    Double charge

Double charged my credit card. Upon checkout, a lady told me to come over and said my credit card has been declined. I said that is a mistake. I believe you are charging me twice. Now I have proof they charged me twice on my credit card. Be careful. Room was below expectations.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and comfortable. They serve free breakfast in the mornings with various selections like bagel, toast, cereal, oatmeal etc. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Been here many times in the past never any problem. First Post Covid Christmas vacation, this time around absolutely disgusting. First room we checked into, a pile of used towels and bath robe in the closet. Front desk service was good. Changed a new room for us, of the same floor (very thoughtful saving us the trouble of moving around with luggage's). Second room after we settled in, the following I found, didn't even have to look hard: 1)finally realize the thermostats is not working (and maintenance crew went home early due to Christmas Day. Unable to fix it so we were given extra blankets in case the room gets cold. They can only come the following day. 2)after taking a shower, one of the 3 towels on the rack (still have pubic hair on it) 3) 4 pillows, all the pillow cases still dirty (with hairs still on them) did they even change the pillow cases? It is really making us thinking twice before coming back ever again. If this is the corporate way of cutting cost to recuperate their financial loss from the pandemic it is very sad to say they lose my business forever.

I was a guest here for a weekend course at Landmark. The service at this hotel was absolutely delightful! How about that hot breakfast?! It's definitely one, if not the best breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel/motel. I loved that there was fresh fruit, several dairy choices, hot breakfast items, and an Oatmeal bar. I really enjoyed the selection of dried fruits available. Breakfast was served and set up promptly. The attendants were very clean, and kind, and then there was the coffee and tea selection. Regular, decaf, and a thing of hot water for tea drinkers. I recall seeing juice dispensers as well. Don't fret if you're a quick bagel and run type, there were some of those too! Great place.

Coffee, egg & bacon sandwich, waffle and an old school newspaper

Did you know that "Hotel" is etymologically similar to "Hospital"? This is a good thing, because the front desk clerk was nice to give me a bandaid after a small shaving accident. That's great service! Sharon and I stayed at the Hyatt Place during my first trip to Boston, and this has been my favorite hotel (including her two Miami visits) thus far. The room itself is about the size of a studio apartment and we had a view of the highway and famous Boston traffic. I'll just hold off a star because we didn't have a chance to try the pool. Room service was professional and well done, even coming in later when we overslept. Our bathroom was real clean, stocked with plenty of towels and perfect water temperature and pressure. The AC was freezing cold as well for me (Bae had plenty of blankets :) There are a couple of chain restaurants in the strip mall next to the hotel, though we stuck mostly to the Friday's for nightcaps and late night bites. I only had breakfast before my flight back and found the kitchen staff to be pleasant and the silverware (not paper plates!) clean. My coffee was strong, and the egg/cheese/bacon sandwich warm and not greasy. My waffle was also done right, with a little bit of syrup.

    Nice suite

For the price I paid, this hotel was such a steal! The suite was big and included a fridge and a giant L shaped pull out sofa. Hotel was clean, service was friendly & welcoming (especially the maids they were the sweetest!), and location was perfect. It's literally across the street from a mall and Target which makes it very convenient!! They also offered free continental breakfast and every day they had different items. I came in the winter & stayed for 4 days when there was a snowstorm going on, but it wasn't much of a problem because they had the trucks clearing up the parking lot around the clock. Plenty of parking and it's in a safe area about 15-20min drive from the airport (learned the hard way they don't offer shuttle service to airport from the hotel). The bed was really comfy here, but walls a bit thin. The fridge actually worked perfect and kept our leftovers really cold/frozen LOL. If you need to microwave anything they have a microwave downstairs to use along w/ plates & utensils. I definitely will be staying here again my next visit to Boston. Something about it made me feel like I was at home.

Hello, What time is check in and check out?

Be careful, I had the worst experience there when they overbooked and left me stranded in the middle of the night.

Unfortunately, this experience wasn't the best. Took my SO here for his birthday (on a Thursday night, so not super busy) and we were sat right away on our scheduled reservation time. The seating was really cute, we took one of the booths that are built into the wall and look like alcoves. The waiter service was okay, nice enough but I was expecting someone more approachable. Though the restaurant has recently opened so I assume they're still in the training phase. The person who brought over the bread and butter almost threw it at the table, yikes. The appetizer that we ordered was the mezze platter and it was very delicious. However, I cannot speak to entrees beyond that, as I didn't get to have my meal there. I ordered the cod and asked for no bacon. The food took about 30+ minutes to come and it had bacon. Took a bit to flag the waiter and told him that. He was nice enough and took it back to get it re-made. Which was taking about 20 or so minutes. We had other plans after the dinner with a scheduled start time, so I had to flag the waiter again and ask that they just make it to-go because we had to leave.

This is a pretty standard Hampton Inn, nothing really to speak of necessarily, but... it is not without some flaws. For one thing, the entire facility is in dire need of an update. Lighting in the guest room itself was very dark, and one of the switches literally did nothing. The furniture was okay, but clearly a bit worn. The TV was fairly new, though, so props there. The hotel is located behind some main roads, so it has a kind of "distant" vibe to it. If you don't have a car, it's pretty much on an island with nothing around it (so to speak). There are some accommodations (restaurants, mall, etc.) within a mile of the place, but again, without a car, it's not really walking distance. Certainly not safely! Still, that being said, it was a decent stay for what we needed it for. You're not too far from the train station (Quincy Center) that can take you to downtown Boston and the surrounding area. They even have a free shuttle that can take you to said station and to local places! I don't think they go to Logan, however, but their train system does (same with rideshare, of course). For the price, I mean... at least you're saving a lot over downtown prices, which is nice. Far less expensive than staying in Boston proper! But, factor in the time spent traveling via rental car, rideshare, or train and it's up to you. For what we needed, it was perfectly suited. The staff here really made the difference, though. Lauren (sp?) in particular was a huge help to us! She made a complicated reservation very easy thanks to her assistance. Even the corporate site couldn't claim that! The free breakfast was also a very nice touch, with some good options pretty much every day. Overall, it's a Hampton Inn, hard to say more beyond that. But, it was a good location and price for our long weekend in Boston. I'd stay here again!
