Now, I need another motor already, I was told the lightening must have fried it. I called and ordered the motor with them and asked to get put on the schedule. Now, going on 4 weeks and nothing has happened. I keep having to reach out to them and ask when will the motor be installed. Over a week ago was their last response, I asked and was told the motor "Should have been on the truck yesterday", and then no further response. I have left voicemails and text messages, with no response. They simply do not care.

I have had my pool now for about 4 years and they still are willing to help me with any problems that I have. The staff is very knowledgeable and on top of pool chemistry. They are always so nice and welcome you when you come in the door. I have tried other cheaper pool chemicals that didn't work so well (shame on me) and had to go back to them to get my pool straightened out. (expensive lesson) It is about 30 minutes away from my house but we'll worth the drive. It doesn't matter how many times I take a water sample in there they are always willing to test it no questions asked. Sometimes I need nothing and they don't try to trick me into buying anything.
