This hotel has very well decorated rooms with comfortable space. A great area for happy hour at the bar and plenty of places to hang out if you're with larger groups. I loved the space in the room. However, the sheets are so rough and scratchy it was hard to sleep. I've had better bedding at low end hotels so this was really disappointing given how upscale the hotel should be. No matter how low I turned the air down it was hot all night. Not sure if it was broke or if the Hyatt is yet another hotel that centrally controls the air and just makes you think you can adjust it.

During my 8-night stay at Regency Hotel Deerfield, I would like to give this hotel a 5-star rating for their accommodation of allowing us to bring food and drinks to the lounge, which provided us with the perfect opportunity to have a quick get-together after attending the WTMU SEMINAR. The rooms were generally clean; however, I did experience an issue where I would wake up sweating at night. Although the hotel did offer to move me to a different room, I opted not to as I wasn't inclined to go through the hassle of relocating, especially considering that the air conditioning situation Overall it was a pleasant stay, they also have pool & tiny gym for a quick stretch & treadmill.

We're just here to meet up with friends! The lobby is pretty big and very convenient from the tollway! Be careful if you're coming from the East, you might missed the entrance!

Luxury hotel , awesome lobby. Price is expensive. Room is good. Once in awhile opportunity.

They offer a hot food bar and an omelette station. 4) Checkout is usually noon rather than 11 am. At least at this location it is. This location also has a pool and a hot tub, which I love. The hotel is large with ample and free parking. The staff who checked me in were very nice (including the trainee) who was very friendly and confident. The room itself, although not a boutique hotel, was updated and modern enough to not feel like a generic motel. It was clean and spacious (and 2 rooms as it's an all suite hotel so there was plenty of space.) I loved that the fitness room was open 24/7 so I could get my steps in even if I got back late. I had a little bit at the included breakfast buffet (which was popping at 8 in the morning on a Saturday.) There were plenty of basic options and the coffee was serviceable. I'd definitely stay here again if I was coming back to this part of the greater Chicago area.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this experience honestly didn't sit right with me…read more Upon arrival, the front desk staff made us feel judged. We were dressed in sweats and cozy clothes (we're from California and not used to the cold), while others around us were dressed more formally. I understand this is considered a "nicer" hotel, but that shouldn't affect how guests are treated. What really stood out was when I asked a simple question about how long it takes to get the deposit back on a credit card. One of the front desk employees jumped in and said it depends on the card, usually 7-14 days--but then specifically mentioned that if it's a Cash App card, it would "definitely" take 14 days. The way it was said felt very assumptive and unprofessional. I work in sales/finance, so that comment didn't sit right with me. When I clarified that we were using Navy Federal, his tone immediately changed and became much more respectful. That shift alone was very telling. As for the room itself, it did not meet expectations for a hotel that presents itself as high-end. * All four cups in the room were dirty with visible residue and streaks * The bedding had multiple stains, some immediately visible and others noticeable under lighting * The couch had strange stains on it as well * When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was someone else's old medicine wrapper underneath, which made it very clear the room was not properly cleaned * One of the lamps was broken * The sink/faucet had heavy buildup and grime that looked unsanitary (as shown in the photos) The level of cleanliness was honestly unacceptable. I didn't complain during the stay since it was only one night, but it's something future guests should be aware of. The only positives were how quick check-in was and how easy it was to book (we booked through Airbnb, which may also have contributed to how we were perceived). Overall, if you're staying here: * Don't expect equal treatment based on appearance * Check EVERYTHING in your room before using it Definitely not the experience I expected from a place that markets itself as high-end.

I noticed a lot of dogs and when I got to the room, the room had a foul smell. I didn't change cuz I would be spending that much time in the room. But later in the stay I noticed it I my nasal passages when I was going to sleep and my clothes smelled of a kennel. A woman brought a dog to the buffet line with dog in one hand and a plate in the other. The wait staff stopped her still probably dropped a few dog hairs in the buffet. I will never stay here again. When I said something to the lady at Che k out she said they were only on the 3rd floor when that was a lie. I stayed on the second floor and 2 dogs were barking and crying off and on. Literally next door and accross the way. The stench in the restaurant was a mix of dirty rags and heavy chemicals, either cleaning or covering the other smells.

The bathroom could have been larger or had a sliding door because the swing of the door did not leave much space in there. They had complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. There was a small soap bar and lotion by the sink. I used the hair dryer in multiple occasions, very useful. There is a full sized mirror. There are also two closets for your clothes. No house keeping, except upon request. The complimentary breakfast gets full with people. They had the standard cereals from dispensers (cheerios, shredded wheat, Frosted Flakes). There were prepacked oatmeal too that just needed hot water added. They had gluten free packaged muffins. They also had a make your own waffle station with the mixed batter and hot waffle makers. You could put jelly, peanut butter, syrup or honey on it. On rotation, they sometimes had either a breakfast burrito or sausage with potato bits. They sometimes had scrambled eggs or frittata eggs. They also had souffle eggs. They also had toast, English muffins, and bagels next to a toaster. There was also hot oatmeal available with toppings. They had boiled eggs and a variety of yogurt. I didn't try the soda machine orange juice or apple juice but I had the low fat chocolate and regular milk.

Always helped when asked and answered all questions. was able to loan an induction hot plate so I could make one-pan meals. Pan included was very small so more for eggs than full meals for two. Rooms showed some wear but no major defects. Water pressure was okay but not strong. Tv dark balance was off and remote did not allow for adjustment. TVs were 4k sets and fairly large though. Beds were a bit firm but clean. Was a rough night rest the first night but a 30 dollar mattress topper really helped. Just think of it as an unseen add-on for the stay. Not hard, but needed some cushion. Internet speed was reasonable and only disconnected once or twice a day. Worked well enough for the occasional team meeting or call. Pool was heated but not hot. Still a little chilly but if you swam a little it was easy to shake the chill. Gym was small but functional. Some dumbbells one cable machine and 5 cardio machines. Breakfast was very basic. Egg circles, breakfast breads, a couple protein options and a waffle station. Not great but good enough to get you going. It's not a bad hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It's functional and works for the average traveler. There's some maintaining that could be done, and some accommodations could be better, but if you're in the state for work it will do.
