When everything runs smoothly, the experience is great and that's why I've continued coming back. I do want to offer a warning to others when planning a visit. On multiple occasions, I've made a reservation and received confirmation (which I can show), but when I arrived the reservation was not reflected correctly in their system. This has resulted in me being turned away more than once. I've remained a loyal customer through these issues, but it has become increasingly frustrating due to the time wasted, especially when planning my day around a scheduled appointment. The issue appears to be technological rather than staff related, but it's something others should be aware of so they can plan with fair warning.
