The prices are high. Not outrageous but high, but there are few places you can go to compare. Best thing about this place is that if you pick up your own stone/aggregate it is very reasonable. They sell in 80lb bags as well as in these humongous bags that take a scoop or half-scoop. The 80lb bags are $6 a piece. The half scoop is $15 for the bag and $15 to fill. You keep the bag and refill as you want. Unfortunately the sales guy didn't bother telling me about the half scoop bag until after I purchased 15 of the 80lb bags. Got the same quantity of stone dust for 6 times the price. That is my only complaint however. Staff was friendly is not overwhelmingly helpful. I will continue going back for my future building needs.

But everything went great with Floors Etc. I got an estimate, met them at their showroom, picked my flooring and took a sample home, set up a date for install, and they showed up on time! They got the work done in a timely manner and it looks great. They were out of stock of the stair floor nosings, but got them and installed then a couple days later so no big deal. When I arrived, they had both in store and Tim provided assistance in explaining the features of the washer and dryer, plus ringing me up with the sale prices. I was rung up and had a delivery date in less than 8 minutes! When I got home, I received a text from Lowe's giving me a delivery window of the next day between 8 AM and 8 PM, then got another text later with a window of between 12-4 PM. Waiting at home all day, I finally got a phone call from the delivery dispatch saying the truck broke and I would have to call to reschedule my delivery. Ugh. Luckily, they could schedule me for the following day. I got text updates and was able to track Manuel, my delivery driver, on the Lowe's app. Manuel arrived and had my washer and dryer, plus new venting, installed within 20 minutes start to finish. Excellent service by Tim at Lowe's and by Manuel, delivery/install.
