The change of ownership has apparently (significantly) increased prices to cover the purchase.

Their prices are fair and they accept both credit card and cash/Zelle (if you want to avoid the 3% credit card surcharge). During the oil change they also noted some things that will need repair, but weren't pushy with their recommendations. For that I am very appreciative, and will most definitely come back for their continued services.

Not often you see business with tons of long time clientele. That speaks volume. I have been coming to this location for about 15 years. I live about 30 miles away but I come to Urgent Auto Care because they are honest, trustworthy, friendly, and most of all, they will give you the run down on the issue and offer options for you to decide on what you want to do with great pricing. I often come here for things the dealer wants me to change and repair and Sean will let me know what is more of a priority than other items, or the dealer reported items, that is not as bad as the dealer made it sound like and that I have some times before I really need to think about changing or repair. Sean had consistently proved to me that he will be honest on what you need and not on what he can earn from you. After so many years, my wife and two kids now also take their car to Sean at Urgent Auto Care.

I dropped my truck off on Saturday, March 14th at 9:00 AM. Around 2:30 PM, I received a call that the four tires I requested to have replaced was ready for pick up. After paying $1,061.57 for the tires and labor, I drove off the lot only for my truck to begin violently shaking, forcing me to pull over immediately. I contacted my husband, who came to assist, but the truck was undrivable. I returned to Stress Free Auto Care and explained the situation. At that point, my husband was already waiting for a tow truck. Instead of addressing the issue, we were told they were closing and would not inspect the vehicle until Monday. I could hear the mechanic complaining that he was tired and didn't want to wait around when the manager went to speak to him. I specifically asked if anyone actually drove my truck to test it and was told no they did not road test it. Obviously. Due to the poor customer service and urgency of the situation, we had the truck towed to Toyota of Orange. After inspection, we were informed that the lug nuts had been grossly over-tightened, three were broken and one was missing entirely. This was not a minor mistake; it caused significant damage to the wheel components and created a serious safety hazard. Proper torque is a basic standard that any competent shop should follow, yet it was clearly ignored. No one from Stress Free Auto Care contacted us at any point the following week. After Toyota kept the truck for a week and a half, we were left with a repair bill of $3,332.03. My husband sent a certified letter to Stress Free Auto Care, including documentation of the damages and requesting reimbursement. The manager eventually responded, offering to reimburse only the cost of the tires without acknowledging the additional damages or expenses incurred. As a result, we have filed a lawsuit to recover our losses. I strongly caution anyone to use Stress Free and to choose a business that values safety, accountability, and professional standards.

He gently pushed against the fender until the crease went away and pulled the bumper edge outward until it lined up flush against the fender. I got three other quotes up to $2600 requiring to replace the bumper and paint the fender to match! The car is over 5 years old but the entire body is in great shape. I wasn't looking for a perfect repair. Lawrence at the start asked if I wanted a perfect restoration or something reasonable. I definitely wanted something reasonable because I didn't want to go through my insurance company for an aging car. After he finished the repair, you can't even notice any damage. I wish more body shops were more honest like Signature Auto body. Last thing, I plan to come back with my other car that needs more extensive work but at least I know I'm dealing with someone who I can trust! :)

Since my truck was out of warranty, I wasn't sure where to turn. I reached out through Yelp and heard back from Ed almost immediately. He had a good idea of what might be wrong and invited me to bring the truck in for an assessment. After inspecting it, he identified damage (caused by rats) to the transmission wiring harness, which had unfortunately caused internal damage. He walked me through everything clearly and provided a very reasonable estimate for a full rebuild. Throughout the entire process, Ed was easy to communicate with, always professional, and genuinely helpful with his advice. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond after the repair. I was told this type damage might be covered under my comprehensive auto insurance. Ed then took the time to work directly with my insurance company--providing detailed documentation and expert insight. Because of his effort and experience, the claim was approved and the repair ended up being fully covered. That level of service is rare these days. I truly appreciate Ed's honesty, professionalism, and follow-through. He did exactly what he said he would do and then some. I wouldn't hesitate to come back or recommend him to anyone in need of transmission work.

Wonderful Staff Going to have a car fixed is a hassle with the fees and finding a good mechanic. I have to say, I enjoy taking my car to Electron Automotive Not only are they nice but if you call ahead, they do not forget you and move on to a new customer.... This was my second visit to their business and I feel they have done a great job both times, going above and beyond in my opinion. Also, if you need a specialist in Hybrid or electric car here you are with the best professionals. No doubts they can save people's money because they really know what they are doing.I am not loosing my time going to the dealers, it was a nightmare. Just had my 2002 prius fixed at Electron. Great service: honest, accurate diagnosis, friendly, and very knowledgeable! I went to various shops only to have been rejected for having a hybrid car. I decided on Electron after searching on yelp for a reliable shop capable of hybrid repair (they fix all cars including hybrids). Chris, the owner, also teaches at a college and another mechanic, Jimmy, is his top student. It just felt nice knowing my car was in good hands. Good experience! Had trouble finding a hybrid shop because most mechanics don't work on Toyota Prius cars. I called and they accepted my car right away. My hybrid battery went bad and they replaced mine with one that they remanufactured. The repair took about 45 minutes and my car is running again. My wife has a Chevy Volt Hybrid and I plan to bring it here next time! I found out that Chris teaches Hybrids and electronics classes at a college and is an ASE master technician. I stumbled upon Electron Automotive online and went to check out the shop. Chris was very professional and courteous. He got my truck Monday morning and said he would call me later that day with an estimate. To my surprise, he called and said I had a broken sprocket on the camshaft and had to order it. He gave me a very reasonable price and promised it to be ready by noon Thursday. They finished it a day early and my bill was $70 less than the estimate! Tyler and Chris were awesome. As my family and I were being evacuated from our home (Canyon Fire 2), my Prius suddenly had the SCARE the CRAP out of you alerts flash up on my dashboard. Frantically looking for somewhere to take my car, talked to Chris, and was able to have my car looked at immediately. My daughter has a Gen1 Prius and we bought battery cells and a refurbished busbar from them. The price was reasonable, ordering was easy and with the help of their videos (and a couple others on YouTube), we got it installed in a day and a half. These guys rock! Mine was a special situation, but before I even realized it the old battery was out and a brand new unit was in its place. Not only did the tech work with speed, but kindly put up with my constant barrage of questions with good humor. Yes, Chris and Kerry his technician are wonderful! I went with Electron in August because of the reviews and so glad I did. Chris is so straightforward and honest. His prices are very reasonable. This place is the best, honest, fair, and do great work at reasonable pricing. Fixed my Prius same day at a fair price and fixed another problem from a previous repair at another shop for free! The great thing is.... Valentine does!!! That's why I only trust Valentine and his crew to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair my vintage 2007 Toyota Prius. It has 200K miles on it and I am hoping to put another 200K on it with Valentine's help. This time it was a bad fuel pump that was damaged after I ran out of gas and tried to start the car several times. Now, let me ask an engineering & design question. Would you integrate the fuel pump inside of the fuel tank so that when (not if) the fuel pump fails, you have to replace the entire gas tank assembly?? After all... this is not rocket science!!! Who designed this??? Valentine was very accommodating and explained the problem and the solution to me before any work started. This makes any customer confident that he brought his vehicle to the right place. I highly recommend these guys to work on your hybrid vehicle.

They were super responsive with the best customer service I've ever encountered, clear communication and consistent follow-up throughout the entire process. I originally brought my car in after getting a warning to stop immediately. I called around and got multiple quotes and they had the best deal. Andrew who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and correctly diagnosed it as a battery issue right away. He walked me through the difference between a refurbished and new battery and I chose the refurbished option which came with a one year warranty. Unfortunately the battery failed shortly after but never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. They offered to pick up my car and drop off a loaner. That alone is exceptional. Owner Ivan took full responsibility without hesitation and the turnaround time was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. I don't live nearby but I will absolutely be coming back for all future service. They really take pride and joy in making sure that everything is done well and will provide a solution with the utmost customer service.
