We had a custom engagement ring made by IOTR 10 years ago, then the following year, we also bought my wedding band. The experience then wasn't the greatest but it was pleasant and the rings were beautiful with top notch craftsmanship. I never had an issue with the rings over a 10 year period. When my husband agreed and offered to upgrade my engagement ring, I was thrilled and reached out to IOTR because of their amazing diamond upgrade policy. We had a wonderful experience with the Icing on the Ring team! Ara was knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. My husband and I were able to find the exact Moissanite engagement ring that I wanted (7mm princess cut solitaire in yellow gold). To my surprise, their prices are way better than another online/storefront location that I had used to do my research (B.E.). I wanted to stick to a low budget and I never felt judged. We ended up going back to buy both of our wedding bands at Icing on the Ring as well! I also trust their word. They stand behind their work and refuse to sell items that wouldn't stand the test of time. I had thought I wanted a single prong diamond band, but Ara recommended the double prong for sturdiness. They even had a special sale event so I ended up buying an infinity band rather than a 3/4 or 1/2. Also, my husband made the mistake of choosing a ring size that fit perfectly in cooler weather but ended up being a bit too tight in warmer weather.
