Went for the lunch special. What a mistake! This is what is making America unhealthy. Nothing here is good for you. Grossest pizza I have ever encountered. Selection of pizza laid out until nobody wanted what was offered. Infrequent replacement or refresh of the pizza on the buffet. Slimy pieces of unappetizing, poorly made junk food. The pizza was thick and gooey. Must appeal to people who are looking for an additional 5000 calories in their diet of empty, overprocessed food. Iceberg lettuce is the most worthless of empty calories and nutrition. Once again with the amount of dressing being slathered on by customers, an additional 3000 calories. Based on the observed clientele, the adults are headed for early cardiac disease and diabetes. So unthoughtful that "busy" (read: lazy) moms are cramming this stuff into their children. Their criteria must be that their nail and hair salon expenditures are exceedingly more important than feeding their offspring healthy food. Not a bad spot for a reasonable and filling meal. With plenty of pizzas to choose from, including a build your own option, and a salad bar, it's easy to end up getting something you'll like. I shared a medium build your own pizza with my dad, and we were able to do different meats on each half of the pie. Paired with the salad bar, the medium pizza was plenty, and we even ended up with a couple slices left over. The pizza was good, pretty consistent with most quick chain pizza spots. Only wish was that the crust was thicker and more doughy. The salad bar had a pretty good spread of toppings and lots of dressings to choose from. I am a customer service manager and i would write up or fire every person involved in this transaction. we waited over 45 minutes for our order when there were many who ordered after us whowere served, when we asked our server to mop no o speak to a manager he said here was no manager on duty and he was only a supervisor. told us they were busy. I asked for another drink and was told he couldn't do that. I wasn't asking for a free drink, just another drink which I would have paid for. it will be a very long time before we go back if ever. so disappointing. there are many choices in eagle. you need to figure this out! read more

We've only had this pizza at the restaurant. Once around Halloween and once the other night. We were able to get a seat both times. You order at the counter. They have a salad bar and fountain drinks. Service is okay but not attentive at all. It's definitely family friendly as my kids love coming here. It's super low key and casual. Think kids birthday parties happening all around you. The pizza reminds me of a place called Round Table in Northern California so it's a bit nostalgic for me though the pizza isn't my favorite all time. read more

I was not greeted when I walked in, unpleasantly stared down, front desk had no costumer service. They waited for me to speak and couldn't even make eye contact with no qualifications to be running the front desk. If the company wants to stay in business I would fire these people immediately. Visiting town from CA and being that it was pizza Friday we had to stop by. The place was hopping but still had plenty of seating. Many TVs around to keep you busy while waiting for the pizza. My wife and I are new to the Treasure Valley. We came here because of the reviews and because we like pizza. Located off Riverside Drive in Eagle, it is in a small strip mall near a pond and fountain. The entrance is not large, but once you get in, there is plenty of seating. You order at the counter, they give you a yellow card with your name on it, and you go find your table. We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and two salad bars. My wife found a nice table facing the pond behind the restaurant. Table with a view? Nice touch. The salad bar was also a hit with us. It offers a nice selection of greens, other veggies, beans, meats, and dressings. If you want to go to the bar again, just ask a staff member for another dish. It was nice to munch on the salad while we waited for our pizza. When it arrived, we didn't think much of it and we each started on a slice. We then realized that it was not pepperoni (I guess I thought perhaps the pepperoni was buried underneath the cheese) but cheese with a hint of pineapple, though no pineapple chunks. I liked the crust and there is ample cheese, not too melted so it has a nice texture. The hint of pineapple gave it a sweet taste, pretty good. However, not what we ordered. We stopped and asked a young woman if our pizza looked like pepperoni. She smiled and said no, it was definitely not. She said she would go talk to someone. While my wife was getting us waters, the young woman that originally took our order approached her and offered us a pepperoni pizza to go, at no charge. I thought that this was a very nice response: take responsibility and make it right. So, we got our pepperoni pizza, plus the cheese pizza. We told the manager (owner?) how much we appreciated their service recovery, and left them a nice tip. We will definitely be back!!! read more

I've ordered online/delivery many times and have not had a problem. My last order got messed up and was delivered 1.5 hours early and I complained about it to the delivery girl. I have since attempted placing an online/delivery order and my account has been deleted and when I tried to register again it says that I live outside of the delivery area....1.2 miles away from the store. I can't prove it but I think the girl that delivered my pizza got pissed and did something to my account. read more

My friends and I heard great things about this place, and while the pizza did not disappoint, a particular staff member (Rory) ruined our experience. We appreciated that he is dedicated to his work, however he proved to be very invasive and ripped plates out of our hands while we were seated at our table. He continued to circle our table every minute and check to see if we had empty plates. Even though we very clearly still had pizza on our plates, he would come up, grab our plates without asking, and rush away. When he tried to do it again, we confronted him and asked if he would ask us if we were finished before plying the plates out of our hands. He only responded "it's just our policy" in a disrespectful tone, while rushing away to tell his managers that we had talked to him. That is two hours without even having starting the order. Do NOT waste your time with this location. Idaho Pizza Company is yummy! I order pizza from here every couple of months whenever I am down in the Boise area. The last pizza I got was a custom build-your-own and they piled the toppings, cheese and sauce on it. I asked for extra cheese and I got extra cheese. I asked for extra sauce - the sauce was on there too! Staff is nice, the place also has a few beers on tap and the salad bar is always fresh. I need to go down there for that lunch buffet! How much you enjoy the pizza - salad bar - wings offerings in this order-at-the-counter for take out or for table service in the huge space with 'lotsa' blue and white checked oil cloth covered (easy to keep clean) tables may be a function of expectations set going in. You could do a lot worse for pizza in the area. You could do better too. It probably depends on who is being fed for how IPC fits you. THE PEOPLE & THE PLACE: The people at the counter and those who run your order to your table (if you order at counter to eat in) and who take away empty buffet plates are friendly, the entire light and bright place is clean and orderly plus the Eagle location, one of about 16 in Southwest Idaho for this locally owned chain, is perhaps the nicest for interior and includes outside patio seating with a "fountain" water feature. Located in the kind of little strip mall that dots the west Treasure Valley landscape like fleas on a dog (you're right...I dislike strip malls) an advantage is the location has a parking lot. THE EATS & THE VALUE: Pizza prices range from roughly $9 to $20 (or more depending on extra toppings you may choose) in sizes from Personal to Small (10") to Medium ($12) to Large (14"). In addition to pizza, wings and hoagie roll sandwiches, a salad bar is available to purchase during all service hours. But their claim to fame seems to be the lunch-time pizza bar buffet which with salad bar included is a mere $8.50 for all you can eat of both. ($7.50 pizza bar only.) Both of those prices may include a soft drink from the serve yourself machine...I don't drink them so can't recall. Considering the modest prices the quality of many ingredients is better than expected. But being more than somewhat underwhelmed with the pizza we ordered and ate in during very late afternoon one day (no crowds is a plus for us), young fans told us we would "get it" better if we went for the "awesome" lunch time buffet option. So we did. Alas, we got it less. From my buffet experience, a drawback was a few pizzas were not even lukewarm (says she who has been known to enjoy cold pizza out of the fridge for breakfast) and none was labeled for what was on them. Of seven varieties only one didn't contain meat of at least one kind and "mystery meats" they were given lack of labels. So if you're picky about proteins, you're out of luck...even when asking someone from the kitchen who was restocking to help with pizza identity as we did. No matter what time of day you choose IPC if you're a parent with hungry kids of any age, this seems like it would be a good choice and I'd wager for that audience it would generate at least a 4 star rating. IT'S NOT YOU, IT'S ME...AS THEY SAY: I am not a a fan of 'all you can eat' because I have this thing about the gluttony and food waste the format encourages. As in the woman at the table next to me who had a plate piled with more than a half-dozen pieces of pizza, a jumbo bowl of ranch dressing to dunk them in - this is a thing I do not understand but then I have been known to put pineapple on a pizza with Mamma Lil's hot peppers and red onions so to to each their own - and a plate of salad fixin's piled high. But if that kind of high volume consumption is your thing (who's to judge) or if you're serving a team of hungry high school kids or a church youth group or a birthday gathering of tweens and want them to be able to eat a lot of decent food for a little money, this is the place. Guys we met who work in the local construction trades also highly recommended this IPC location as a good bargain favorite of theirs to fill up on lunch buffet and I sure can see how a clean dining area and friendly service at the counter would fit the bill after a morning of hard work. Although I will also share that a young guy now working in a similar field who used to work in an IPC kitchen gave me this advice when I asked what pizza to order for my first foray, "Anything from someplace else." Ta dum. IPC doesn't fit us well. No knock on them. Different pizza for different people. But for what they do here, they do a good job for the right audience. I wouldn't refuse to go back if someone suggested it even if I wouldn't seek it out on my own. You might want to try it on to see if it fits you. ACCESSIBILITY: Level in the door from sidewalk, all on one level inside, standard height table seating, all salad bar and pizza bar offerings appear out of ADA reach range and a customer using a wheelchair would likely need assistance. NEIGHBOR: If you're looking for the "up-town girl" option for pizza locally you might try Red Bench also in Eagle. Otherwise, in comparison to other Eagle pizza joints, I think sticking with IPC is your best bet. GOT A GROUP?: This is a very good place for a big group to gather given the abundance of tables and a second room that can be reserved I think. read more

Then 2 outta the 3 pizzas came out wrong... wonder whose fault that was? My BF and I split the Dole Hawaiian which came out correctly because we had no modifications. Our friends ordered two separate Stampede BBQ Chickens, but one of them came with bacon and the other with green onions despite them asking for them to be left off. The guy who delivered them to our table apologized and was gracious, asking if we wanted anything else to make the experience better (like dips/dressings) and brought them out promptly. We weren't there long, and when we were headed out, we waited for one of our friends near the front while she used the bathroom. The grumpy lady who earlier ran the register called out rudely, "Are you needing something??!", to which we laughed and replied that we were just waiting for our friend to get out of the bathroom. Mind you, this wasn't anywhere near closing time, and no one was at the front. So, I really don't know what her deal was, but luckily the food was great. Very good pizza, & friendly service. We have always done takeout, but the salad bar looks tempting! As far as the pizza goes (because that's what we're really here for) the crust is unique and I really enjoyed that the pizza had a different dough than most. It has almost crispy, caramelized situation on the crust yet with a soft interior. The only thing that could improve would be the flavor. It seemed a little blah on the garlic Pizza, which I expected to be over the top flavorful because, hello - garlic. But it was sooooo close to being a home run aside from that. We have also had the meat pizzas and others and they're all very good. So overall I really do love this place and have been back many times and plan on many more.
