Whole lobster
Geraldine E.

Despite the bad reviews this was really good. It did take our drinks a while. However, everything else was smooth sailing. I came here for Fourth of July. The music and food were great!! My drink could've bit more stronger. This was nice chill vibes and we were able to get views of fireworks. We sat outside and had the specials of the day lamb chops and whole lobster. The lamb was so tender and potatoes were nice a buttery. They even had an outdoor bar. This strip on Nautical Mile had many restaurants to choose from. We chose here because of the vibes.

I did not enjoy my food here. I'm sorry. I hate bad reviews but someone's gotta tell it. Well let me tell it. I went as a third wheel with my good friend and her husband. They were already seated outside when I arrived as parking is complicated if you do not have actual coins and you cannot pay with card. Anyway I ordered a rum punch and a lobster. The lobster came stuffed so I asked for it plain and was told I could get it (not stuffed). We also Had calamari. The damn lobster came stuffed. I was like... Huh. My friend and her husband later commented when I was eating it- didn't you say not stuffed. I just shook my head like -don't. The shrimp they stuffed it with was not cooked to my liking, and the way the food took a year to come would have made you think why wasn't my shrimp grilled longer? I know her husband got jerk chicken spring rolls which were huge. He kept that as a meal. I'm not 100% sure what my friend got. We had about 5 drinks between us. Long Island iced teas and beers. My rum punch was made with extra ray and nephews as I only had 1 drink and was like no more for me. It was STRONG. The Henny Collada was a no- we switched for something else. The vibes were good the food was a NO for me. They bouncers are funny when you walk in and out waitress did a decent job. I just wish they had crab legs or unstuffed lobster or that the food tasted better. Nautical Mile is cool. Not sure I will return.

Two empty plates and full cups the drinks where to strong

It was my first time here with my wife and friends and I must say it was horrible I don't know the name of the cook but I know he can't unseasoned fish fish was still swimming in water rice was not cooked and if it was it was old

All frozen food items like fish And french fries (chips), fried shrimp and chicken tenders hd no taste. Very low quality. Not even the tartar sauce could have saved the fry shrimp or fried fish. Shame on them for charging $20 for something that you can get for half of the price. How do you screw up french fries, the fries were soggy and bo salt. Oh well you live and learn. For sure will not come back! No kiddie menus or a vegetarian menu. The waitress was very friendly and attentive but unfortunately this is not a place i will be coming back.

Who comes here NOT for the food but for the after hour music? I do! Mama said ain't nothing open after 2am except.....well you know the rest of what she said BUT she's wrong! Hurricane Harry's is open and it's jumping baby! During the day, it's so peaceful and calm here. Maybe a Reggae band or solo act as you sip and eat but man when the lights go down and that playing hot selections DJ comes on! It's a whole new Harry's! Don't stay for the "fete" if you're afraid of sweating or seeing women go bumper to bumper to some heavy Soca! You've neen warned. P.S, Dear HH I lost my afro pic in your ladies. It cost $1.99. Thanks. The End.

Mai tai and Menu

Hubby and I stopped by Hurricane Harry's on a Friday and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We were sat out in the patio immediately and could choose where we wanted to sit. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. It was our first time here and I was surprised that the drinks were actually strong. I had a Mai Tai and a margarita, they were both refreshing. Food was good as well. I had the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta which came out flavored well and hot. Hubby had stuffed salmon and said it was great as well. Music selection was really good and kept us wanting to stay longer. Definitely would go there again especially during the week when we just need to chill and relax after work.

I love that this bar a Jukebox customers can control via the AMI Music App. The bar has a unique menu (ex. Philly Cheesesteak Eggrolls), the bartender (Monique) makes a this awesome cocktail (Casamigos Punch). It's pretty damn good.

Pineapple salmon, looks better than it tastes.

Unfortunately, our food took an exceptionally long time to arrive, and my potatoes were undercooked and hard. That said, the lobster Benedict was absolutely delicious and easily the highlight of my meal. My friend ordered the steak and eggs and requested her steak medium, but it came out well done, which was disappointing. Another friend ordered the lobster mac and cheese and said it was very filling--so much so that she had leftovers to take home. The Caesar salad was good, and the fried calamari was also well prepared and not overly oily, which I appreciated. We also missed the show, which was a bit of a letdown. Despite the service delays and a few issues with the food preparation, there were enough positives that I would return and give them another try.

We were thinking that it would just be a boring ride that the tour guide will explain about the places we will be going. The ladies band music added to the great experience. We went for a pre-dinner at one of the historic sea grill restaurant along the mile-Otto Grill and enjoyed the live band as well as food and drinks with a view of the canal. There are many things to see and explore along the Nautical mile and staying during the night after the sunset boat trip was a very fun thing to do. Will I come back ? Sure , why not. I heard of their boat festival event during Christmas time.

I love the relatively new addition of the volleyball courts and the public workout station at the park along end of the mile. I'm also quite fond of the new restaurants that call the Nautical Mile home, namely Off the Hook and Secret Thai Kitchen. There's also a cute little ice cream shop called Sam's Scoops as well, which has a seriously yummy vegan cookies & cream flavor. My favorite thing to do on the mile is kayaking and spending a whole afternoon on the water. There's even a couple of "secret beach" islands, though they seem sort of inhabited, though fun to explore the perimeters of. Like I said, I really LOVE it here.

My sister and I had such a great experience at Nunzi's By The Water. From the moment we walked in,…read morethe service was warm, welcoming, and inviting. Our waitress made us feel completely comfortable we were laughing, having side conversations, and genuinely enjoying ourselves all night. By the end of the evening, she even said, "Goodnight, love you!" and quickly laughed saying she didn't mean to say it. That pretty much summed up the vibe of the night friendly, relaxed, and memorable. The food was excellent from start to finish. I had the Caesar salad appetizer, which was very good, and my sister had the calamari, which she said was excellent. For our entrées, we both ordered the chicken parmesan with alavaca sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. To finish the night, we shared the crème brûlée for dessert, and it was the perfect treat. The portion is definitely big enough for two people, so I wouldn't recommend ordering one per person. The location is beautiful and right by the water true to the restaurant's name. The only small thing to note is the parking. There are two parking lots, and the first one is definitely the better option. The second lot leads closer to the waterfront entrance and can feel a little tight and snug when parking. Overall, we had an amazing time and would absolutely go back. Great food, great atmosphere, and even better service.

Great food, wonderful people, and exceptional hospitality keep us coming back…read more My family and I have dined at Nunzi's By The Water several times over the years, in both the summer and winter, and every visit has been consistently outstanding. The food is always delicious, the atmosphere is welcoming. In fact, our experiences were so positive that when it came time to celebrate my daughter's college graduation, there was no question where we wanted to host the dinner. We chose Nunzi's for a celebration with 20 guests, and they exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Owner Al was incredibly helpful throughout the planning process, offering thoughtful menu recommendations and helping us create a memorable experience for our family and friends. Also careful to note any food allergies, and accommodate dietary considerations like gluten free and vegan. While his suggestions were excellent, truthfully, everything we've ordered at Nunzi's over the years has been fabulous. The quality of the food is consistently top-notch, portions are generous, and the pricing is very reasonable for the overall experience. The service deserves special recognition. The staff is attentive, friendly, and efficient, making sure everyone's needs were met without ever feeling intrusive. They also have just the right amount of playful sass and personality to keep you smiling throughout the evening, which adds to the restaurant's charm. Whether you're looking for a family dinner, a girls' night out, a romantic date night, or a venue for a private event or special celebration, I highly recommend Nunzi's By The Water.

The service was great the waiters were very helpful with any questions we had and answered all questions when asked. They suggested some dishes and I asked about some I was interested in through pictures I saw on Yelp! Finally I went with the prefix menu which includes soup or salad, drink plus main dish for lunch. I went with the stuffed pork chop which has prosciutto and a side of sautéed veggies. The pork chop was super soft and succulent and the prosciutto was cooked to perfection not salty at all as well as the veggies which were well seasoned. We also ordered the filet fish of Dourada which I have never had before it was so tasty and flaky very nice fish light but filling. It was stuffed with spinach topped with delicious caramelized onions and a side of diced potatoes. The caramelized onions stole the show on this particular dish for real! Shoutout to the chef they did their thing! Last but not least I had dessert which was the highlight of the meal! Poached pear with vanilla ice cream wow simply amazing. Again first time having this type of dessert the pear was sweet but not overbearing and the raspberry sauce was not sour nor sweet but just right yummy! I give this place a 10/10. The service was on point their knowledge of their food and menu was spot on, the views were great, and the food was amazing. What more could you ask for in a dining experience? Not much if you ask me! Run don't walk to this place I highly recommend and will be back again for sure. Enjoy and tell them Elon sent you!

I didn't know if I was just really hungry, so I had my friend taste a piece too, and she confirmed these were top tier chicken tenders we were dealing with. The waffle fries that came with it just somehow made the meal better (and they were perfectly fried). We had the calamari for an appetizer and it was delicious. My 3 year old even got in on helping us devour it. My salmon was good, and my friend's rigatoni dish was also good. These folks know what they're doing with their breaded chicken. Also, I didn't really appreciate the automatic addition of the 20% tip on the bill nor the additional service fee, especially when it was only two people. I took a look back at the menu and neither were disclosed first hand. I'm now seeing other reviews from fellow annoyed Yelpers who were equally frustrated.
