Ordered this evening, delivery via Doordash. My pizza was missing a topping (mushrooms). My wifes pizza was missing sauce!! And we didnt get the garlic butter sauce we paid for. The positive is that my pizza, despite missing a topping was pretty good. My wife recieved the order and I didnt know about the missing items for a while. Shes not the "call and complain type" so we got what we got. Disappointing, will not order again with this much lack of attention to a random order. Bummer because I like the pizza. read more

The Hurricane pizza was really good, crust was perfect, abundant ingredients and fresh. The wings were equally as good, a moderate amount of sauce and still warm & crispy when I got them home! I ordered a calzone. First let me say that this was not a calzone. A calzone has ricotta cheese in it, and there was "zero" ricotta in this. You cannot make a calzone with just mozzarella. This was basically an outside/in pizza, and not a very good one. The crust was covered with a very salty "seasoning" that made it almost impossible to eat. C'mon folks, you need to try a lot harder. The only reason you get two stars is because the guy was nice . But what you served was really bad. read more

New management would be a big improvement. This place doesn't even truly get a 1 rating. Yesterday a friend from out of town and I went into Hurricane pizza to eat. When we went in the temperature was at 82 the sun shining bright and through the glass in front and of course the pizza ovens going in the back we asked the girl at the front if she could turn down the thermostat. She said she had tried, but she couldn't get it to turn down so my friend propped the door open. Then the man from the back I'm assuming the manager came out and in mad voice saying that we couldn't prop the door open. We said it was hot and he quickly said that he didn't care. My friend asked if he cared about his customers and he said he didn't care. We sat down to wait on our food that we had already paid for. A few minutes later he came back out and I'm thinking he may apologize for speaking so nasty to us. Boy was I wrong. In the same mad voice he said " state law prohibits the door from being propped open and he didn't need her, my friends, "coy ass" coming in there. I tried to say something and was yelled at. So my friend and I got up and left without food that was paid for. I haven't opened mine never seen management so rude and evil. read more

I ordered my second large pizza on Friday 4MAR2022. First order (two weeks ago) was fine...nothing special, but good. This recent one was horrible! Very greasy and under baked. No notification when your pizza was going to be delivered. Also, no notification when pizza was delivered. And the pizza was dried out.

BAD service. We ordered 2 large pizzas to be delivered. Nowhere could we find on their site how to request a large-size cauliflower crust. So, I wrote in the addl info what we wanted. But, no. They could not pick up the phone and call and say they didn't have large. They simply sent a small. And we paid nearly $50 for one large and one small pizza and $10 for the driver's tip. I was working across the street and had to find something close by so I decided to give this place a try. I should have gone to Zaxbys with my buddy. This was the worst pizza I have ever had. Frozen pizzas are way better. Upon the first bite, I thought that I accidentally ate a piece of the cardboard box but that would have probably been better. I gave a 1 star only because you can't leave them blank. I will not return here in the future and I emplore you that if you are in the area, you might want to skip this place and grab a burger at one of the gas stations you pass because it will probably be better. read more
