the back juggle several different jobs. The service used to be so good. There was usually a manager or another employee helping customers at the front. Now, it seems like everyone is stretched too thin. What is going on? T's was never like this. I have been wanting to come by and when I was finally able to, the girls I brought here have already been here and were excited to come again. We ordered 3 desserts and an elote bowl. We had to wait a bit and one of the orders they couldn't make due to not have the fryer on so I just changed it to my second option. Deep fried cheese cake to a waffle one. They added another free mini pancakes for us which we enjoyed to share. Their location is on a very busy street with a few parking spaces in front. Stopped by on a Wednesday evening after the gym and it was not too busy and we got our items pretty quickly. You can order on the kiosk and their menu is pretty big for a small shop. I ordered the pineapple smoothie with chamoy and it was delicious! Nice and refreshing! T's has been on my "late night places to visit" list for a while now, and I finally got the chance to visit them one weekend after seeing another Yelper post about their business. Unfortunately, the weekend I went was a hot weekend so while waiting for my order, the sun was scorching and there seemed to be no AC in the shop. It was also quite busy around the time we went (which was the afternoon) so I def wanna go back around evening/night next time. Parking is also kinda tough in that area especially with construction going on, but maybe going at night will be a different story. After you order, they give u a ticket tag for ur order number and honestly when they call it out, it's a little confusing, and especially if it's busy. I want to suggest going back to the buzzer device that notifies you when ur order is ready but might be a stretch idk. Other than that, we ordered the Hot Cheetos Elote and i will say it is by far the best elote I've ever had. I was having a huge craving for elote and this did more than enough to satisfy that craving. It was extremely hot on the bottom when we got it and it's a bit concerning because of microplastics, BUT for $6 and a fairly decent amount and they include a lime, I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK. And I don't think you can really beat that bc elote elsewhere is usually overpriced and the quality is not as good as T's. I was tempted to try other stuff on the menu but just stuck w/ the elote for now. I will probably go back for the elote more often now and maybe I'll try other items on the menu as well bc they do sound intriguing. read more

Every time I come here I order ahead using the website on their instagram and somehow I always receive my order 15-20 minutes after the expected pick up time. This place is so cute!! I came here for the first time back in Fall 2022 when T had recently opened her shop and I loved it. When I visited a second time I was super impressed by how much she has built on this space and expanded the menu. Last time I got Nutella mini waffles and they were delicious. This time we got two smoothies -- All Berry and the Cookies and Cream Protein Shakes with whey protein. 10/10 flavor and thoughtfulness! My only feedback is about the added wall to the kitchen and cashier station -- I think it's hard for the staff to see if there's customers waiting in line to order. Place is pretty small but very clean and has a cute pink ambiance. They sometimes have tables to offer indoor seating. Love that they have pictures of food on menu. Staff is very kind and helpful, even offering suggestions to satisfy your sweet tooth :) Pricing is very reasonable. On a slow day it takes around 10 minutes for treats to be ready, on a really busy day may take up to 20 minutes but it's very much worth the wait! Treats are delicious. Bad customer service, waited long for my order. I placed my order at 8:50pm with a crepe and dry meat i only received the crepes and the ladies refuse to give me the dry meat because apparently i didn't pay for it.  I showed them that i did and they said "no, we cannot give it to you". Offerings: healthy (juice, shots, protein bowls, waffles, smoothies) sweet (shakes, ice cream, pancakes, antojitos), savory (mangonadas, fresadas, mexican desserts...) Ordered taken by single latina on duty. Got eats in under 5 minutes. Licks: frescada (8) with strawberries instead of mangos with tajin sauce, etc. got a mix of mango & strawberries. Informed both were fresh, not frozen. -got an impressive looking dessert with a tamarind stick inserted into a ball of ice with red liquid poured on top. -underneath was small pieces of firm mango, not ripe ones. The strawberries quarters was still icy frozen. -the melting liquid and the tamarind sweetness created a gloopy pool of red sweetness at the bottom. 2.75 stars- disappointed the fruits were not "fresh", the drink was too sweet, that the dessert was mostly ice.
