Went to Hush tonight in Keller. This is the perfect place for any occasion. They have a great sushi bar area to sit with as they make the sushi. A nice size bar area to sit and have a drink with a great bartender Jesse whom some may know from another local spot. The dining room is absolutely amazing very trendy and intimate. Patio as well. This is by far the best sushi spot around. Parking is nice and easy unlike many places around. Prices are highly reasonable and the choices are abundant. read more

We love Hush. This is our third time since they opened. We order dessert every time we come. The problem is there are only five little donuts on the plate with the ice cream and there are 3 of us. We asked them if we could have a sixth one and would pay for six but manager refused. I am giving them 3 stars because they don't seem to think customer service counts. Our first times here were great! Today not so much! We ordered for pick up and ordered a kids teriyaki chicken for our child and 2 sushi rolls for mom and dad. When we went to pick up our order, we were given a kids portion teriyaki chicken at the adult price and only one of our sushi roll. We asked where our other roll was and why was I paying for an adult teriyaki with a kids potion and was met with crickets by the hostess. I asked to speak to manager because I wanted to know why I was paying for an entree when I asked for the kids and why I didn't get my other roll. I was told manager was unavailable. Needless to say we won't be back as I paid for food that I did not receive and was given no explanation. read more

Our first time in tonight and it was spectacular! Jayden our server was polite, friendly, willing to answer any questions and offered suggestions. We got the Parmesan Edamame and let me tell you.... Another visit to Hush. This time I changed up and had deviled eggs with pork belly on top. Best deviled eggs I've ever eaten. Then I had the Wagyu Burger..... Blown away by this place! Service was amazing, drinks were amazing, food was great, restaurant is very pretty and upscale. Fancy place for Keller. It was pricey but worth it. Loved! Really great ambiance! Affordable prices and the rolls were amazing. Best crab ragoons ever! We had the spider roll and best friend roll which my husband and I could not decide which we liked more. Both were amazing. Only downside is I ordered probably the worst cocktail of my life-- the Panty Hoe. I actually sent it back and could not drink it. It tasted like a sonic drink with strawberry lime syrup mixed with their ocean water flavor. I was also surprised they didn't remove it from my bill. This review is nothing against our waiter or food. Please read entire review. Waiter was very nice and pleasant, may need to learn a few skills( offering another beer or something) but overall he did a very good job. The food was delicious and was average price for the portion size that was given and quality of food. Be aware, you are going to wait a WHILE for your food and we saw a lot of tables around us getting one roll then 15-20 minutes later getting the rest or even just a little more of their food. We ended up being there for over a hour and a half, so we had a lot of time to observe. Also, if you get any food leftover to go, that will also take a little while. So the pace of service needs A LOT of work! The big issue with this place is their cocktails and how ridiculous they are for how much they charge. 16 dollars for a basic cocktail that you could not taste the alcohol one bit and that came in a 10 oz glass packed with ice. My wife drinks maybe twice a month and is a big light weight and anywhere we have gone she just has to have one drink and she feels it. She ordered a Mango Senorita, which is supposed to come with Lalo Tequila which is her go to cocktail alcohol when she does drink one. There was no taste of it anywhere in the drink what so ever nor did she even feel anything. Literally felt like she drank a concentrate juice glass. When we asked the server about it he went and asked the bartender in which the bartender told him that she isn't supposed to taste the alcohol and it's a LIGHT pour drink and they use concentrates for their mixers. How can you charge 16 dollars for a glass of a juice and drop of alcohol?! Highway robbery!! I know the place just opened a week ago and it does have a lot of potential but the management and owners need to do a overhaul on those cocktails foremost( PRICES and the recipes), then seating arrangements of the tables due to the inability for servers to cut through to get to their sections and lastly through any restaurants first week of being open, I don't know how the manager didn't make any rounds through the restaurant to check on people themselves and help get the food out faster or anything. I don't know what kind of management team is there but training is a must. read more

We found this restaurant by chance via Yelp while in Keller Xmas shopping and are super happy that we did. The interior is upscale. We sat at a table but the sushi bar looked very comfortable and had a good vibe. Staff was friendly, service was very good and the food was terrific. We had the spicy salmon roll, fried calamari and Unagi and Rangoon's (made from scratch). All very, very tasty. Nice wine selection as well. We will definitely be back to try out more of the menu. read more

Excellent. We went for late lunch and everything we had was great!!! We started with the Bao Bao (steamed buns with pork belly)--yummy--then had the Surfin Turfin roll and Volcano roll. Both were fantastic but we really enjoyed the volcano roll the most! We will be back. My husband and I came to have dinner over the weekend, and I've seen lots of great reviews about this place, so we figured we'd give it a try, since we heard this is the best sushi you can get in DFW. We walked in and it was a beautiful place and we were excited to try everything out. Our server made recommendations for the most popular rolls, which were the shrimpin turfin, hush rainbow, and the tsunami. When we got our food, the presentation was nice, however the flavor wasn't all there. The steak on top of the shrimpin turfin was tough and it didn't match well with the big block of cream cheese. I feel like they tried to make up for it by adding all those sauces on top. The tsunami was alright, like a typical spicy tuna roll with tuna only, the color was odd, I think it's because they sear the tuna on top, so it made it look like a pinky-brown color, like it had been sitting out for hours. Honestly my favorite was the rainbow, because of how fresh it tasted, yet there was a ton of cucumber and one small sliver of snow crab, which I think is ridiculous, considering is it a $28 roll. Would I say this is the best sushi in DFW? Definitely not. I feel like they try to compensate the food being sub par with the atmosphere and service. If you're going to spend a lot of money on sushi, I'd recommend you just go to Dallas.. read more

Very enjoyable and wonderful experience across the board. We decided to try Hush a few days ago and were pleasantly surprised. We heard rave reviews in the past few months and they were on target. We were quickly seated near the front for a 2 top. We started with the shishito peppers. They were really amazing! Just the right portion and flavor. I had the S & P calamari and very much enjoyed it. The tempura and flavor were just the right balance of right texture, flavor and the sauce worked well with it. The miso soup was incredible. The best I have ever had. My husband also had one of the seafood bowls and a glass of wine and throughly enjoyed it. Our waiter was very good and attentive and detailed while giving us space to enjoy it all. We will be back and are thrilled to have a great local place to join our community. read more
