AMAZING!!!!!!!! I don't even know where to start...from the moment that I arrived at Hyperion, I was greeted with nothing but excellent customer service!! The owner David went way past my expectations of taking care of me. From the moment that I got there he asked me what my concerns were and what he could help me with. Hands down the BEST experience I could've possibly imagined. The guys at Hyperion are honest, professional, and repeatedly went above and beyond while they repaired by car. After my 2009 Toyota Prius fell victim to a hit-and-run in a parking lot last year, it was left with a very sizable dent in the front bumper. I got several quotes to replace the bumper from other repair shops on Yelp, and Hyperion was BY FAR the cheapest one. At first I was wary of the deep discount, but after reading all of the other stellar reviews, I took the chance. Since I had already gotten my quote online, I was able to drop my car off and go in less than 15 minutes. When I returned a few days later, the new bumper looked good-as-new, if not better, despite the fact that it was (supposedly) an aftermarket bumper. They matched the paint PERFECTLY. It only got better from there. The guys at Hyperion had completed a deep clean of the exterior and interior, AND buffed out a few other unrelated scratches I had elsewhere on the car, all for FREE! Brought my car in to get a quote, and the quote was significantly more than all the other quotes that I've gotten. They wanted to overcharge me for parts that should be $100. they quoted $500. I would not recommend taking your car to this body shop because they're not honest with their quotes and they try to overcharge the customers to make an extra buck. read more
