The lone female employee was taking phone orders and handed two customers who had also been waiting for their orders. For those who are unaware, Tonkotsu literally translates to pork bones, so while it is definitely a hearty/fatty broth, it shouldn't have a visibly separated layer of grease on top. The food tasted slightly off, but tolerable. The fish tasted slimy, a weird kind of slimy. The rolls were sloppy and were plated quite messy and unappealing. The fish to rice ratio was also off. My kids wanted to try the sushi taco, so we ordered it. It did not look like a taco at all, we were very disappointed and it tasted horribly. Honestly theres better AYCE sushi places you can go to instead of this place. The seating was quite cramped and disorganized aswell. The fish was really fresh and flavorful. We enjoyed the yellowtail nigiri, the sexy roll, and hand rolls were of generous portion. We had a great and attentive server. Will be back!
