The creek is beautiful to look at and listen to at night if you get a river front site. Unfortunately thats the only positive of this RV park. Not realizing the time change. We arrived 45 minutes early after driving for 8 1/2 hours from West Glacier MT. The host quickly pointed out that we would need to pay an extra $25.00 dollar fee (with taxes $27.10). We agreed because we were tired. The spaces are extremely close to each other. The fire rings are broken and hard to build a fire without smoke, intruding on your neighbors due to the close site proximity. The park is definitely not dog friendly, no where for dogs to play or do their business. Signs all over the park where dogs should not go or be, but they don't provide anywhere but an overgrown area behind the dumpsters with a sign to pick up but no doggie bags provided. It's clear the river front sites are their money makers because other areas of the park are in need of attention or under repair. The staff could be a littler more personable. On a couple of occasion we said good morning to no response. We left a day early without a refund and would of left earlier, but our next stop did not have openings.

RV park was 0k. All standard site services available. Price was about $46 w AAA discount. No WI-Fi that was reliable. Bathrooms and showers looked nice but were closed due to Covid. Site was under tree with fruit that fell all over my RV. Close to Leavenworth and you could walk to the resort next door called the Sleepy Lady which had a beautiful garden. They had a bar and other open services.

Very nice camp host and quiet site with privacy. They have a small store for incidentals and free coffee. Conveniently located near downtown Leavenworth. Definitely will be back for a longer stay.

The river view from the cab of our motorhome.

Don't believe the negative reviews regarding staff, everyone we met was very pleasant. Well shaded sites, grass in between, we lucked out with a nose in river front site. No permanent residents, some seasonal guests, no attitude towards people staying a few nights. Quiet, peaceful place, yes they enforce the rules, but they are all standard stuff. I would highly recommend this place to adults and people traveling with children. Yes the reservation system is old school, and somewhat difficult, but worth the effort.

There were a lot of bad reviews we were skeptical but we had a great experience. The people that worked there were very nice to us. We were in a spot with no shade it was 98 degrees and we have dogs so they were able to move us to a shaded spot. They are very experienced at directing backing vehicles into spots. They helped us re-hook up our rig. Positives: beautiful, fun town. Clean bathrooms and free shower. Laundry facility. Park is on River. Cable TV. Well maintained pretty park. No Mosquitos!!!! Negatives: Poor WiFi and we have Verizon and could only get 1 or 2 bars on our smartphones. Spaces not big, not all have fire rings. Pet area not ideal. No play area for kids. I think if you just follow park rules all is well. Best shade spots.31-39 Largest shaded 42-56 Best shaded River 99, 100 Our Fave 31-39 shade all day Note: River is loud.

This is a small little RV park and campground, but I love how the owners take excellent care of the place. One guy was always out planting and watering the plants and flowers. Another guy was literally cleaning the bathrooms several times in the day. The restrooms are nice and clean!! (Showers are available too here) The campsites are alright, but if you have preference and/or a group, I highly recommend getting the lots 31, 32, 33 area. Wow, more room, away from the main road, more trees, and a couple boulders to climb on. It looks bigger than the spot we had, which was spot 4, next to the restrooms. Firepits are very small, but we still used it to make s'mores. They also have a little enclosed basketball area. Sites 17-30 are basically next to the main road. You will hear the road noise, especially if you're camping in a tent, but I still like staying at this campground because there's not many other options for an RV park. Across the street is a gas station and Safeway. You're within a minute or two from downtown too. If you're into climbing, you're not that far from Icicle Creek climbing area either. We would stay here again with friends if we camped/rented a trailer again.

The RV resort feels tucked away in the forest, giving it a cozy and secluded vibe. The sites have water and electric hookups (no sewer), and the bathrooms and showers were spotless. Showers operate with quarters, while the restrooms are free. The restaurant was a great bonus and really added to the stay. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner with hearty portions and delicious food. We loved that they also host weekly specials and events like free Bingo on Mondays, Taco Tuesday, Prime Rib Friday, and live music on Saturdays. Out back there is a spacious yard with picnic tables, yard games, and a stage for music, which makes it feel like a little community hub. There is also a gas station and convenience store next door, which came in handy for basics and propane tank refills. The location itself is perfect. It is only about 15 minutes to downtown Leavenworth's Bavarian village and very close to Lake Wenatchee State Park for outdoor adventures. A big shoutout to Vito, the host, who is very hands-on and attentive, especially in the restaurant. You can tell he takes pride in making sure guests are well taken care of. Prices were very reasonable for both the RV sites and the restaurant. The only thing I would suggest is adding a fenced-in dog run, but there are trails on the property where you can walk your dog, so it was not a big issue. Overall, this is a great spot if you want a peaceful RV stay with excellent food, fun activities, and close access to both Leavenworth and Lake Wenatchee. Highly recommend!

Since the first site was in the middle of the lot in front of the store with no shade it wasn't hard to improve it. Clean restrooms - nice and clean facilities but usually crowded. 3 stalls and 3 showers in the one close to us was usually busy. Great store- open daily until 10pm is a nice convenience as well as having a Safeway 5 mins away. Activities for kids - if you have little ones they will love this place. They have daily activities for the kiddies as well as a pool and a path down to the river for a swim. There are basketball hoops, volleyball, playground and field to kick a ball. Proximity to town- very close to downtown Cons No space- they put a camp site in every nook and cranny they could. There are RV sites, tent sites, cabins all smashed together very close to one another. As well as in front of and behind. It felt like we were on top of each other. The roads throughout are one way and narrow so not enough room for a car to drive along side a walker or bike rider. 5 mph Too crowded- since there are so many sites and kid activities there are people and kids and dogs everywhere! We have a kid and 2 dogs so we get it but it just felt so cramped it was hard to relax. So depending on what you're looking for this may or may not be for you. If you want to get away from the busy city and want quiet nature time to spend with the family this isn't the place. If you want nonstop activities for the kids it is for you.

The park is very walkable and friendly. Pretty much everybody has a dog or two, so me and my new pooch met a lot of fun people.
