Overall we were pleased with what this shop had to offer and we will likely come back again next time we are in the area. Service was fast and the line moved quickly. I tried a peanut butter banana flavor and the only reason why this review is 4/5 stars is because they used fake banana flavoring instead of real banana. I ordered two of their uncommon flavors available at that time: Lemon Ginger Snap: Pieces of ginger bread cookies mixed with lemon ice cream. They are very similar to the other ice creameries in the area, such as Molly Moon, Salt & Straw, where they offer standard flavors and temporary flavors. The prices are similar, too. They make their waffle cones in house. The shop is fairly basic, white color decorated. On this hot day, the line is long, but they move reasonably fast. They are well staffed. A separate ice cream station at the front offers free samples; a sign states this is the only place to get samples. I suspect that is a policy when it's busy. Hubby chose coconut match blueberry. My grandson now believes that anytime we come for a visit from Mukilteo, he gets to go here! It is the highlight of Mimi & Grampyʻs time with him. It is an incredible location; they move you through long lines lightning fast and, all the while, are lovely at customer service. We ADORE the taste testing while in line as each one of us has tried new flavors that we most likely would not order but after tasting you MUST eat!! I like the indoor/outdoor seating, the cheerful colors inside the shop, and the cute card rack and little goodies for purchase or just enjoy while going through the line. Honestly, all of the flavors were great, I'd go again 100%! So great ice cream - hands down incredible ice cream. 5 stars for taste. The issue is although signs are posted no dogs allowed, people bring dogs in to a food establishment. I love dogs, I don't love their feet on indoor tables and chairs people eat on. As summer takes off, getting ice cream is amazing, but the fact that they do not uphold no dogs allowed inside is concerning. There are plenty of shaded seats outside available. My son had a dirty scooter, we park d it outdoors to not get ground filth inside. Definitely concerning. read more
