Ignacio and I scheduled a day to clean the carpets, but unfortunately, I had to change our day to due work. He was very understanding and stayed in contact until we found a good day to do it. When he came in, he was very polite and friendly. He was like the friend you've known but haven't seen in a couple of years. He was very positive about everything, professional in setting up, and efficient. He was able to set up, deep clean, remove everything in about an hour and half. It was really good time for all he did. He vacuumed, washed the carpets, added an odor destroyer and made it all look so easy. Overall; I plan to do the every year moving forward, and will see Ignacio in a year!
