We came in at 8:30 and we were told they were out of pizza dough. Seriously!!! This place fails in service. The following day the owner took the time and replied to my dissatisfaction. I think that says a lot about the owner ship of the company. I'm not giving this restaurant a 3 for the food (I didn't get the opportunity to try the food), but for the customer service. This is one of my favorite pizza places in the treasure Valley. My family came from CA and Oregon to visit. We got 5 pizzas and they all were so impressed with the pizzas. They especially loved the BBQ chicken pizza. Some of them said they don't normally like barbecue chicken pizza, but this one was a winner. We took the pizzas to go, and ate at a park. On a weekend it takes about 40 min- to order ahead for pick up, on a weekday at dinner time20-30 min for order to be ready for pick up. I'd actually give them a 4.5 if I could. We are newbie full-time RVers, currently hanging out in Eagle, ID. We have had guests for most of our time living in the RV, and today was the first night we had the RV to ourselves. We were craving pizza, and Idaho Pizza Company had good reviews. We ordered the Idaho Supreme with Thin Crust, peppers only on half. The only reason I marked them down was because we've had better thin crust, but the sauce was one of the best we've had, and the pizza was loaded with meats, with not one green pepper on my side.:-) We will be in Boise for another few weeks, and will definitely order fron IPC again! read more

Came in early on a weekday. Staff was friendly and everyone was working. It wasn't crowded when we came in but it was picking up by the time we left. Pizza is one thing I could eat everyday. While we were generally happy with our dinner the crust could have used another thirty seconds in the oven. It wasn't under cooked that I felt like I needed to say something though. i just had a terrible interaction with three employees at idaho pizza. all i wanted to do was take a few left over slices of pizza home to enjoy later. and when i went to go get a box, which i asked an employee for, it was ripped out of my hands and they told me that i was not allowed to take home my pizza in a box, but they said that i could take it home on a napkin. and now i have greasy hands, jeans, and napkins on my lap. i am not sure why they are not letting me have a box because they did not explain why and they were not nice at all about it either. i have had a few bad interactions with these employees in the past but today i was sick of it. at the eagle ipc they need better management and employees. i hope that they get a chance to read this and fix the issues that they have found on in their work environment and that everyone is aware when the visit the eagle idaho ipc to be careful for scary mean workers that hate their lives. read more

The Good: Our delivery was accurate and arrived at the time frame promised. I enjoyed the flavor of the red sauce on our pizzas. Just OK: The toppings were on par with most chain pizzerias I've ever eaten at, Dominos, Pizza Hut, etc. Nothing really stood out among the 4 pizzas - pepperoni, cheese, Hawaiian, and Sawtooth (meat lovers). The cheese didn't have much flavor for me. Could Be Better: Pizza is a personal thing. For me, the crust had no crisp to it, not on the periphery or the bottom. It was also overly chewy and tough. No one wanted to cook and pizza got delivered. That box got checked. read more

Love the pizza and they deliver to Star. We have been eating this pizza for years and it has only disappointed one time so I won't hold it against them. Everyone messes up sometimes. Stopped in for a pizza to go and while ordering we saw one of the line cooks wipe his face with his bare hand. Without washing he went back to putting the dough out. We told the clerk about it on the spot and she said something to him BUT he still DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS Asked for a manager and was told that there wasn't any on duty. Gave the shift lead my cell number and told him that I expected a call from a manager in the morning but never heard from them. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service I received at this "restaurant" today. My friends and I wanted to go here for my friends birthday lunch. Not all of us wanted to eat food, we just wanted to sit and enjoy our lunch with our other friends who were eating. The manager Michelle and the other front desk lady (who wouldn't give us her name) told us that in order to sit down we had to pay for something because we were high schoolers. I witnessed older ladies go sit down in the restaurant without paying for any food. When I pointed it out the front desk lady explained that it was because we were high schoolers and we would steal food from the buffet. I ended up having to pay for a small pizza for all of us, who didn't want to eat, in order to sit down. What a waste of time and money and so disappointing that they associated high schoolers with theft. read more

We got delivery. It was very good and hot. Loved the pizza loaded with goodies. They do not skimp on the ingredients.

We went for the lunch buffet which for the price is a good value. The pizza quality is on par with similar chain type places but not the buffet deal is worth it. The restaurant was well staffed and the pies were brought out constantly for the lunch buffet crowd. I will definitely be going back for what these days represents a great deal... read more

Idaho Pizza has locations all over the Treasure Valley and a lunch buffet that is hard to beat. If I were to tell you my favorite pizza in Idaho, this place would get a top 5 ranking. If my husband is looking for an affordable, fill-him-up kind of lunch, this is his first choice. Food: I've ordered pizza from the buffet line, whole pizzas, salad from the buffet line and pizza twists. THE PIZZA TWISTS ARE WHERE IT'S AT! I think the pizza is really good. The pieces are sized well so you can eat several without feeling like you've stuffed yourself. The crust is a medium thickness and the pizza is always covered with toppings. It's very, very good pizza. The pizza twists, served with marinara but we ask for ranch, are really delightful. They're soft and crunchy at the same time, and the inside is sometimes a little bit under-done, which I like a lot! Drinks: Serve yourself soda-fountain. Atmosphere: The Eagle location has the best atmosphere of any of them. It has an outdoor patio that overlooks a huge fountain and pond. It's never too busy, so you can bring one or two people or a whole group. Service: I don't often see the same people working behind the counter, so sometimes it's clear that the server is new to the game. The managers and cooks are fabulous, always friendly, upbeat, and quick to clear empty plates. Healthy Hack: Opt for the salad bar and load up on veggies, skipping the cheeses and breadsticks. Happy Hour Offerings: All you can eat pizza and/or salad bar lunch buffet. Times vary by location. TIPS: Ask about military discounts... some will honor it and some won't. This pizza place is SOLID. Good quality every week pizza spot. Since moving here a little while back, my family was searching for that pizza joint that would get the job done for our once a week pizza fix and this is it. Pizza is tasty and a good value. It might not get the job done if you have a craving for a deep dish or a new york style pie, but as far as a classic pizza all around pizza, we really enjoy it. I think we must have ordered for pick up on a Saturday or Sunday evening 3 or 4 times in the last month and we will keep going. In California we had Round Table which was a solid spot but could be a little pricey. IPC's pies remind me of Round Table, but at a better value. We have yet to dine in, so I cannot comment on the service or the buffet or anything like that, but strictly speaking take-out . . . I recommend. read more

Pizza was fresh, hot, slightly crunchy crust. I had the Treasure Valley pizza which was a white sauce w/chicken, bacon, tomato and recommend it. Salad bar (all you can eat) has lots to choose from and excellent dressings. Service was good, fast and friendly. Tables were thoroughly cleaned immediately, all surfaces wiped and floor swept. We are here visiting from California and had a pizza craving. My husband loves NY style pizza which he got at Guido's a few nights ago. I love pizza from Round Table (in CA). IPC was the spot! First of all, the service inside was GREAT! Super friendly staff. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. We ordered pizza twists, a mini pizza, a salad bar and a drink. In CA that would have come out to close to $25 easy, which is what I was expecting (I didn't pay much attention to prices on the menu when I ordered). I was blown away at the total being just under $15! The salad bar was very good and not messy which tells me they take pride in cleanliness. The food was great! If I lived here, this would be my work day lunch spot and definitely my "come hang out and watch the game" spot! Thank you IPC! read more

Phoned in an order. Decided to pick up because delivery was going to be an hour and a half and pick up was only 45 minutes. I showed up an hour after ordering. Yeah, there are better places to get a pizza, but my co-workers like the lunch buffet and their salad bar is pretty good. It's definitely popular with the take-out lunch crowd. Wednesdays are double punch day, so that's when we usually go. Everyone knows this so it gets pretty crowded. This place is pretty big, though, and we've never gone without a place to sit. If you don't like crowds, get there at 11:00 AM. You'll have to deal with the Eagle High lunch crowd, but they're not there for long. They have two sections of the restaurant you can reserve, one of which is equipped with A/V for your business presentations. The far back seating area has been closed off, I think to be their new take-out window (not 100% sure), and they've added some communal-style tables to the dining area to make up for the loss of seating. All in all not a bad spot for a lunch, especially if you're hungry. They have cherry coke AND Dr. Pepper at the fountain, so I can make my cherry Dr. Pepper :) That was ALMOST worth another star. read more

Amazing!! Reminds me of a pizza place in my hometown-- round table. They have good specials, pizza, twists, and the dessert twists were awesome! Only thing I didn't like was the dipping pizza sauce for the cheese twists. Had a weird after taste. However, this will be a staple for us. read more
