You walk in, pick up a menu and a marker, circle your base, protein, sauces, add-ins, hand it to the server at the counter and voila, it's done. It was filling and tasty at the same time. I had chosen two sauces but felt my proteins were seasoned and flavorful on their own, that this could be entirely skipped. The menu eliminates the decision making of you standing on line, deciding what you want to include in your bowl.

We ordered family style just so that we could try a little of everything. Some favorites were the lobster fried rice which was so flavorful and just a 10/10. I would order that again every time. The drinks were good, the gastropub-esque presentations on every dish were a feast to the eyes, and the flavor and perfection of the dishes were an equally impressive feast to the palate.
