I have had my pool now for about 4 years and they still are willing to help me with any problems that I have. The staff is very knowledgeable and on top of pool chemistry. They are always so nice and welcome you when you come in the door. I have tried other cheaper pool chemicals that didn't work so well (shame on me) and had to go back to them to get my pool straightened out. (expensive lesson) It is about 30 minutes away from my house but we'll worth the drive. It doesn't matter how many times I take a water sample in there they are always willing to test it no questions asked. Sometimes I need nothing and they don't try to trick me into buying anything. This could only have been a manufacturing flaw and was probably like this since we bought it. It has been over a month since Oasis first put the order in with Artesian for the replacement part. I do not recommend buying an Artesian spa. I wish I hadn't.
