We were here for a cheer competition in the middle of February (very cold!). There was a pool and hot tub (our friends' hotel's hot tub was broken!), which was great for the kids and me. We had only a few interactions with the people who worked there but the desk was always manned, and the clerks were kind and helpful. The food service people (preparing and putting our breakfast) were nice, and I kind of enjoyed hearing their Polynesian music back in the kitchen. Someone back there was singing along, and it made me happy. ;) There was snow but the parking lot was well-plowed and parking was always available. The one way streets in the area make driving to nearby stores and restaurants kind of a chore (more difficult than in many other areas) but there's nothing the hotel can do about that! It's not a super fancy hotel but it was nice enough and welcoming enough for our needs. read more

This was a really clean hotel, looking pretty brand new. So the room was spacious and appealing. The negatives are the lack of customer service. Twice in my two-day stay, I went to the front desk for assistance only to see a sign saying there was no one available for a bit. That's the simple version. Other times that I did receive service, it was very slow. Lastly, although the rooms are nice, the amount of outside noise that makes it's way through your room is crazy. Hotel rooms were nice and well kept. Transportation from the airport also was appreciated. Biggest negative was the food service. Stayed two days and both days breakfast ran out and was not served again for a decent time. Kitchen utensils lacked and other needed items were unavailable. The rooms are nice and comfortable as well as the beds. I got in the shower, which is a nice set up but the shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers on the wall were all empty. I had to get out of the shower and grab toiletries from my suitcase. I had an early flight before they opened up for breakfast. They did have shelves with some grab and go type items I could have easily taken with me before my long work day. But the staff said they don't open for 15 more minutes and would not be allowed to grab anything. She seemed very bothered that I'd even politely asked. This is a very solid Hyatt Place. I generally like the room set up here with the bed area slightly divided from the comfy L shaped sofa/sleeper sofa. The desk, dresser, wardrobe set up works well. The bathroom is decent sized with a large walk in shower and decent toiletries. The room has a fridge (ours needed defrosting) but strangely no safe (sort of odd for a business hotel.) As mentioned the breakfast is way above average for this type of hotel with eggs, meat, waffle/pancake/French Toast along with yoghurt and fruit. Breakfast beverages and some breads round things off. All in all very nice. The bar/restaurant are also decent. We had a Chicken Club that was huge and included a full chicken breast covered with melted Brie. Very tasty. The Caesar, Wings and Tomato soups were all decent. The staff was all friendly. There is a pool and decent fitness room along with guest laundry. The hotel is in a mixed office retail area that seems safe but also not very interesting ti explore. This spot is very close to the airport and has a free shuttle. Overall this was a good spot to hang out for a bit. read more

Lobby/Common Area Clean and clear mostly throughout my stay.  There were a few times that a bottle or can was sitting on a table for a few hours. Outside perimeter and parking area is clean and well kept. Staff Front Desk Staff is personable and friendly.  Always saying "good morning" or "good afternoon" when they see you.  Really helpful in answering questions. Housekeeping Staff is not friendly... no greetings at all. Food Staff is friendly and willing to assist with recommendations; clean up constantly and made sure all stations are stocked. Shuttle Driver: I am not sure of his name, but he is Hawaiian; really friendly and helpful.   Room 324 Bed lamp closest to the window was unplugged, so USB ports did not work.  Had to re-plug in power. All visible surfaces have been dusted, however the tops of the wardrobe, TV, picture frame, mirror and AC intake have not been dusted. Coffee maker missing the tray where you put the coffee in. The curtain chains are not set up correctly.  The chain does not allow the blackout nor the privacy shade to retract fully. Food  Breakfast #1 Scrambled eggs, hash browns, thin bacon and pancakes... they have oat milk as a milk substitute.  Breakfast #2 Scrambled eggs, potatoes, thin crispy bacon and belgian waffles. Breakfast #3 Scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage links and pancakes Breakfast staple: oatmeal; boiled eggs; cut fruit; assorted breads and toast The Placery: This is a bar/cafe where you can order food.  I had the Fried Chicken ($16.95) you get 4 pieces of crispy fried chicken; a large amount of fries and a tiny container of coleslaw.... it was slightly less than a shot glass worth of coleslaw.  The bartender (Mariah) took my order and she was wonderful and personable.  She recommended the fried chicken and it was delicious.  There was light batter, but it had sweet notes to it... Thumbs Up for this. Gym/Pool 2 Gender Neutral Bathrooms next to the Fitness Center and Pool have showers.  Really Nice and clean pool and hot tub.  Plenty of towels available. The Fitness Center is right next to the pool.  Really clean with ample space between machines.  There is water on demand from a dispenser. Guest Laundry Located on the 4th floor to the right of the elevators.  2 washer /2 dryers and 1 commercial dryer.  The washer and normal dryer costs $2 each.  Machines only accept quarters.  Front desk has change available. Ice makers Located on the 2nd and 4th floors in the elevator lobby. Guest Elevators 2 available.  The doors in both elevators take about 7 seconds to begin closing.  You will need to press the door close button to speed this up.   The hand sanitizer on the ground floor was out of batteries for my stay. read more

I stayed here a week and very much enjoyed my time here. Now, I didn't stay here much throughout the day. I mainly just was here to sleep and get on with my day. I found the room clean, bright, and modern. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was functional. All well there! The lobby was great! Big and spacious with plenty of room to wait for people. I ate the continental breakfast three times. They always had a ton of eggs and toast. One time I came as the employees were putting everything away and they paused offering to plate me a dish! That was awfully nice of them! My friends and I had a drink one night in the little lounge. That was very pleasant and the margarita was good. Yes, it does appear that most of the employees are either related or know each other outside of work. We had to laugh because the shuttle driver tended to sit on the coach on his phone while everyone else worked around him. The hotel was a great location, plenty of parking, and easy to get in and out of. I would stay here again. read more

I enjoyed my stay here, the rooms were nice, big, modern, clean, and spacious. The hotel staff was so friendly, they gave me many suggestions on things I could do downtown! The hotel has a pool and a gym so you can stay active during your stay. But my absolute favorite part? The free breakfast. This hotel provides free breakfast and it's not any of that continental stuff either. It's a real genuine breakfast. They have sausage, eggs, bacon, bagels, toast, fresh fruit, juices and water, oatmeal with a variety of toppings to choose from. It was refreshing to see a hotel offer such a hearty breakfast. Everyone was so well mannered too. Putting things back where they belonged, being careful not to cross contaminate the utensils, cleaning up after themselves. Like I said, it was refreshing to see. Very overpriced! Breakfast was always the same and very little of it. Food would run out and you had to inform the staff of items running out. Staff was not very professional and not knowledgeable. Poor service overall. Staff seemed to have a "I don't care attitude". Business computers did not work for several days. Limited menu for dinner. Overall, not worth the $650 a night!!! We thought having the Hyatt name would offer high quality but a Super 8 would have provided a better stay. This place is a RIP OFF!!! read more

Clean spacious spotless and big sized rooms. I believe the hotel is only 4 years old. The staff is polite, friendly and care about the guests. My flight got switched and I had to catch a much earlier flight. I asked them if I could possibly do an earlier check in. I even offered to pay but they said no, we just don't have any rooms right now. One hour later, they got a room and let me check earlier. The complementary breakfast is good quality fresh foods. You have sausages, crisp hash brown, French toast, cereal, oatmeal and everything for a hearty breakfast! The only small critique is I wish they had a safe in every room. This is a newer property and is located 'Midtown' Anchorage. If you're passing through or looking for a nice place to stay that isn't downtown then I would recommend this location. If you want or need to be downtown, then this isn't the location for you. There are restaurants by this property that are not chain restaurants, but it's a bit of a Uber drive to the downtown area. Rooms are nice and there is a great free breakfast. Employees take the time to offer assistance and recommendations for local attractions. This property will not disappoint. read more

Good spot to stay at when in Anchorage. Very friendly hospitality and a restaurant/bar downstairs. They have an indoor pool and gym, but I did not get to use them. The rooms were clean and serviced pretty well. If there was noise, I definitely could not hear it--I had a quiet and restful stay. Overall pretty good experience staying at the Hyatt and I would stay there again next time I'm in Anchorage. It's a stretch to give 3 stars. Let's start with the positives. My room was clean. The gym was great. The view was good. That's where it ends. The restaurant literally ran out of food. Except for one disgusting piece of cheesecake that was hardly edible. But oddly, the staff was eating in the guest area. The biggest issue became the theme of this place. I felt like I was intruding on a huge family event- I felt awkward and not relaxed. Kids everywhere in bare feet and pajamas. Lounging and sleeping in the guest area. The adults took over the restaurant area. But the weird part is the adults were the employees. One would jump behind the bar to place an order or answer the phone. I just cannot understand. This is a business. A hospitality business. I realize help is hard to find and maybe they are compensated through housing, but they are way too comfortable. Breakfast was the same. I am a loyal Hyatt member. As an Explorist, I fall just short of Globalist every year. I really like the Hyatt House and Hyatt Place concepts and stay in them frequently throughout the country. Being only 8 months old there are some kinks to work out and the Assistant General Manager made no excuses realizing there are things that need to be tweaked. I would love to give them a higher rating but the service the night I arrived was not at it's best. Without giving a laundry list of problems, I was at my whits end by the second night and wanted to switch to the Hyatt House but it was booked full. Five days into our trip here, we are content, but we are not feeling the extra touch of Hyatt love. I do believe that they will work the kinks out but it is clear that the Hyatt culture has not taken hold here.... yet. For now I will stay at the Hyatt House where we usually stay in Anchorage. To all Hyatt people... Don't expect the same room sizes here, everything is smaller than the main concept. read more

stay here in March 2021. For a fake honeymoon. Due to Covid it's not easy to get out and get what we want it done. But we wanted to definitely have a weekend away. staff and facility was following all Covid protocols. It was nice to come check out a local hotel. prices in line with other hotels. it was nice to get away. But we were really hoping to utilize the hot tub more. But because of everyone else wanting to get out as well they were about 1 million kids in the pool and some poor parenting or lack there of. We had multiple kids running from the pool to the hot tub treating the hot tub as a pool. Eventually this got old and we went back to our room. didn't have the opportunity to try any of the food services other than the complementary breakfast which was nice. Even with Covid they still had a wide variety of options all individually wrapped. read more

After 2 long flights from the other side of the continental US I felt like I had come to aunties house to rest. The front desk attendent was warm and knowlegeable. The hotel restaurant, theplacery, is all you need. Generous portions made by someone who CARES. Its a simple menu but everything we irdered was devoured. Locals quietly evjoying drinks at the bar. Roomy sleeping area with 2 comfy queen beds. I was on ground floor and slept undisturbed. Excellent shared spaces. My only constructive criticism would be for housekeeping. We were out of shower gel and there was a partial roll of toilet paper with no refills. Common areas could use a dusting. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty from 6 am-10am. I would highly recommend this place for a night's stay before a cruise. read more

Currently staying at the hotel. 4Nights stay and so wanted to just find something else but decided to just stay because we need to pack up again and disinfect and pay more. I normally disinfect the room whenever we stay but this one I had to clean. The room looked like they only changed the bedsheets and never cleaned. The microwave was gross. They never cleaned it. I called frontdesk they were apologetic and offered to give us a downgrade of a room as there were no suites available. I declined the offer and just sucked it up. What else was dirty aside from what I just mentioned... toilet and the floor you guess. The walls could use new paint as it's either stained or could use a good wipe. The doors could use a good wipe too. I think the room could just use a deep clean, carpets vacuumed and shampooed. Also this is a pet friendly hotel so some areas when you walk to the hallway you can smell dogs. I took a few photos to show what we came across. Breakfast is typical free breakfast. read more

I will give this place 4 stars. It's one of the many new ones in town so nothing is old or dated. March 2021. They stopped doing pool reservations starting March. It has a pool and hot tub. We stayed March 11-13. Over spring break. There were a lot of families with kids so the pool and hot tub which we used one night was pretty loud and kids in the hot tub because no one enforces the rules. Wasn't hot hot either. Not sure they had a Alaskan rate it was about 100$ a night plus the tax. Was a little loud, could hear the tv from next door and you can hear when people close their doors. They are so heavy and slam shut. The breakfast wasn't bad. They had milk, orange juice and apple juice. Individual breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Cereal, oatmeal, muffins, and apples and oranges. Overall the staff was very friendly. They have a list of things you can get for free from the front desk like a toothbrush which I had to get cause I forgot mine the first night lol. They had a bar too and you could order some food like salad pizza and burgers. Also had a little snack area open 24/7. Room had a bed on one side I think a king or a queen. Had a tv and a couch. Mini fridge no microwave. Shower was nice and everything was clean. Stains on one of the comforter layers but not a big deal. Nice hotel overall. Not frequent we stay in a hotel in town since we live here but it was great. read more

This was probably one of the best Hyatt Places I've stayed at. Not only is it fairly new but the staff were all friendly and attentive upon check in to check out. Good: Early check in and late check out. Clean bathroom, clean room, hot breakfast with someone serving the hot food, clean gym and pool, and great location. 10 min from the airport, 10 minutes from downtown, 2.5 hours from Kenai Fjords/Seward, 4 hours to Denali, and restaurants/shopping areas within minutes (walking or driving). Bad: not that much, only thing is that the rooms are somewhat smaller for king bed than some other Hyatt's. The fire alarm did go off at one point but it was fine. We used a free night certificate for this hotel and it was definitely worth it than paying $300+ for the hotel. Worth it, highly recommend this Hyatt place! read more

This has been the best hotel experience every. It was our first time traveling with our kids. As soon as we arrived to the airport they had a shuttle pick us up from airport at 2 am. Check in process was a breeze. They had breakfast every morning. It was so good. The bar area and lounge area was amazing perfect to chill after a long day exploring Alaska. Both bartenders that helped my husband and I were just so nice. They had a fire pit outside with an amazing view. The pool area was wonderful for the kids. Had a heated pool as well as a Jacuzzi. The room was spotless. Beds so comfortable, some days were didn't even want to get up. Lastly the day of check out our plane didn't depart until midnight. The manager allowed us to check out until 1pm and also offered to store our luggage in storage while we went and explored to wait to go back to airport. When the time came to leave they even offered us a ride to airport with their shuttle. Even after we checked out. Thank you to all the workers and Manager. The staff at this hotel are really, really nice. The manager, Goker, was a sweetheart. The room was wonderful and the property is great. Despite all of the positives, the negatives far outweighed any of those things. One day I went down to the bar to order fries and the woman (the bartender) indicated to me that she assumed that I was "the girl who works here," as she had put the cost of the fries on my employee tab. Why would an employee be ordering food at the bar? Is that normal for a hotel property? And don't employees have employee gear that they wear that would distinguish them from the guests? I mean, what an odd lack of discernment and lack of awareness for a service professional to have. Also, I was basically at the Kiddie Hotel Hyatt. There were so many kids that were staying there during the week that I was a guest, that I had to Google to see if there was some kind of kiddie convention in town. Some kind of National Kindergartner's Get Together where all of the kids didn't go to school, but rather, hung around the Hyatt Place Anchorage all day in their pajamas! I'm not joking. I legit began an internet search to see if there were any adult-only hotels located anywhere in Alaska because the amount of children staying there during the week that I was there became overwhelming. Like a stay at DisneyLand. Except I didn't want DisneyLand, I wanted a normal, grown adult-on-vacation experience without 50-11 kids running around, shrieking in the hallways, climbing on tables and chairs at breakfast, and generally running around the place, willy-nilly, like they paid the property taxes. It became so overwhelming that I stopped going down for the complimentary breakfast and started just ordering coffee every morning from the nearest Starbucks, via UberEats, and having it delivered to me. I preferred to PAY for a good cup of joe rather than endure the kiddie mafia that seemed to be the main event at the complimentary breakfast. I mean, do the kids in Anchorage go to school? Do they have a home? Do their parents have actual children's clothes to dress them in? Or is it a pajama-jammy-jam at the Hyatt all day? I don't know the answer to any of these questions, but I do know that I had to request a room change at one point, and then I just eventually moved to a different hotel altogether. In the future, I would definitely ASK FIRST if the kiddie mafia are in town before booking here. read more

New hotel, good customer service, great location. It's within walking distance of several restaurants, and the front desk associate was so helpful in providing recommendations. I appreciate the standard rooms having such a spacious bathroom and shower. I stayed in the 2 queen bedroom, and it has a sizable couch/lounge area next to the beds. This Hyatt is pet friendly, and the pet fee was $75 for 1-6 night stays. It used to be $150, so I'm grateful it's more affordable now. My one small complaint is the standard rooms only come with a mini-fridge, no microwave. But there is a microwave in the lobby that you can use to reheat food. The parking lot is well-maintained in winter and has space if you need to park a larger vehicle and/or trailer. There is a walking track right behind the hotel that is turned into an ice rink in colder months. There is also an indoor heated pool, limited capacity for covid but still open at least. The complimentary to-go style breakfast is new because of covid, but it has a good selection of cereals, yogurt, hot breakfast sandwiches, juices, coffee and tea, and oatmeal. The coffee and tea are free during breakfast, but there is a charge for these outside breakfast hours. There isn't daily turn-down/cleaning service because of covid, so just let the front desk know if you need fresh towels or linens. read more

2 words - BED. BUGS. What a horrible experience. Hyatt's are typically nice hotels BUT don't be fooled. Bed bugs don't know nice hotels from garbage hotels. Didn't help that the manager here tried to tell me that I BROUGHT the bed bug in. PREPOSTEROUS. I have never in my life encountered a bed bug until my stay here. I spent many hours in their sweat shop of a laundry room washing and drying all of my stuff. I'm covered in bites as well. They initially changed my room but I woke up in the new room with new bites so I ended up changing hotels after I sanitized / laundered everything I brought with me. They didn't do much of anything to compensate me for this nightmare - I just hope to God I don't bring anything home from them. Also the microwave in the breakfast area was disgusting covered in crusty food inside. No microwaves in the rooms - just a tiny fridge with no freezer. read more

BEWARE this is a place of ORGANIZED CRIME. My room was Robbed twice during my stay. A group of girls and I went on vacation and stayed here at the Hyatt Place Ankorage Alaska. We had two purses stolen out of our room on two different days. We noticed a maid on the 4th floor without a cart, so we followed her she left a room door open and her cart on the 1st floor that was strange.... We talked to the front desk about this they were no help. After making a police report we spoke to a woman (she looked like a Native with long hair, she looked like the maids but with a management uniform) prior to this I NEVER seen this woman throughout our stay. When we told her what had happened she became very defensive and dismissive. She didn't want to hear any more and said "no one went into your room" and said she would look into it. I asked her if she wanted my room number she said she knows what room we were in... but how did she know? I never gave her my name or room number... I found this Very STRANGE. And how convenient for these criminals there are NO CAMERAS on the 4th floor! This is the Worst, to have someone's room robbed while on vacation. And there is NO SAFE in the room, No cameras in the hall this place is where ORGANIZED CRIME thrives! Do your self a favor and get a room somewhere else. read more

I would like to make a complaint about two Hyatt properties in Anchorage Alaska. The first is on Business Parkway and International Hyatt House. We got to our stay on time for one weekend we were checking in on November 4 - 6. We booked 2 suites for 2 nights. We were told that one of our rooms was not ready yet as the previous person had just checked out after 3:00p. We were not able to check in until after 5:30p that evening. We had another room that we could wait in until our other room was available, so we did not have an issue and understood that things happen. So we decided to book again 2 weeks later at Hyatt Place on Tudor because the Hyatt house was full. Dates 11/25 - 11/27 for 2 suite rooms. We show up on time again for this check-in. We asked the gentleman if we could have rooms closer to each other or conjoined. He moved us from whatever room we were in, to another room closer to the other room. After we had checked out and left the hotel that day, we were charged $194.88 3 separate times on 11/27 and when we called the hotel, we were told that the charges would fall off and they didn't know what they were because they did not see it in their system. They told us to call them back on 11/30 if they hadn't fallen off our bank statement. We called back on 11/30 and they told us they cannot see any charges on their end and that we need to call our bank to stop those charges. We asked to speak to the GM and were transferred to a voicemail. We left several voicemails for a callback or some type of explanation of these charges. No one called us back or ever answered. We called 2 more times that following week. We called the bank to tell them that these charges were fraudulent and not authorized and when they called the hotel, the hotel told our bank that the charges were for no-shows for 3 rooms. We have never not shown up when we booked. We also always show up on time even when rooms are not ready, and we never make it an issue for being pushed to the side like we don't matter that much. When we called the hotel after getting off the phone with our bank, we asked to speak to someone about these charges and were placed on hold. The gentleman said that their GM was there and we could talk to her. After being on hold for 5-10 mins, he got back on and stuttered while telling me that she was busy and could not come to the phone and he took my number for her to call me back before she left for the day. She did not ever call us back. AWFUL SERVICE! We booked 3 rooms again this month 12/28 - 12/30 before finding out what the bank was able to verify. We are World of Hyatt members and planned on booking 3 suites for 2-3 nights, every month for our group. We will have to book elsewhere after this stay because of the lack of concern and urgency that was taken over our stay, which is unacceptable. My sister Rosaline Mavaega is the newly appointed Equal Rights Commissioner for the Municipality of Anchorage Alaska and will be hearing about this business and the way they practice customer service. I am going to put in a review on booking.com, and on Expedia of this event to warn potential guests of the "bullshit of a service" these places are offering. Not even the decency to return or answer a call to make things right. We would consider if these issues were addressed or fixed. Until then, we plan on staying at another Hotel every month. The only thing keeping it from a 5 star rating is the price. Why is everything so expensive in Anchorage?! I stayed there one night earlier this week and I recommend this hotel highly -- clean, new, nice staff, parking included, or shuttle to the airport on the hour, breakfast included. When I arrived at breakfast I noticed some spilled yogurt on the floor -- by the time I turned around from the toaster it was gone -- cleaned up quickly and quietly. The front desk folks are super organized and friendly. And they have a sense of empowerment -- they are able to make decisions on the fly, unlike my experience at the Sheraton Hotel and Spa in downtown Anchorage (EVERYTHING has to go thru the "supervisor" there). I would highly recommend this hotel. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights before leaving for Whittier on my cruise. This hotel recently opened and everything is new. I got a corner suite during this stay since the price difference between this suite and a normal room was small. The suite was outstanding. Spacious bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and sitting area. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast as well, which includes fruit, bread, yogurt, hot entrees amongst other foods. There is also free shuttle service between the hotel, airport, and train station. This is a great hotel to stay in downtown Anchorage. It is close enough to the airport, train station, and many other sights of Anchorage. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Anchorage. read more

This was our first stay ever in this hotel. They would have got more stars if they executed all the issues at hand. Upon our arrival we receive a letter from the front desk that they sorry about the noise but that behind the hotel there will be a festival since we were traveling with two child who are very sensitive to sound. I asked if they were going to be compensated us for this and they stated they were not. Had we been notified in advance I would have cancelled my reservation and booked some where else. Then I specifically booked a high floor for less traffic. They were willing to change that to a high floor. Which I was grateful because that first room was disgusting. However, the other one wasn't any better. Another issue was that every night our room was not clean and we didn't have clean towels or were restocked on bathroom items. According to there policy it gets done every forth day! That's disgusting. Don't let me get started on breakfast. Staff is just there having conversations with other staffs instead of refilling items. It was 7am and they were out of a lot of stuff and looked bothered when it was brought to there attention. For the price of those rooms I would definitely be staying else where next time! read more

My experience here was mixed. Overall, it wasn't bad but there's def room for improvement. If possible, I'd recommend finding another hotel Pros: - comfortable rooms - soundproofing decent Cons: - the hot water stopped working out of nowhere and wasn't told it was gone or when it came back - check out staff was just not there for like 20 minutes??? - no apologies for the lack of hot water despite it being literally freezing weather out - unprofessional staff / lacked any sort of customer service read more

Beds comfy, breakfast amazing. Stayed here with my family for a week, after the first night here a purse was missing with wallet, money, earphones, etc the third night here another purse that was brand new sitting in our room was missing mind you we ordered no housekeeping during our stay. Front desk was no help at all, eventually charges showed up on statements and over 4,000 was stolen from me. All at surrounding stores, Lowe's, Auto-zone, Mama Bear deli, and other stores. Do not recommend bringing valuables to this hotel. They do not have safes in their room either. At a point while in our room house keeping did try to come in our room and said "oh I was going to lock the door". They will steal from your room. Also will go into your room without permission or being advised about the entering or shown in anyway that they have went in the room for cleaning or anything. Very upsetting vacation. Staying here for a week on business. I asked the front desk to copy a 10 page document and was told no. Poor customer service.

It's so cold at night I don't think they turn the heat on. The hotel is great but the fact that they give you thin blankets and no heat at night is a little frustrating. I felt like I was camping both nights. I really hoped the second night would be different. I was wrong. The second night was worse. Thank god for unlimited hot water tho perfect for re heating until the sun warms the room in two hours. Clearly I'm upset.. read more

One word - CLEAN! Didn't find a single hair on the bathroom floor, in the drawers, or the beds. And no stains either. For me, a spotless room is EVERYTHING! Also, the guys at the front desk were super sweet! read more

Not happy - Hotel is nice did not receive price I booked. Supervisor said he would get back to me he did not. Over priced Market & drinks.
