I wasn't sure which therapy I needed, but after speaking with Neary, I chose the Hydration Refresh - because I am chronically dehydrated and suffer from joint pain/stiffness. The room is light and airy and I felt calm/peaceful. Halfway through the therapy, I started feeling very refreshed and energized. It's hard to explain, but I was thrilled! They have an IV for colds & flus, one for immune boost and one for if you already have symptoms. They wouldn't let me come in because I had symptoms. Which, I completely understand. But, take it off your menu if you can't offer it. I went to another location & disclosed I had symptoms again and they took me no problem because that's what that particular IV is for. I wore a mask, they wore masks & they helped me at the Redondo location. They were great. The Redondo location seemed to work more like an actual medical facility to take "sick" patients. I do know they they're franchised owned, but take items off your menu if you can't offer them. I was COMPLETELY relieved that the Redondo location took me in. I couldn't afford to get more sick than I was. I woke up that morning with a fever, chills, headache & nausea. I tested myself to make sure I was covid negative before I called. So I believe I just had a heavy cold or a start to the flu. Once I got to the Redondo location after Seal Beach turned me away, after 10 minutes on the cold & flu IV my fever broke & all my other symptoms went away. I got done about 3pm and rested the rest of the day & night. When I woke up my tonsils were no longer swollen & I was completely back to myself. Thank you to the Redondo Location for taking me in. I suggest going there if you're feeling ill, they'll take care of you. And I highly suggest the cold & flu IV, it works! read more

Such a life saver! Love this clinic, so grateful for the IV drips offered. I suffer from lupus and fibromyalgia and this is the only thing that has helped reduce my symptoms and even get me out of a flare up. Not friendly at all on phone or in person, makes you feel like you are putting them out to ask questions or just get a service done. Went in there a few weeks back, and i could hear the workers talking in the back as I stood in the front waiting for someone.. then I said "hello" and they said hold on and continued to talk for a bit. Finally the girl came and said "do you have an appointment" with attitude, and I just couldn't even imagine this chick poking my arm with a needle, so I was out. If you are chronically suffering from malabsorption/vitamin deficiency, auto immune illness, chronic fatigue, etc. this isn't the place for you. Although, they advertise that they can improve such conditions and there are licensed nurses on staff, they have little knowledge of what is needed. Additionally, there are undisclosed boosters added to a blend so ask questions to ensure the formulation is right for you. I love this place! I had a surgery that left me extremely sick and dehydrated. I went in and the doctor working suggested what I should do. (yes there is a real doctor who works there which is kind of amazing!) I got an IV full of vitamins and was chilling in a cozy chair. The only suggestion I have would be to play spa music rather than top rock hits. I can't chill while Kid Rock is playing lol. But the staff and the facility are wonderful and the place is immaculate.
