She was told the break fluid was contaminated and all the rubber seals needed to replaced, quoted her $4700. I was given a rubber seal that could have not possibly came from the cylinder cap. I went home to trim the rubber seal they gave me so it would fit in the cap and came back to find they drove the car out of their garage with no cap on the master break cylinder making it not drivable. Had the car towed to another mechanic who found their claim not to be the case.

But they didn't offer the option to pay for the pipe myself until I drove the "all fixed" car for three days and realized something was wrong with the muffler. Everything went downhill from there, with a whole day wasted when they were supposed to fix the muffler but didn't get the parts to do it. The staff was surly and would not use my correct name. Called the day after picking up my vehicle to address the issue and tell them they messed up my remote start but had to make an appointment. Of course they could not fix the remote start but did charge money to look at the problem. They blamed it on my older vehicle. Just a coincidence that the remote start didn't work after they fixed the power steering. Treated me like I was a dumb women, insulting my intelligence. I also wish like the other guy that I could leave a negative star review. These crooks not only shouldn't be in business, but they should be in jail! Not one bolt was put back in my car correctly after @$12K worth of repairs. They committed fraud by charging for parts that my car didn't require. They were paid for OEM parts and put in after market parts. They were paid for repairs that they didn't perform and also didn't make repairs on damaged parts that were essential to the safety of the vehicle. The owners put me, my family and everyone else on the road lives in danger by the work they did or didn't do! None of the work they did perform was done with any skill, care or pride. Everyone else burned by them should sue!! All photos are of Soja's Auto Body's work before I had to have it all redone at another shop that knew what they were doing and were actually honest.
