Excellent customer service and excellent car work. Had him do a bunch of stuff on my car and my car has never been better. I have a Prius 2014 at 150k miles. Below is what I got done. - balanced the battery - installed new water pump - transmission oil change - cleaned out the hybrid filter coolant system He took pictures of all the work and sent me constant updates. If you have a Prius, you NEED to have this guy in your life. He is an electrical engineer by trade and has a crazy amount of knowledge with all Prius models. He's so humble and told me it took a lot of experience and time to have that crazy amount of knowledge but he has absolutely no regret learning new hybrid technology and sharing with his clients . I have known the owner of this company for over 10 years and he is the most honest mechanic out there . Not only does he know how to fix your hybrid, he also explains to you thoroughly what the issue was, what he's going to do, along with how it all works and then on top of that, he advises you of how to take preventative measures and gives you maintenance instructions !! I got a 2nd hand Prius 2009 model with about 110000 miles. A few weeks ago, after driving over 20000 miles on it, the water pump system broke down while I was on the highway. I didn't know what to do so I searched for Toyota mechanics and Khan showed up. Now this was the first time my car broke down on the road and I do not know Prius much so I was worried that someone would overprice their service for fixing my car. But after talking to Khan, I could tell that he was extremely knowledgeable especially in the Prius cars and had many years of fixing Prius cars under his belt. He also majored in electrical engineering so he has been able to experiment and invent the car to run better and smoother without causing problems to the car. In addition, he knew right away the problem in my car after telling him about what happened to my car. So I asked him to fix my car. It was the best decision I made for my car. I care for my car so I wanted the best service while not having to spend so much because I am not rich. He explained in great detail the problem and how he was going to fix it and how he was going to improve my car so that my car won't break down even if my water pump failed the next time. He also gave me a 1 year warranty for the water pump. He fixed my car and my car has been running smooth without any problems since the fix. I fully recommend his awesome and skilled service. I bought a used 2007 Nissan Altima Hybrid which i've owned for 3 years. i've experienced hybrid battery issues from the get-go. Unfortunately, I was taking my car to a so-called hybrid specialized mechanic , who rebuild/replaced my battery (4x) , replaced my 12V, replaced coils and fuses, fixed a short, changed a harness, cleaned the hybrid fan (so he says... Hybrid battery warning light went on the next day and the battery was replaced the following week). Fortunately, in 2019 I came across Tran with Hybrid Car Battery. Tran does a great job and is more than reasonably priced. In fact it was half the price than other auto shops I looked into. Tran did my battery a while back and it lasted a long time and it finally went out. I looked at my receipt Tran gave me and it was still under warranty. Tran holds high integrity and honored my warranty and took care of it right away. My 2009 Prius the speedometer, odometer, fuel gauge indicators were dark and the car would not shut off but again in a few tries back to normal. Found on internet combination meter problem caused this. called couple of mechanics and luckily came across this business. The mechanic came to my place did the diagnosis, sent pictures during the repair. Explained the repair and completed. Very convenient and honest business and very economical. I think, future of auto repair would involve this stop by your place service. He is doing it right. 3 weeks passed and everything is working fine and I am very happy with the repair. Please do not use this guy for hybrid battery replacement. The replacement battery will fail within a couple of month and his only response you should have gotten the warranty. This only means that he will put in battery that will doom to fail in short period of time. I've been taking my Prius to him for a few year and always wonder why it keeps failing. read more

My hybrid battery in my Prius was on life support, but was saved by a refurbished battery from a 2009 model. The dealer quoted us more than what the car was worth and this option was way better for our pocket. He was super knowledgable and even offered a 1 year warranty should anything go wrong. He even took the time to look at the regular engine and noticed a few things rattled that weren't supposed to. Will definitely call him back for future hybrid problems.
