We had a sewer backup issue affecting the back unit/ADU while also dealing with separate toilet issues in the front house. Mick responded quickly, diagnosed both problems efficiently, and got everything resolved the same day. The front house issue turned out to be worn toilet flappers from normal wear and tear. The back unit issue was a main line grease buildup/clog that required drain clearing and camera inspection work. Mick also took the time to explain the likely long-term slope/drainage concern with the ADU connection in a very straightforward and practical way. One thing I still appreciate after all these years is that Mick communicates like an operator, not a salesman. He explains what is urgent, what is manageable, and what may become a future capital repair issue without trying to create panic or pressure.
