Well here is the scoop. I absolutely Luv coming to this nail salon. Tein and his wife Susan Are absolutely incredible individuals that has so much passion, pride in the work they do. I am a business owner myself so with that being stated. I am very selective into where I go for certain services. They make you feel like you are family welcoming and Always doing what is the right thing. I am sorta baffled by some of these negative remarks as I personally have never ever witnessed any negativity from customers nor any sort of rudeness from the staff. They go above and beyond to exceed my expectations and I will forever be Tein and Susan loyal fan and client. Mary is exceptional on a pedicure I felt like I was walking on clouds upon leaving. I strongly encourage on giving them a try. I am pretty positive you will not be disappointed. I personally thank Tein and Susan for taking amazing care of my needs. The nail salon that I have been going to for a couple of years was closed today due to family emergency. I was way overdue because as most women know my hair was getting caught under my regrowth. I googled nail salons and Nails by Jade was the 1st on the list. I was hesitant because spending this kind of money on nails, you want to know that they will do a good job. I LOVE coming to Nails by Jade. My technician is Tienn and ever since I first had him, I will ask for no one else! He is precise, makes great suggestions, and is careful but speedy and efficient. Great flow of conversation, as a bonus! I usually have a full set of acrylic nails and I always leave feeling immensely satisfied with the work. If I can't have Tienn as my technician, Bee does a great job as well! I started going to Nails by Jade almost 4 years ago now.. I will not go to any other salon. I have a regular Stylist named Bee. She litterally is the best I have ever gone to. I enjoy going to get my nails done every single time. I will tell anyone and everyone go to nails by jade. They will treat you great, actually remember your name every time and do great quality work. I visited Nails by Jade today (the salon is under new management). Bee is my nail technician- she does an amazing job and she takes her time but still gets you out in a timely manner. She is kind, friendly and thorough. The salon itself is beautiful, very clean and practices COVID safety measures. The rest of the staff are also nice and friendly. I received a dip and a manicure from Bee! This was the 1st time ever I received a professional service, as we were taught to do in school!!!!! She was very Personable and professional!!!! I could not ask for a better nail tech. They really treat you like family, there is no unfamiliar face with to them. I have been with Sou for over 5 years she has made me feel so comfortable I will never go anywhere else. She know me so well I just go to her and just give her my hand and say do your magic! Great atmosphere...kind and friendly owners and employee's. Been going to Jades since the early 90's. Had my nails done by Tien yesterday evening (one of the new owners). Just had a pedicure and gel manicure done by Chu. What a great job! She is such a perfectionist and made me feel pampered. I love how my nails look! The owner has also remodeled the shop and it looks fabulous. The prices are also very reasonable. I have tried other places in the past but this place is top of the list! read more

Sou is a fantastic nail tech, I should say nail specialist. I been to numerous nail Salons, but have not found anyone that is as great at doing nails as Sou, especially with her unique nail art. The staff is friendly and inviting and their work is heads down the best !! I love my nails and will be going back for sure! The salon is clean and Sou was absolutely amazing.
