This location did have what I previously ordered so I went here to pick it up. This is a nice sized location with ample parking in their lot. Joshua A. was the Parts Sales Manager. I had asked to deal with a manager because I wanted to find out who the district manager was at the previous location along with letting him know what happened. Joshua was super nice and helpful as he showed me the sign posted that showed all of the managers and their contact information. For my inconvenience, Joshua gave me a discount which I appreciated because I was really dissatisfied with my experience and inconvenience at the previous store. I highly recommend coming here. i love that they are still a full service boneyard. everyone is so friendly. i come in for a…read morespindle on my 02 civic as well as a strut. put them both in the tire was still pitched after hitting a concrete barrier on 294. i take it to shop to have it aligned and it's coming back spindle bent....weird and i've never heard of it before. not that this place is close but i went back there and on speaker phone had the alignment shop say what the machine was saying. he sold me another spindle at $50. that's $150 total spent now. 50/strut 50/spindle 2x. i finally am able to find time in a day to pull this "bent spindle" off. and put the 1 i just picked up on again....come to find out it's almost perfect almost doesn't need alignment. the problem i have is this...i brought the receipt in today with the "bent spindle" and not a person has cash in the whole establishment...like they scrounged up $50 after a while but they wanting me to come back.....they on 103 commercial and i'm located like 183rd and halsted. i don't like making this drive i did it now 3x and i'll continue to shop here for my automotive needs but please keep some cash on hand for the love of god

Only days after driving the car with the new battery, I found out that my car had zero power. No lights on dashboard or anything to notify me what might be the problem. That's when I opened the hood of car and inspected the battery. The battery was just thrown inside and connected with little to no effort . All the knobs were lose. Shame on you Autozone for hiring these clueless people. Glad it happened when I was parked and not while driving.
