This is our usual go to spot for AYCE! The staff are super friendly & quick to bring out orders! The ambiance of the place is super cute inside. Love the decoration. I love me some nigiri! I will say the last 2 times we came here I feel like the sushi wasn't as amazing as the first times of us coming here! So not sure what's going on. Also a little too much Sriracha on the salmon & yellowtail carpaccios, a little overwhelming! I still enjoy them but they are just okay now or maybe a hit or miss now, just being that some visits are better than others, when before they were almost top of my list! I requested use of the restaurant patio to invite family and friends for an evening of all-you-can-eat sushi. Our small, intimate get-together was a huge success: we ate amazing sushi, received the best service ever, and left not wanting the evening to end. The restaurant employees went above and beyond to ensure we all had a GREAT time and that we received our sushi promptly. The patio itself was very clean and comfortable, providing our group with a private setting so we could enjoy ourselves without worrying about making too much noise for other restaurant guests. I was even allowed to bring in my own music, which was a huge plus. Our entire group ate so much that we were only able to complete 2 out of 3 rounds of all-you-can-eat. Each new roll we had was DELICIOUS, fresh, and well-prepared. Overall, would say SushiMe Roll'n isn't bad for an AYCE sushi restaurant. The fish quality isn't bad. It's a bit above mediocre, but it's not as good as X-Fish Izakaya. Their nigiri's were pretty fresh and yummy. My only gripe with the nigiri's was the rice to fish ratio. There was a bit too much rice for my liking. Otherwise, I would recommend ordering their nigiries. I would skip on their riceless rolls. They are too filling and not that flavorful. Would highly recommend ordering their baked muscles, salmon collar, tuna and salmon carpaccios and garlic edamame. Service was decent. There was only one female serving and hosting at the same time so we were understanding of the delays. The restaurant has ample seating and was pretty clean. They also give complimentary vanilla/matcha ice cream after your meal. I love the no rice rolls but wish they would offer more of them on their all you can eat. I usually order à la cart specifically because I prefer no rice rolls when they're available. For a Labor Day late Monday dinner around 7pm, we were surprised this wasn't more crowded. There was a 15 party waitlist at Thumpling so we were relieved there were tables here. This has a $41.99 AYCE option, but we decided to do a la carte since we weren't that hungry. Most of their rolls are $14.99 and we got the Laker roll and the mixed skittles roll. Both were delicious. We stopped by randomly after stopping by 85 bakery in the same plaza. We figured eh let's grab takeout sushi. They cost 60 bucks for 4 rolls, pretty typical. The food was ready in 5-10 minutes, we were kinda shocked how quick but happy we didn't have to wait long. Probably cuz this place is ayce so food gets out quick. Quality of fish and overall isn't the greatest. Maybe ok if you're eating fresh on the spot and enjoy them as ayce (though I'm not sure). Especially the deep fried ones, ugh so doughy is all the flavor I'm tasting. The rice either too stuck together or fell apart when picked up. Also the pictures don't look like the actual products. I'm pretty sure I ordered a couple of fresh rolls but didn't receive any. I probably didn't pay attention to the description (rushing!) or they gave me the wrong order. They were packed pretty badly too. They're stacked but they wouldn't stay stacked so we kept having to readjust (not able to hold constantly in the car). I usually order to go from here since I'm on their marketing list and once and a while I'll get a text message for promotions. I've havent eaten in the restaurant since it's always togo but when I pick up my order the food is usually right out front at their check in counter, the inside looks like there's dimmed lighting. The area looks spacious. Depending on the time of day that plaza is also pretty busy so it could be hard to find parking upfront. I found this place during Covid and did a DoorDash order and eventually found their website and just started ordering on my own. Once I called in for a phone order right at opening time and the person on the phone told me their fish was still frozen and they're thawing it, so it'll be an extra 30 mins before my food was ready, I decided not to order that day and went elsewhere. I found it questionable why there wasn't any preparation. If I had dined in person would they have told me the same thing? The food is good and it's near my home. The portions are on the smaller side which is why I only order when there's a promo text. For their price point I'd prefer other sushi places in the area. Service was good, the waiters came by quite frequently to check up on us. My party of two shared a sake-me and a tonkatsu ramen. Both of us were full by the end. The tonkatsu ramen was pretty good. The broth was not as rich and creamy as the ramen that I've had at places that specialize in making ramen, but it was still enjoyable. Not salty, which is a plus! Although the pork chashu was a little tough, they were generous in the amount of meat that was given. They also gave a full ramen egg instead of just a half. Toppings include seaweed, bamboo shoots, green onions, and corn. I was honestly disappointed by the sake-me. The slices of salmon were very small, so I could barely taste them. It was mostly like eating rice, seaweed, and cucumbers with mayo/sriracha. In summary, if I came back, I would probably order the ramen again and would definitely not order the sake-me. read more

Our server let us move tables because the sun was shining through the windows even with the blinds down. You are given an order sheet and you fill out your order there. You get 3 rounds. Some items are limited on AYCE like the bluefin tuna, Hokkaido scallops and agedashi tofu as those are 1 order per person 1 time only. The sushi were hard to pick up since the rice kept falling apart and some rice had more vinegar than others which left an unpleasant taste in my mouth. The salmon didn't hit the spot. The menu states if you're under that height 40 inches, kids eat free. 40-56 inches there's a fee. I was happy they didn't enforce their "everyone needs to participate in AYCE" as stated on their menu because I knew my son just wants rice, seaweed, and a little meat. We were concerned that he would get charged the mini AYCE fee and I knew he wouldn't eat much. We were lucky that they allowed us to order a la carte for him. Thank you sushime rollin! I was thrilled when they were able to accommodate my son with 2 sides of seaweed and chicken teriyaki with sauce on the side. He was overjoyed making his own sushi with chicken. He ate and was entertained which allowed us to eat and enjoy our sushi in peace. There were inaccuracies in the orders. We ordered 2 orders of baked mussels expected 4 but got 5. Ordered salmon temptation expected 4 pieces but got 8. That was in our first order so it was a happy moment. Music playlist included artists like Mary j beige, Dr dre, limp bizket, and luniz. Which again is location appropriate. It was cool to hear some of the song from my childhood very nostalgic. The restaurant itself has nice decoration and comfortable layout. We went on a Sunday at 3 pm, and it wasn't too busy. They also had football on the TV which was nice. The only drawback was that we were sat at a table that was practically shared with another group. It was a large table with a small divider on the table. Not all of the tables are like this though.
