We ordered tonkatsu ramens, which was very flavorful, the chasu was tender + meaty, noodles were tender & had a good bite to it. They had a couple specials running at the time, so our entree was able to be paired with an appetizer, drink, or beer for a better price. Chicken karaage was yummy & had spicy mayo + lemon. Fried gyoza came with spicy chili oil sauce that was BOMB. Takoyaki came with 5 pieces & was soft to bite. Drinks we bought: passion fruit tea with boba + beer & sake bomb. The staff was nice and helpful and they have tvs featuring Kpop music videos throughout the dining area. We got two orders of tonkotsu ramen and got gyoza and karaage chicken for our free appetizers. Tonkotsu Ramen- It came with chashu pork belly that was juicy and tender. It also comes with green onion, and seaweed. The noodles are thin and chewy. Added garlic chips for an extra charge and it was worth it and added a depth of flavor to the dish. The broth is creamy and savory. Gyoza- Fried to perfection with a flavorful meat filling inside. There are dedicated parking lots in the front and back and the only things in this little block are this place and the fish and chips place. The broth tasted pretty rich but not in a way that was thick and fatty. It was very light and comforting to drink. The pork was thinly cut and charred. It was a bit tougher than I'd like. The noodles were tasty. They only had the thin noodles; it'd be nice if they had a thicker, chewier version. The ramen also came with a yummy soft boiled egg. * Miso Ramen (Medium Spicy) 3.5/5 - The miso ramen had a chicken broth base and came with chicken instead of pork. It tasted average. The broth was quite plain in flavor. The portions were solid and you could tell they don't hold back on the ingredients. The spicy rolls had a good kick without being overwhelming, which we appreciated. A couple of friends of mine recommended this place for ramen so I decided to make the leap. My friend Bang and I came last Saturday night 3/7/26. Parking can be tricky since it's a small lot. We ended up parking next door. As we walked in the menus are up and above and you order at the counter. I ordered the #1 Tonkotsu medium spicy level, a spicy tuna roll which comes with one free appetizer I chose gyoza. Bang ordered #3 Shoyu medium spicy level, a spicy california roll and chose chicken karaage for his free appetizer. We also got two pints of beer for $2 each as part of new customer special which was nice. After five minutes of sitting down our ramen and sushi came out. It took another ten minutes to get our appetizers I think because they were busy and backed up. The staff were very attentive and polite and made sure we got everything and enjoyed our meal. The noodles tasted kind of cheap and generic like the ramen noodles that you buy from the grocery store and cook at home. I was a bit upset that the ramen egg was just a simple hard-boiled egg rather than an Atijama. I would give it a 6/10 for the ramen. The service was top notch! The servers and were very kind and attentive. They helped me and the other customers to the fullest! As customers, we order our food at the front counter and pre-pay then the food gets brought out to us at the table. They have TVs everywhere in the restaurant and play music loudly. So, the ambiance is great! The prices of the food are very reasonable. I would return again. I love that they open until midnight daily (unlike any other ramen restaurants around) which is very convenient for me if I ever crave for ramen late at night. I stopped in a week after their grand opening and it wasn't too busy. I'd say there was probably 2-3 other people dining in. We placed our order and paid before we sat down and we were given a number to take to our seat. The staff were friendly, but they did not serve us what we ordered. I ordered their chicken ramen and they served us pork ramen. Their sushi was very small in size and I wouldn't say it's worth the price they charge. They did have a grand opening deal on their beer which was nice, but it likely won't last. The flavor in their ramen was decent but all in all it was subpar. The wife had the chicken ramen and it was tasty and clean, although the chicken you have to be a breast meat fan. I enjoyed the tonkatsu better. The kaarage appetizer at 50 percent off was also a good promotion. Overall, the ramen selection is limited to 4 broths and the standard comes with broth, noodle, a half egg, and green onions. All other options such as bamboo, bean sprouts, and wood ear mushrooms are the normal extra charge. The cashier Joycelyn that has the pink hair is rude. I watched her give attitude to the two customers who were ordering their food before me and she looked like she was annoyed to be at work. I then placed my order and she also gave me and my wife attitude as well. I reluctantly gave them a tip anyway since you pay before receiving the food and wanted to ensure my food was cooked well. When she brought our food, she still had the same attitude. The other guy that cleans the table Joseph was nice. The food was delicious, so shout out to the chiefs in the back, which is why it was a 3 star. It would have got 5 stars if it weren't for her attitude. Super chill vibe with a surprisingly deep menu. We were immediately greeted with a smile and a welcome, which was especially nice on this rainy day. Started out with some Takoyaki, which was amazing..very creamy, and loaded with octopus. Also got chicken Karrage and that did not disappoint either..juicy, tempura like breading and great flavor. My kid went with the Tonkotsu ramen, which had nice cuts of pork, solid creamy base and plenty of noodles.
