This is one of the top ramen i've ever had. the flavor of the broth was just so rich and good. they even have a ramen challenge. i asked one of the staff members if i could try just i tiny bowl of it. they let me try it, but i guess i'm to weak when it comes to spicy stuff. I will give this place a 5 star for their food. Ramen was great, portions of meat were more than I expected compared to ramen places in Bay Area I have been. We did wait a while to be seated. Younger slim waiter had a very bad attitude however. Jesus Christ!! He threw the check to the people previous to us, would that have been me, I would've told him to pick it up and try again. Specially if I'm hungry!! He was huffing and puffing when taking our order, until I glanced at him and he noticed and stop. Dude needs some lessons on customer service but I won't hurt the restaurant owner with a bad yelp due to his unprofessionalism. They do need to give him an attitude check up. My wife and I ordered a spicy chashu ramen and a small chicken karaage rice bowl. The ramen soup was very flavorful, thick, and spicy. Five large pieces of chashu were tender and juicy. The noodles were firm and chewy which I liked a lot. The small chicken bowl was large enough already for me. The chicken was crispy outside and juicy inside and the rice was also firm and chewy. Came here after Ten Gu ramen refused to accommodate my order of just the ramen broth and I am so glad I did. They were extremely nice on the phone, the staff was willing to accommodate me for everything, seating and they are pleasant and friendly. I would recommend Ichitaru Ramen over Ten Gu highly. We ordered take out and half the ingredients were not included added veggier were like a slaw than actual veggies and the tofu and egg were missing from one order entirely paid close to 30$for each ramen that in itself is insane i know and we were very disappointed. The previous owners of this ramen restaurant did it no justice. Current staff is making it happen! I've tried all of the various broths/dishes over time and have been very satisfied. I travel for a living, and ramen is one dish I seek out. Ichiyaru does not disappoint....The chashu pork is exceptionally tender and flavorful. Try the kale noodles. I really enjoy Ramen, but this place does not serve Ramen. I spent between five people over $100.00 on ramen and buns, and by the end of it all of us felt sick and a little ripped off. The only decent thing was the fries, and even saying that, I've had better elsewhere. The next day I was craving Ramen, and had a cup of noodles from Costco called snapdragon. I honestly enjoyed that more than the Ramen from this place. And it was $1.25/cup of ramen from Costco. I fed everyone for less than $10.00 Also this place is not very kid friendly, the tables are set up for young couples mostly just two people per table. Such a wonderful gem in our neighborhood! The ramen here is super yummy. My 8 year old ALWAYS asks to come here. The staff are super friendly, the service is excellent, and it is a comfortable place to enjoy a steaming hot, delicious bowl of ramen. The tastiness of the broth and the quality of the noodles and ingredients are all top notch. I like the black garlic broth, and my daughter loves the miso. I tried the Garlic Bomb Ramen with spicy miso level 12, and it was amazing. The broth was super flavorful and rich. They have spicy level from level 1 to level 20. The Garlic Bomb Ramen comes with both fresh garlic and fried garlic which is super cool for me. I am a garlic person, so I really in love with my ramen. Also, they have a really refreshing passion fruit iced tea too. I will definitely come back to try other flavor. read more

Replaced the Ramen Factory. This new place is legit! Broth is rich and complex. Got the Garlic Bomb and it was really good. If the ramen is good I won't have any broth left. Passed the test. Honestly the best ramen that I've ever had, Having read the reviews of their spot in cypress I had high hopes but wow they really exceeded them. Noshiburi Ramen is so great! It is full of fish bone flavor. The noodle is thick. All are good and yummy. Recommended.

me and my now husband have been coming here for over a year and some change and it has been phenomenal everytime. we visited today and i can agree that things have changed. the food still seemed to be kind of the same but it felt that something was missing. one thing we love about Ichitaru is the portion sizes because a lot of places give you less for more ($). we decided that we'd try out another place since things have changed. maybe management is different, because we didn't recognize any of the staff nor cooks, but it isnt as bad as the reviews are making it seem. i will agree with marc and say i had to violently visit the restroom as well . read more

Came to the restaurant at 9:00pm on the dot expecting to be sat down and the servers told us that we had to get it to go even though they closed at 9:30pm. They were not nice about it at all. There were also still a ton of people sitting and there was no mention on their website of them stopping seating at a certain time. Went ahead and ordered to-go because we wasted our time driving there and no other places in the area were opened. On top of that, they made us wait 20 minutes for our two to-go ramen bowls. To top it off, the food was sub-par. Will not be coming here again and would recommend that others don't come here either. read more
