    Mango Curry

Excellent experience here for lunch with family last Sunday! This is a little place we randomly found online while house hunting -- very unassuming and casual interior. We all are huge fans of Thai food. We were sat pretty quickly -- it was pretty busy which was a good first impression! We ordered: pad Thai with chicken, teriyaki chicken, crab wontons, kung pao tofu, mango curry and Thai fried rice. Everyone loved their food! My pad Thai was absolutely delicious -- a nice balance of sweet and spicy. We were all pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality of the food. Needless to say, we will be back to enjoy!

This place was so cute and so clean. It only has 7 tables but don't let that stop you from coming. Let me start by saying the service was really good. Quick, kind and informative. As it was our first time in Daniel made several recommendations and was able to answer any questions we had. Now let's get to the really important stuff: the food. We ordered avocado summer rolls for our appetizer. They came with a sweet and sour sauce and a peanut sauce. They were fresh and delicious. For our entrees I ordered the mango curry with chicken at a medium heat. The flavors burst inside my mouth and made me feel like I was in Thailand. The veggies were cooked but still crisp, the chicken was tender and the sauce was to die for. My husband had the Singapore noodles with chicken for his protein . The vegetables were sautéed to perfection with tender juicy chicken and flavor that was out of this world. We will definitely be making the 35 minute drive to this place again. If you're local go often and if you Live further away it's worth the drive any time you get the craving. They offer carry out as well.

Sooo good! Tucked away in the foothills in a small plaza there is this delicious place! Hidden but it makes that whole plaza worthy. The service was great and the food was amazing. I got the veggie spring rolls and they were so fresh and delicious. This place should be where there is broader population but I'm sure people in the foothills are enjoying this little secret.

We loved everything we ordered from here! The staff also did a great job taking care of us. The portions are such a good size as well. Not pictured we also ordered the crab wontons & calamari. Give them a shot! Worth the try!

Fantastic food & fantastic service! This is my new favorite spot! I recommend the butterfly shrimp, pad see ew, & mango curry. The dishes we've had so far have been hot, fresh & delicious! I highly recommend you check this place out!

Authentic Thai food in the valley, with both the food and the staff being wonderfully friendly and welcoming! 1. Pineapple Fried Rice: Quite good with a hint of curry flavor that gives it an interesting twist. Ordered mild, and though it's not as spicy as the tom yum noodle soup, the curry spice can make it a bit spicy to some. 2. Tom Yum Noodle Soup: I love tom yum, and though this doesn't have the mama tomyum ramen noodles style- feeling since it's with a different type of noodles, it's still really good. The broth is more like tom yum nam khon (creamy tom yum), almost like tomato soup. Ordered mild again and can be a bit spicy.. but spice is exactly what makes it feel authentic. 3. Coconut Ice Cream with Sticky Rice~ The ice cream was a bit sweet, but it's still quite nice with the sticky rice. I miss my Thai desserts haha. And of course, must have Thai iced tea hahah. Good to help with the spice too. Cozy restaurant and good food overall. !

This place was good!! This may be the best Thai here in ahwatukee boundaries. The panang curry was a knock out. I got mine mild and it still had some nice heat to it so be wary haha. Cute interior, very simple. Really nice staff I think my server was Ariel. I got the lunch portion. It's perfect for lunch. I'd suggest they just add $1 to the lunch combo total and just throw in the soda or like a tiny cup of soup to drive the value home but it was the right amount of food. I'll definitely be back.

when i say as a brown person, This food is AUTHENTIC. everything was seasoned to perfection and tasted amazing. The server was so sweet, packed up everything TOGO for us and even help" the door open for us. Super clean all around and just perfect. Usually never write reviews but this place worth every wait and drive. These people will give you the best dining experience!

Eggplant with chicken and Crunchy Chicken Roll

The food was incredibly delicious. We ordered crispy chicken egg rolls, eggplant with chicken and veggie lovers with beef. Everything was phenomenal. The waitress was very kind and attentive.

Panang Curry and Drunken Noodle (medium hot)

My first time having drunken noodles (medium spice level) and I was amazed and hooked from the first bite! The noodle texture is interesting, but that's the noodle, not the restaurant's fault. After a few bites you get used to it and the flavors make you forget the world around you. It wad the perfect level of spicy. Enough that I could taste it without compromising the other flavors of the dish. I also tried the crab puffs and they were so flavorful, would definitely be getting them again. You cant go wrong with either the Thai lemon iced tea or the Thai iced tea, I tried them both. When you sit inside, the drink is pretty large, you have been warned. I did not finish my food in one sitting but it made for a great dinner later that night. The service was great! Attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. It feels like visiting a friend or family. Would definitely recommend as one of the best Thai restaurants around.

    Chicken drunken noodle. Excellent!

What a great addition to the restaurant scene. The flavors, spices and portion sizes are spot-on. Easy to order and accommodating to heat preferences along with a lot of options. Quality all the way. Looking forward to trying something new off the menu next time.

Sesame tofu. Crispy on the outside & soft inside. Yum!

Upon my approach, the exterior was so beautifully curated that I initially mistook it for an exclusive, private small garden. I stopped at Glai Baan and ventured inside, finding the dining room wonderfully bustling with a lively, fashionable crowd a thoroughly excellent sign. The venue offers the most delightful arrangements; one may choose to dine within the main room or enjoy a seat adjacent to the exquisite flower beds and lush, cool greenery. There is also a beautifully structured small bar. The entire aesthetic is nothing short of exceptional, and I found myself quite enamored with the decor. I escorted myself to an excellent table facing the bar and requested a traditional Thai Iced Tea to begin. The bartender was an absolute credit to the establishment immensely warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. The hospitality here is truly remarkable; the staff handles their patrons with the gracious care of family, which I found immensely pleasing. For my dinner entrée, I selected the Kanom Jeeb, which bears a marvelous resemblance to the finest dim sum found in elite Chinese establishments. The kitchen executed the order with commendable timing, and upon its elegant presentation, my evening meal was rendered entirely complete. The seamless blend of sophisticated flavor, beautiful botany, and refined hospitality was an absolute treat. I shall most certainly be returning to this charming sanctuary in the near future

Given the landlocked area and dearth of Asian markets, I have so much respect and awe that they dont hold back on lemongrass and all the thai spices in both of the food and cocktails. Loud, modern, and hip scene even on a Wednesday night. 45 min to 1 hour wait if you attempt walk in but we did reservations just a week prior. We opted for indoors since we visited in June heat and that was a great decision as we were sat in the back clubhouse which felt like a secret cocktail club. Btw, if you reserve indoors or outdoors, they will hold you to it. Save room for their hibiscus and lemongrass creme brûlée that has the perfect crust and smooth texture. Even if you can't take a lot of spice, they did a great job sharing what dishes would still work. As a proud Yelp Elite, I decided to give this place a chance because the reviews were the best I saw in the city! The place was busy on a Sunday night and it is small but I never say customers waiting too long. There were two larger parties seated so the food took some time but nothing outrageous. We started with the calamari, spring rolls, and crab wontons. The calamari were the biggest I've ever seen and very delicious! Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the spring rolls or crab wontons. I feel like those are hard to get wrong but I was not a fan of the cream cheese that was used and it was a lot of it, barely any imitation crab. For entrees, I had the spicy basil and substituted ground chicken for chicken breast, my personal preference. I ordered level 2 spice but it was still a bit spicy for me. Trying a new Thai place is always hit or miss with spice levels so I actually thought I was being safe with 2. Additionally, the chicken was so bland. Some Thai places season their chicken, some do not and unfortunately Pad Thai Cafe missed that mark. My partner ordered the short rib curry dish and my goodness, it smelled like heaven and tasted just as good. I don't eat beef but had to taste it and it was divine! He also ordered spice level 2 and his dish was not as spicy as mine. Overall, the rest of the party enjoyed their food and there were good flavors there so I'd definitely recommend the entrees, not so much the starters.
