Do whatever but don't go for hair color to Souffe. She is the worst hair stylist I could ever imagine. I went to her for highlights root touch up. She left me with 2 different hair colors now my roots are brown and rest of my hair are blond. Absolutely the worst. On top of that she was texting and calling me harassing me afterwards when I complaint about her to the owner. Not even the first year person doing hair does such a poor job on highlights and apparently she been doing hair for 30 years. The whole time I was on the chair getting my hair done she kept on nagging on how she should charge me more because how many foils she is putting in my hair. I love this place! I have only used their nail salon services with Ely (followed her from a previous salon cause she's AMAZING), but this salon is SO NICE and very clean. On top of that, everyone is seriously so sweet and welcoming every time I come in even though I'm just walking through to go to the nail salon private room. Ely is ridiculously meticulous with her clients nails. I have OCD and she's the only nail lady I've had IN 15 YEARS where I haven't had to have them correct things or come back because something broke/lifted/came off/uneven/etc. I've had to go a month to get a fill with her hard gel, and still nothing was lifting or breaking. I know my "uniform nails" are extremely basic and plain BUT I've seen her nail art and had it done previously - ITS AMAZING. read more

I have been back to I. Shine Salon 3 times since my first visit with Hanna when he styled my hair for a special occassion, which I got many compliments for. I then returned and Hanna cut and colored my hair and did a wonderful job. After that I saw Walter for a consultation regarding perming my hair. During consultation, Walter told me he would order the product he thought would be best for my hair and the type of perm I wanted. Went back and I am over the moon with the way the perm turned out. Beautiful, soft, loose waves and little maintenance. After my perm I waited two weeks and saw Nadine (Hanna's wife, as he was busy it was day before Thanksgiving) for a color and I am thoroughly happy. I wanted something different but could also look like my natural hair color. I got a simple soft layered cut and copper for my color. I am obsessed, to say the least. (I love that this look was created without bleach!!) Roya was my hair stylist and she did absolutely fantastic, very sweet and listens to the customer. My boys have been struggling finding a good barber - they either didn't like their haircuts or ended up being cut/hurt so we decided to give this place a try since it's in a very convenient location with lots of parking space. WORST HAIR EXPERIENCE EVER! Hairdresser refused to cut my hair the way I requested (same way EVERYONE has successfully cut it for 40+ years- a simple bob). She kept telling me "you're gonna love it this way". I don't! I have an uneven mess with an inexplicable short side and a sudden dangling 2" on the other. No symmetry. No balance. Just a hacked mess that is what a 5 year old would do when no adult is in the room. I requested very fine highlights; top only. Again with the "you're gonna love it", the mad woman proceeded to do whatever she wanted. I have these bizarre, thick skunk lines splotched here and there. To end the nightmare, I jumped out of the chair and ran to the front desk. How did the manager try to resolve it? She yelled at me "you have to pay". OMG Tossed whatever cash I had on the counter, ripped the cape off and ran out the door! All of this because my regular hairdresser was on vaca. Not sure if mgmt or the idiot that did my hair was the worst part of the experience at this DIVE! read more

This is the WORST salon I have ever been to. Shanna did my hair if I could have worse BOX dye I would have I don't know what color treatment she even did besides messing up my hair. I would NEVER go to this salon. I would give words stars if I could. She smells like cigarettes and charges prices that can't make since.
