    Menu 5/5 - Lunch Special - May 2026
    Nhue G.

I Luv Sushi Too is a great place to satisfy your sushi craving. They have so many sushi choices. Whether you like raw sushi, cooked sushi, or something else entirely, you'll find something you enjoy here. I wanted to try different rolls, and guess what, they had a lunch special where you can pick 2-3 half rolls to sample. It even came with a soup and a salad. I was sold. Customer service was really good also. * Baked Green Mussels 5/5 - This came with 4 yummy mussels. The mussels tasted fresh with really good flavors from being baked in spicy mayo and topped with masago. * Sunrise on Second Street 5/5 - All the flavors combined so well to create this flavor bomb of a roll. This was my favorite! It had spicy shrimp, krab (imitation crab), avocado, tuna, masago, green onion, eel sauce, sesame dressing, and chili oil. * Tsunami 4/5 - This roll can get pretty spicy. The flavor didn't stand out as much and I liked the other 3 rolls I got more. This one had spicy tuna, scallop, shrimp, gobo (murdock root), albacore, red onion, and spicy ponzu. * Autumn 4.5/5 - This was tasty. It had shrimp tempura, avocado, spicy albacore, masago, green onion, tempura flakes, eel sauce, and chili oil. * B.L.C. 5/5 - This baked lobster + California roll was simply delicious. The lobster was fresh and meaty. Love it.

I Luv Sushi was absolutely superb from the quality of fish to the awesome service. Truly one of those businesses that I enjoyed so much that I wish I could have an equivalent on the east coast! We tried their lunch special, which allowed us to try 3 of the special rolls per person. The rolls came in generous portion sizes that left me satisfied and happy. Loved the decor in the restaurant as well!

Lunch Special - Fuji Set with Alaskan Roll

Solid spot for lunch! Coworkers took me to I Luv Sushi Too for my first time for lunch this past week. I drive right past them almost everyday for my work commute, but usually, my experience with sushi-spots-with-gimmicky-names aren't great - so I was pleasantly surprised by how good this visit was! We stopped by a little after Noon on a weekday, and was greeted immediately upon entering. No wait - seated promptly. Probably about half the place was filled with other diners. The interior decor was tastefully decorated, noise level was moderate - we were able to hear each other at normal speaking voices. Huge menu with lots of options. They have several lunch specials ranging from $15 to $25 - good price for the quality of food you get here. I opted for the Fuji Set - which comes with five pieces of sushi over rice (2x tuna, 1x each of salmon, albacore, shrimp), and a half roll order of something from the Ninja Set - I picked the Alaskan roll, which is baked salmon, krab salad, and avocado. The Fuji Set lunch special also comes with miso soup and a side salad. Everything was fresh - the salad with the orange sauce dressing was great. The miso soup was a good palate cleanser. All pieces of sushi was fresh and the rice was perfectly moist and warm. Genuine sushi-grade rice. Alaskan roll was awesome too. Perfect proportions of filling to rice ratio. They were out of Topo Chico - but I think there's a shortage going on because one of the factories are shut down. I opted for Diet Coke as an alternative - while it was nicely carbonated, it lacked flavor. It had the caramel color and bubbles - but no diet coke flavor. It was like drinking brown, carbonated water. I could barely finish it. That's actually why I'm docking a star. One thing that stood out was the service. Apparently, my coworkers are regulars here, cuz one of the servers - Alan - stopped by and asked about the other two coworkers that normally join them. He was warm and welcoming when I was introduced as the "newbie" to the sushi spot (I usually bring my own lunch rather than go off-site and risk losing my perfect parking spot). Super friendly, genuine, and personable - he engaged in polite conversation with my coworkers as if they've known each other for ages! That's really an awesome thing to point out these days when service at most places are very face-value/surface level. Alan is definitely a great people-asset to this sushi spot! Parking is great - they have a private driveway and lot separate from the busy strip mall next door.

Seared salmon special - favorite dish on the menu!

Our friends recommended this spot, and I'm glad they did. I was skeptical at first since the exterior looks mid, but the ample parking was a nice surprise, and the inside is surprisingly esthetic. We arrived around 5:15 pm and were seated right away. Noise level was comfortable, easy to hold a conversation without raising our voices. Favorites were the seared salmon special and the baked lobster roll. The ramen was also good and great for sharing. The only miss for me was the calamari, which felt a bit greasy, though I'm sensitive to that. Service was excellent and the place looked clean. Overall, a much better experience than the outside suggests.

This was our first visit, and while the sushi was good and the restaurant was clean, what really stood out was the service. The woman helping us was friendly, funny, and genuinely personable. It never felt forced or scripted, just someone who clearly enjoys what she does and interacting with people. By the end of the meal, I found myself thinking about coming back more because of how we were treated than anything else. The menu is extensive, so there are plenty of things I'd like to try on future visits. The food was good, but the service is what made this place memorable for me. We'll definitely be back.

Most amazing sushi I've had in a really long time. We were just trying to find a solid sushi spot in the area with good variety on the menu and this place hit all the marks. The waiter recommended the Cincinnati roll and that might've been the most memorable, next to the volcano or the American Dragon. But truly all the rolls were amazing. The Thai tea was solid too. The workers were super attentive and helpful with any questions. Also, one of the cleanest restaurants I've been to- nice inside and clean bathrooms. This definitely is a new go to sushi spot!

Went for an early Mother's Day Lunch with my kiddos. Had an order of sushi off the Happy Hour menu. My new favorite roll is the Fantastic, it was indeed, fantastic. The service, is always great. I appreciate that everyone is kind & attentive. Beer is nice, cold, & crisp, miso soup is hot & flavorful.

Yeah I'm just trying to knock out all the sushi spots right now haha. Me and my cousin decided to check this place out before the movie at the Block. Parking really spacious so no problems there. We came in and was sat down immediately at a booth. Overall setting is pretty spacious too and the place had really nice bathrooms! Our server was quick and efficient and we opted to order a bunch of of sushi rolls. Our order did take quite awhile to come out. I think there was only one sushi chef working at the time so that could explain it. But when the rolls came out, everything looked really delicious! Also always order my go to salmon skin cut roll! Sushi was awesome! The fish to rice ratio was great and it all tasted fresh and delicious. The salmon skin roll though was only alright. I'm not sure of the seasoning poured on it but it was only good at best. Overall though this place was great! Not too far from the block and definitely a good option to get your sushi fix in!

We came here to watch the Seahawks vs. 49ers game instead of dealing with a noisy, crowded bar. At first, we were about to be seated at a table far from the TVs, so we let our server (I think her name was Allie) know that we were mainly there to watch the game and were hoping to sit closer to a screen. We noticed the bar seats in front of a TV were empty and asked if we could sit there. She initially mentioned there weren't any servers assigned to that area, but she kindly offered to seat us there anyway and said she would personally take care of us. That alone was really thoughtful, and we truly appreciated it. Every dish we ordered was delicious. The spicy miso soup was a larger-than-expected portion and came with great toppings, including shrimp. Since I mostly wanted appetizers to snack on during the game, I ordered the Firecracker and the LAPD - both featuring wonton chips topped with spicy tuna and sashimi. Super flavorful and perfect for sharing (or not). Overall, we had a wonderful experience. The staff was accommodating, the food was excellent, and it made for a great game-day spot. We'll definitely be back.

A lot of sushi options which I really like. Fish tasted really fresh, definitely some flavorful rolls as well. Solid options for appetizers. Overall food made me happy and full. Service was great, pretty solid people were serving me and friend. Got our drinks and food out fast thankfully. When I come visit Anaheim again, I will want to come again! It's a pretty big area, free parking space, and overall nice and friendly vibes on the inside of the restaurant. Highly recommending checking this place out if you're in the area and are craving sushi.

    Happy Tummy Hour menu

We made it into Happy hour! And were so excited at the regular menu that we didn't order much from it, ha ha! The Holy Mooly wagyu beef special roll was so "out there" we had to try it. Three sauces? Honest server said people have either really liked it or didn't. We really liked it! My boss had the Ultimate Trio (winner!!!!) which had a huge serving of chicken teriyaki, rice, the normal sides, soup, three nigiri, and the most amazing tempura mix ever! Huge eggplant, kabocha pumpkin, carrot, and shrimp servings, with the right amount of panko crunch that didn't disintegrate in the yummy dipping sauce. He also had the edamame and a hand roll to start, so yes, he had lots of leftovers. (Thank goodness our hotel has a mini fridge and microwave.) I didn't think I could finish the Wagyu roll, gyoza, tuna poke (cubed tuna with cukes and a full meal, so thanks to our server, I opted for the kids meal. Oh my, I couldn't finish that either-it was a generous portion of the mixed tempura and chicken teriyaki, the latter saved for leftovers with the rice and a cup of extra teriyaki sauce, again, thanks to our server!). The decor is Halloween adorable and they have a gorgeous sushi bar. Lots of seating and spacious restrooms. Ample parking, too! Their menu (food and beverage) is so vast I hope you can view it all. Sorry, also didn't know there is picture limit.... Enjoy!

Great fish quality and decent prices for a sushi restaurant! They had lunch deals with hand rolls for weekday lunches!! Great service, and will return again!

I made reservations so we could get the premium set. It was our first time, so not sure what to expect. The reservation for seating wasn't needed as the tables were mostly empty but the reservation was needed to make sure the omakase was available. There was no sushi bar seating, so the omakase came out all at once instead of a piece by piece experience. That's fine. Oddly though, the waiter did not explain which fish each piece was, but the sushi chef James told us at the end of the meal that the waiter was new and Chef James then explained the fish himself. Weird backwards experience but every one was kind and well-meaning. The quality of the fish in the nigiri was exceptional. Some of the best I've had in the area considering how close it is located to competitors like Ooshima and Kaigen etc. The fish all came dressed, which was to be expected. It was all pretty delicious except it was all just a little bit sweet for my taste.. I prefer more savory, salty, or lemony. That being said, the quality made up for the preference in taste which could easily be remedied with some soy sauce, ponzu, lemon, etc. The bite of Wagyu nigiri was genuinely the best wagyu I've ever had. We also tried the mussels and agedashi tofu for hot appetizers. Would 100% recommend either dish. Overall, happy with the experience as wifey was a happy birthday girl. We did not have room to try any regular rolls so I cannot comment on that. The one negative thing I will say is to absolutely skip the handrolls - any of them. The machine compacted rice made a roll that should be delicate feel mishandled and ruined the texture/experience of that roll. That being said, will definitely be coming back again for some more of the best quality nigiri in the area.

You would think they would've at least comped our drinks or given us the multiple appetizers they mistakenly brought out for the inconvenience. 3.5/5 Stars - Nice Experience, But Some Service and Timing Issues…read more We visited Tabi-Ji Teppanyaki for my husband's birthday and had an overall decent experience, though there were a few things that would make us think twice before returning. We chose the dining room seating rather than the teppanyaki tables. The staff did offer us the teppanyaki experience, but since we don't eat red meat or chicken from certain places and weren't sure how the food preparation process worked with mixed ingredients, we opted for a regular table instead. One downside was the seating arrangement. We were seated away from most of the other guests, and it often felt like the staff forgot we were there. Our original host/server was attentive and friendly, but once they were busy with other tasks, it became difficult to get assistance. It was also not busy for a Tuesday evening. We found ourselves waiting for long periods or having to wave someone down, which wasn't ideal, especially for a birthday dinner. As for the food: * Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll (4/5): Fresh, good quality fish, and a generous portion. A solid sushi roll. * Garlic Edamame (4/5): Flavorful and exactly what you'd expect from a good appetizer. * Lobster Duo with Miso Soup, Salad, and Fried Rice (3/5): Unfortunately, the lobster was quite chewy and seemed overcooked. The miso soup and fried rice were both enjoyable and helped make up for it. * Unagi Donburi (4/5): My husband's meal came with white rice, miso soup, salad, and fried rice. It was his first time trying eel, and he really enjoyed the soft texture and flavor. He said he'd definitely order it again. Our biggest disappointment was the timing of the food. The Unagi Donburi arrived significantly later than everything else. By the time it came out, we had already eaten most of the appetizers and other dishes and were pretty full. It's unfortunate because it seemed like a dish that would have been much better enjoyed fresh, but we ended up taking most of it home. Overall, the food ranged from good to very good, and being able to reserve through Resy and use our Amex dining benefit definitely helped offset the cost. However, considering the price point, we expected more attentive service and better pacing of the meal.

I've been to a lot of sushi restaurants over the years, and this place easily ranks in my Top 3. Every piece was exceptionally fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. I have to admit, I'm usually not a fan of tuna. But the moment I tasted the tuna here, I thought, "Have I been eating fake tuna all my life?" It was that good--clean, rich, buttery, and unlike anything I've had before. Another pleasant surprise was the California roll. I've eaten countless California rolls, but this was the first time I had one made with real crab instead of imitation crab. The difference was incredible, and I was genuinely impressed. The restaurant itself is stunning. The interior design is elegant and thoughtfully done. What I initially thought was wallpaper turned out to be artwork by a renowned art director, which made me appreciate the space even more. And the fish-shaped light fixtures hanging from the ceiling are absolutely beautiful. Finding a truly outstanding sushi restaurant that I can keep coming back to is rare, and I'm so happy I found this place. This is the kind of sushi spot that turns first-time visitors into regulars. Highly recommended!
