    Getting gas changed
    May G.

I came here to get my car serviced and oil changed. The car mechanics do a good job. They recommend services based on the miles on your car, so you should check to see if you've done the service recently before accepting.

    LaTosha S.

This was the second time I've visited Kwik Kar for a state inspection and just as they did last year, they did a great job. I pulled up and was greeted outside asking about the services needed. I was then told where to park and what information would be needed inside for the state inspection. Upon entry, there were a few people inside the waiting area. I was greeted and checked in quickly. The woman that checked me in was kind and friendly. I was told that my car would be next to be inspected. I sat in the waiting room area while my car was inspected. The waiting room area is a nice size and was clean. I waited about 25 minutes and then my name was called to relay that my car was ready for pickup. I was pleased with the quick, thorough, and friendly service. I would recommend this location and will visit again.

Owning a business is difficult. You have the demands of customers and staff. You are reliant on people to always perform at their best and reasonably correct things when something maybe didn't go right. The owner of Kwik Kar Auto Center Josh Alluri is the a real life example of how to NOT RUN A BUSINESS. My family brought our daughter's Jeep in for an oil change. We've only gone to the dealership for services to this point, but it was only an oil change, had limited time, and close by. The resulting events are numerous and caution to all to never use this business for even the slighted of services. While only needing an oil change, I stayed with my daughter's car to do some work calls. The service tech approached me in the lobby and said he wanted to show me something. There appeared to be a possible leak in one of the coolant hoses. He showed me. I trusted him. And said to replace it. While the job was going to take longer, that was fine. It appeared it needed replacing. They ended up replacing it, and did the oil change. We picked it up in the evening. My daughter drove it the next day to a track meet. About 10 miles away. She noticed right away that something wasn't right with the car. As a 16 year old, she even knew something felt wrong. She called us, said a bunch of "oil service" lights were on, and some other things. She was scared. I told her to pull over. My wife and I went to pick her up (wife brought her to track) and I hopped in to drive the car. I didn't get a mile and knew immediately something was wrong. I pulled over. Popped the hood. There was NO COOLANT in the container. What they attempted to "fix" was in fact not fixed. At the time, I thought they just forgot to put coolant in, which alone is a huge oversight. I called our insurance and had roadside assistance bring it back Kwik Kar (2 hour wait). Once at Kwik Kar, a different employee examined things and told me he was going to be straight with me and said they messed up. They didn't fasten the claps on the hose correctly and all of the coolant leaked out. All he said they would do was fix that. And apologized. I'm not a mechanic, but I do know that if you drive a vehicle for long without coolant there's risk of other damages to the engine. This was my biggest concern given this is my daughter's vehicle. He said he would look it over. He then called to say that in fact the coolant "container" had a leak. Not the hoses they replaced. But the container. So their initial diagnoses was wrong. By now I've talked to the dealership and plan to bring the car there for repairs. But before I could, without my permission, they replaced the container! And then actually tried to charge me for it! I came in for an oil change, and got hoses put on that I didn't needed, got a container replaced that I didn't ask for, got other damage that's still be assessed, and was asked to pay for the thing they "fixed" that I didn't trust them to do. And here's the best part. I tell all of this to Josh Alluri the owner. The lead service tech at the store gave me his number. All he says is that he will reimburse me for the container. Is has nothing to do with the cost of the container! It has everything to do with all of the errors that led to the container, and the likely future issues the Jeep may now have because of those errors! He says his "fine print" lays out everything in terms of their guarantees. Like I'm asking for that? Says I can't drive it (it doesn't drive. The "oil change required" light and the start/stop unavailable service stop/start system" light both come on now.) or he can't prove that the warning lights weren't the result of something while driving it. We've put on less than a mile since leaving the dealership. Just the drive home. Josh hasn't returned multiple calls now. And, I'll be bringing it to my dealership, hopefully working something out with my insurance (Jeep is under extended warranty), and getting the vehicle fixed correctly this time. Stay away. The staff is clearly not fans of Josh either as they were trying to cover their butts regarding the gaffs and tried to avoid getting to a point of me calling the owner. All after just stopping in for an oil change!

This offer says nothing about synthetic only. I showed it to the employee and he didn't give one shit.

I reached out to Crest Infiniti in Frisco, Texas regarding a pickup truck they had available. I…read morerequested the OTD pricing and Carfax. I asked the salesperson, Jeanie ("Genie"), specifically, "Do you have any annulment fee or extra fees outside of dealer fee, tax, and tags?" She responded no. Then I receive the buyer's order. Guess what is there? Extra fees. I requested to negotiate it and advised that I already have an approval and am seriously interested in the vehicle. Some of these salesmen cannot read the room well. The car sales pitch is not needed on every engagement. Some people want a vehicle, know what they want, and also know the "extra" fees that are often not needed to make a deal occur. They proceeded to tell me they do not accept outside banks without clarifying that I am approved through a nationally recognized bank. The sales manager, "Skyler," then calls and says he can work with the bank. They state they need a hold or deposit. Here is the kicker. I send my newly retired NCO Airman to test drive the truck. Both of us are former military, and myself a first responder. I am also a former Texas resident who moved to DFW during the pandemic, where I came to hospitals daily with body bags stacked as high as fences to help. This is the way this company wants to earn business? I am willing to buy this truck unseen off his word alone. They then tell me for at least 4 days that finance is going to reach out. I have texts to prove it: "Oh, we were really busy and they will be reaching out soon." So you are telling me that if I was physically there, you would have me waiting for days with 40k ready to hand over, just to accept my hard-earned money? Then they want to call on an unplanned day where I have to go about my day -- children, wife, work, etc. -- and expect me to stop on a dime and bend over on a time they see fit. I asked Skyler specifically around what time finance would reach out on the 18th. He stated around 12 PM to 2 PM. At 4:30 PM, no call. At that point, I requested a refund of my deposit. One thing I cannot stand is a man, let alone anyone, who gives their word out and cannot keep their word. Minus the fact this should have been a no-work deal, similar to CarMax or Carvana. Make this make sense. If you are military or a first responder, be mindful when dealing with this dealership.

They also did little things like put a bow on my wife's' new vehicle and took photos for her birthday. They also gave her a nice gift. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Best experience I've ever had buying a car. No pressure…read more No hassle. Super fast (less than an hour) and I was motoring away. Quality automobiles at fair prices!

**My Experience with AutoPark Dallas in Dallas, Texas**…read more Based on my experience, I believe AutoPark Dallas engaged in deceptive and misleading sales practices. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to be extremely careful. AutoPark Dallas makes the following statement on its website: "The team here at AutoPark Dallas is dedicated to offering a level of customer service not usually found in the automobile industry. Thanks to years of extensive car buying/selling experience, we pursue quality used and new vehicles that are hand-picked from factory sources. Our love for automobiles and dislike of 'traditional dealership tactics' is what motivates us to provide the service we do! The pride we take in continuing this service long after the vehicle has been delivered is what we strive for! Looking forward to making every effort to see that our customer is completely satisfied and a friend for life!" In my opinion, every part of that statement was proven untrue during my buying experience with Jay and AutoPark Dallas. I purchased a vehicle from AutoPark Dallas as an out-of-state customer. After the vehicle was delivered, I discovered that important safety-related equipment and other items were missing from the car. AutoPark Dallas sold me the vehicle without all of the lug studs installed on each wheel. Each wheel had only 5 of the 6 lug studs installed, and the center caps were installed and concealed the missing lug studs. The missing lug studs were the security/safety lug studs intended to help prevent theft of the wheels and tires. I found this out after one of the "B" center caps fell off the car while driving down the freeway at 75 mph on the 101. In addition, the emergency spare tire, emergency tools, car jack, the two holders for the emergency tools, and the center locking bolt used to secure the spare tire, tools, and jack were all missing from the vehicle. The manufacturer's safety instructions, owner's manuals/documents, the Bentley ashtray from the center console, the trickle charger, and the charger case were also missing. These items appear to have been present when the vehicle was listed by the previous dealership in Chicago, before AutoPark Dallas acquired it. Photos from the Chicago dealership's listing show the items in the vehicle: https://www.diamondmotorworks.com/2013-bentley-continental-gt-v8-c-3864/#details-89 It also took approximately two weeks for AutoPark Dallas to deliver the vehicle to my home. On top of that, I was ch AutoPark Dallas also failed to disclose multiple issues with the vehicle, including: - The passenger-side door window frame was bent or out of alignment. - The front grille surround was cracked in two places. - The driver's window was out of alignment and this scratched the driver-side glass through the interior tint. - The rear bumper sections were misaligned where they meet the rear wheel wells on both sides of the vehicle. The center console button used to raise and lower the rear deflector was broken and did not work. The dealership said the delay in shipping was due to not having staff to perform the promised detail of the car. The detail of the car was not performed. The car was delivered with an electronic key fob that did not work. The key fob had been disassembled then reassembled by an inexperienced technician without all of the original parts and did not function. In Texas, dealerships are generally required to disclose known defects that affect a vehicle's value or safety. Removing or failing to disclose missing safety-related equipment, emergency tools, lug studs, spare tire components, owner's manuals, or other critical parts may raise serious consumer protection concerns. Texas dealerships must comply with applicable state and federal laws when selling vehicles, including sales to out-of-state customers. These obligations may include proper disclosure of known defects, compliance with consumer protection laws, and ensuring that a vehicle is not sold in an unsafe or misleading condition. In my opinion, selling a vehicle without all required lug studs installed, while also concealing the missing studs with center caps, is extremely concerning. The same is true for selling a vehicle without the emergency spare tire, jack, tools, and other safety-related equipment, especially when those items appear to have been present before AutoPark Dallas acquired the vehicle. I believe this experience raises serious concerns under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and other consumer protection laws. Texas dealerships that violate consumer protection laws may face civil penalties, fines, or other legal consequences depending on the circumstances. In conclusion, I would not recommend AutoPark Dallas. Based on my experience, the dealership failed to disclose important issues, sold the vehicle with missing safety-related equipment, added questionable charges. PhotNo spare jack tools or wheel studs
