When I saw a new ramen spot opened up near my home, I had to stop by and try it. I really wish I didn't. Probably the cheapest bowl of ramen in the area, and the price is reflected in the bowl. Watery and tasteless broth, slightly burned pork belly slices, and an unseasoned hard boiled egg. The flavorless noodles were the best part of this bowl. I had two bites and couldn't finish it. Service was very quick, probably a red flag in hindsight, and the teller/server was nice and helpful. She was very apologetic and offered me a full refund and exchanges. 10/10 customer service. No issues with anything except the sorry excuse for a bowl of ramen. I will not be coming here again, and I'll be actively warning my friends against it. Luckily it only cost me $14. read more

Ramen Hub is definitely worth checking out! The prices are pretty reasonable, and I really liked the atmosphere. It has a fun bar-like theme with neon lights and a whole wall covered in anime art, which gives the place a really cool vibe. This is a very unassuming restaurant, small parking lot but ive never seen it full. Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was completely empty. They have a lot if deals for each month as well as a happy hour and also a student discount! You order at the counter and can eat there or get it to go. We ordered a tonkotsu ramen in medium spicy and a ninja sushi roll bc it was $10 for happy hour and a chasu bowl which was $4 during happy hour. We got the spicy stuff on the side bc i was scared of how spicy it would be but it wasnt that spicy! Also that red spicy sauce is SOOO GOOD!!! Phenomenal. The ramen isn't bad, the chasu is very yummy and i love the seaweed topping. The noodles could be better but it was fine. Neither of us really liked the sushi but i don't like sushi - it was just very American with the cream cheese and it was fried and had a lot of sauce on it idk lol. The chasu bowl was good, had a lot of sauce on it and was a different flavor profile than the ramen. It was pretty good and very filling for $4! Although place has dim lighting, there's plenty of tables and the vibes are immaculate. The reg ramen (I got miso) comes with a half ramen egg, chashu, and negi. Broth was light but not bad. Noodles thin, straight, and some chew. Chashu rice bowl tasted so good, practically could devour it and consider it a full meal, so bang for your buck =D. Tornado potato was a stand out! Highly recommend cajun if you like korean instant ramen powder but not spicy. It's kinda addicting. Texture is unique as it has crunchy edges, mashed potato pull, and almost raw center bite. We ordered tonkatsu ramens, which was very flavorful, the chasu was tender + meaty, noodles were tender & had a good bite to it. They had a couple specials running at the time, so our entree was able to be paired with an appetizer, drink, or beer for a better price. Chicken karaage was yummy & had spicy mayo + lemon. Fried gyoza came with spicy chili oil sauce that was BOMB. Takoyaki came with 5 pieces & was soft to bite. Drinks we bought: passion fruit tea with boba + beer & sake bomb. Tonkotsu Ramen- It came with chashu pork belly that was juicy and tender. It also comes with green onion, and seaweed. The noodles are thin and chewy. Added garlic chips for an extra charge and it was worth it and added a depth of flavor to the dish. The broth is creamy and savory. Gyoza- Fried to perfection with a flavorful meat filling inside. Everything in here in shiny and new. It looks very fast casual with 16 four-tops and very cool wall mural. There are dedicated parking lots in the front and back and the only things in this little block are this place and the fish and chips place. Service was super friendly and she kept herself busy the whole time I was here so she was very attentive. I got the tonkotsu ramen with extra pork and egg, chicken karage, and a California roll. The broth tasted pretty rich but not in a way that was thick and fatty. It was very light and comforting to drink. I did think the chasu and eggs could have been softer; I probably would order again but not extra. The flavor was good. The Cali roll was fat and creamy with crab and still tasted light. We ended up parking next door. As we walked in the menus are up and above and you order at the counter. I ordered the #1 Tonkotsu medium spicy level, a spicy tuna roll which comes with one free appetizer I chose gyoza. Bang ordered #3 Shoyu medium spicy level, a spicy california roll and chose chicken karaage for his free appetizer. We also got two pints of beer for $2 each as part of new customer special which was nice. After five minutes of sitting down our ramen and sushi came out. It took another ten minutes to get our appetizers I think because they were busy and backed up. The staff were very attentive and polite and made sure we got everything and enjoyed our meal. As customers, we order our food at the front counter and pre-pay then the food gets brought out to us at the table. They have TVs everywhere in the restaurant and play music loudly. So, the ambiance is great! The prices of the food are very reasonable. I would return again. The only thing is they didn't mention the deal of getting a discount on a drink if ordering some kind of combo with the ramen. It would be nice if they can mention that because on the sign it even says you cant add the deal after ordering. So why not mention the deal??? Have been keeping my eye out on this place and i saw it was open so we decided today is the day! No regrets! From ramen to sushi to gyoza and chicken, you can't go wrong! Decor is pretty cool, when you have goku and pikachu on the wall when you walk in, it's going to be good. Ramen was awesome! Sushi was good, had the bachata and the el diablo. Gyoza pan fried to perfection and the kids as always, love white rice! I even went to try the spicy pork rib and fall off the bone special!!!
