Yummy pizza snd subs best sub shop in the neighborhood!!! I love being able to see them at work and the place is clean

Last 2 times I've order meatball subs they were raw. There was a 6 month gap in between orders.

I've ordered dinner for my family today because we didn't feel like cooking. I regret ordering after $43.00 spent I received three chicken cutlet baskets with one chicken tender on a big Bulky roll no taste at all. Save yourself the disappointment and just order from stashes I would've gotten my money worth and not had to eat a half of chicken sandwich because the other halves were just bread. Nick's has become our go-to sub shop. Excellent steak & cheese and grilled chicken subs, good fries and decent pizza. Always fast and hot and good portions for the money. No complaints. read more

I won't deny loving the Steak Bomb pizza. So yummy, steak and cheese and I love their crust! It reminds me of a Greek pizza place I used to go to in Phila, same type of crust, I love it. It is chewy and sweet. I've also gotten a hoagie there as well. Decent. No frills, just good. Oh, I got wing dings there....gross. No good. Oh well, can't have it all! Fast delivery too. This place bas taken over an hoir and a half to get delivered a few blocks away and to get a really salty steak and cheese. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Food is decent. But ever since they never delivered my order at all one night I will never call again. I realized how long I had been waiting for the delivery and tried to call and couldn't even get anyone on the phone. I order from this shop at least 2- 3 times a week from work, $30+ between my co-workers and I. Today we ordered 3 subs and a plate. My sub in particular had a LONG BLACK HAIR in it. So I called the shop and made arrangements to get my refund. When I got there, the "manager", who is a woman, coincidentally had thick black hair with no hair net. She also handed me my money with the same gloves she was just cooking with. Point is, I'm never going there again and I urge whoever reads this to double and triple check your food. I'm going to be fair and just give this Pizza shop just two stars. It's not the worst pizza place I've been to but it's certainly not the best. If you are going to order something here stick to the pizza and fries. We chose this pizza place because it got a lot of good reviews and we needed something quick to eat while in the area. Our order consisted of two slices of pizza, chicken fingers, A steak and cheese sub, and a order of fries to go. I would have to say that the pizza is not bad. Thin crust, just the right amount of sauce and cheese however my pizza was rather cold which is rather disappointing when you're expecting nice warm slice of pizza. The order of fries was fresh and hot and crispy. But I've never had any fries without any salt so that was also a little disappointing as well. The chicken fingers are huge and came with generous portions. The chicken was crispy. But what ruined the experience was that the batter was bland, not even a trace of salt for seasoning. It came with little packets of duck sauce, which helped a little. But we were expecting more . Lastly the steak and cheese. The steak itself was very grisly with every bite we took. Service is starting to go downhill. In the past couple of months I've had them completely forget to cook one of my orders. The food doesn't taste as fresh. The pizza taste a bit different and not in a good way. It almost taste like left over pizza, I don't know if they have changed their cheese or what. And just now I've called three time to order food for delivery. The first two times I called it was as if someone was picking up the phone then hanging up. Then I waited a few minutes and called back. One of the guys picked up and for a couple of seconds didn't say anything then put me on hold. After a couple minutes go by I was sure he forgot about me so as I'm thinking to hang up he returns. I tell him I would like delivery he asks for my address which they usually don't have to I gave it to him and told him what I wanted and after that he put me on hold by putting the phone down. So I hung up. There used to be one guy that always answered the phone and did the orders,he was very pleasant and effi I've actually been trying out other places in the neighborhood to be my go to pizza place. They are by far my favorite sandwich makers in Rozzi. The chicken bacon ranch is my usual and they haven't let me down yet. The calzones are bomb and the pizzas are quality. They are always friendly and nice there, welcoming. Every time I call, no matter my order 10 to 15 minutes, even when I call 30 minutes before they close, same great fresh hot food, no attitude. I Love Nicks is my spot. I have had pretty much everything on their menu, whatever you get you won't be disappointed. read more

Got a cheese pizza from Nick's last week and was really not a fan. The problem was with the sauce, which I really didn't like. I can't put my finger on exactly why, but it was too much of something-- salt? spice? I wish I could be more helpful. There are much better pizza places around. read more

I decided to try Nick's for the first time and had called to place a lunch order for delivery and the first thing I was told over the phone was that there is a $20.00 minimum for deliveries. I completely understand that it is snowing but really a $20.00 minimum. I go ahead and place an order, then I realized I needed to cancel the order and called right back. When the phone gets picked up I state that I just called and need to cancel and all they did was hang up the phone. This is completely unprofessional for any establishment to do to any customer. Ordered a turkey club sub and a small order of chicken wings. I was told 15-20 minutes. arrived to pick up order 15 minutes later and told wings were not ready. Paid for my order and waited 10 minutes more. Place was not busy- sunday early afternoon. wings finally ready but NO turkey sub. they forgot it !! This is the worst food in town and horrible customer service . I ordered steak tips dinner - fries were overcooked and tips under cooked. I called same night and spoke to guy with the glasses, he seemed concerned and assured me that he will give me credit for the next visit. I came in a week later to claim my credit - he reneged and could only offer $3 credit. There are better options in the area that have excellent service and make great food for a lower price - went to Boston House of Pizza on American Legion same night and got the best steak tips for $3 less. Mediocre neighborhood place to end your hunger. Not a destination place. Expensive for the quality and menu items are smashed into tiny carry out containers. The liquor store next door gives better service and all they do is hand you a bottle of scotch. read more

I have been ordering from nicks for YEARS! I've always loved their food and I've even had their pizza for my birthdays when I was young. I always order the chicken broccoli Alfredo with cheese and it's always amazing and typically the customer service is pretty okay too. Tonight I ordered my regular which was the Alfredo. It took 45 minuets which is standard. I know the food is always fresh and hot when delivered. Tonight the dish was prepared differently. I know this to be true because I order this dish about 4-5 times a month. The chicken used was dark meat and was seasoned differently which isn't something they usually do. I tried eating it but it made me sick. I decided to call nicks and ask if there is anything different about the dish. The staff member I spoke to, Roberto Caraballo, was extremely rude and was yelling at me over the phone telling me to "listen to him now" since I was talking about how the food was prepared differently. The seasoning did not match the dish and the taste was baI wasn't trying to start an argument but he definitely was. All I wanted was a refund or perhaps a credit. After trying to get words in between him yelling at me, I asked for Nick the store owner who I've known for years. The man on the phone told me "Nick would be in the next day at 11 and that they are too busy to deal with me right now and that if I wanted to complain I could come in the morning to talk to Nick." I will be going in and shall write an update from there. UPDATE: I went to Nicks to talk to the owner. He tried to tell me the food was still correct. He was apologetic about the terrible service and put a free pasta under my number for the next time I call. read more

I ordered a large extra cheese and a small with extra cheese and extra sauce for delivery. I was told 30-40 min for delivery. They took over an hour and at this point my 6 year old son was so hungry. By the time the pizza got to me (I'm 5 min from the restaurant) the small pizza was fine, the large pizza was a mess. The box was slightly bent at the top, so when I opened the box the cheese was stuck to the box and on one side. One whole side of the pizza was missing cheese. The delivery driver called to see what he should do, he said to send the pizza back and they will make another, well my son was so hungry we said we would keep the pizza and they can either discount the pizza this time or even discount the next one. The owner tells us no that we have to send the pizza back. Well we didnt want to wait another hour if not more so we just kept it and left it at that. The owner complained on the phone that he had a headache and that there was nothing he can do. We love their pizza but they lost us as customers. They did nothing to even try and make this right. We work in the area and frequent Nick's a lot. They have great pizza, subs and salads. Their delivery is always on time and every once in a while they throw something extra your way. One time we got a Meat Lover's Pizza and the threw in a Veggie Pizza for balance. The Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo is a thing of beauty. Good group of guys who like what they do. read more

Nick's sold subquality unedible pizza with compromized ingredient at outrageous price and did not respond to complaint appropriately. After reading positive reviews, I ordered buffalo chicken pizza for my children since I had to go out for the night. the woman who took the order did not tell me of $3 for delivery charge to $22 Pizza within 3 min of drive. After giving $3 tip, it became $28. When I came back home late, I found the pizza was not consumed by children since it was too salty. I tried a bite myself and found it shockingly salty. Instead of chunks of chicken, there were mashed and salted meat. It looked like either they used spoiled sandwich meat or meat of compromised freshness and added excessive salt to cover it. When I called the store next morning, this woman, falsely claim to be Nick, refused no refund or credit since I did not call the same night. I had a whole box of pizza that I offered to bring it to show her. But she refused. Worst pizza ever and worst service. I found out that nick is man. Don't order from this place, instead go across the street to Pleasant cafe pizza where, at half of the cost, you get highest quality to be called one of top 10 pizza place in town. Bertucchi with better quality and better price is not too far and for lunch time, they provide unlimited salad, too. read more

Their food is ok, But service recently was quite dissapointing. Not Only did I have to wait 45 minutes for my delivery, but they didn't put broccoli in my chicken ziti (no biggie right?) I called back to let them know and the kind gentleman tries to explain to me what chopped broccoli looks like... And while he is talking to someone else in the back I hear him say he "saw" the broccoli, he comes back on the phone and tells me not to touch it. Mind you, I had already served a portion, hoy else would I realize theres no green in that white and creamy pasta? I explain that to him and he says they will make me another one and to leave the one I had as is, so they can double-check because "that is imposible" and he also mentioned if I'd like a discount for my next order instead because "broccoli is only .50 cents more". Mistakes happen, thats right, but have him talk to me like Im a scammer for some stupid broccoli? If I didnt have $17.12 to have a $12 meal delivered, I simply would not have.
