This has become a regular spot for us. The food is consistently great, the people who work there are always kind, and it's just a great place in general. Tried this place out after seeing quite a few commercials on it. We got a variety of things. A little disappointed that they were out of boneless wings so we tried the regular ones. They we're just ok. The pizza was good. We especially liked the all meat one. Crust was perfectly done and it was nice and cheesy with big toppings. Went to Marcos this evening around 6:20 pm there were 2 tables occupied and 2 employees standing in the front. I ordered a pizza and left a tip, we were going to take it to my daughter's work for dinner at 7. I then asked how long it would take in the employees stated they were pretty busy so it would be 30 minutes. That was going to be cutting it real close for me, but I went next-door for 15 minutes and then stepped back into Marcos. I asked about the pizza and was told they hadn't started it yet and it was going to be about 30 minutes. I was frustrated so I asked for a refund. The manager was called that and while giving me my refund, all she had to say was they were short staffed do you know how it is? read more

The pizza is good, I'd definitely recommend it but what stands out to me about this establishment is the friendly service. It was my first time there and I was treated like a long time customer by the staff. Even the delivery guy yelled from across the parking lot as I was leaving with my order "Enjoy the pizza! Have a great night!". You don't really get that anymore these days.. That type of service is definitely what's going make me return :) read more

This review is for the Caldwell Idaho location. I ordered a half and half the first time I ordered and they left off the mushrooms and olives on one half. I called they said no problem next one is free. Ordered my free one. This time they mixed both sides together. So I guess they have a cook that can add 1/2 and 1/2. Means mix it all together and get ONE. went next door to papa Murphy and had a perfect half and half with more toppings in 3 minutes. We found Marcos late last year in Sandy Utah and loved it so much we had it again the next trip down. We were sad to see we had one here on idaho but it was closed. We are very happy to see they're back open. We came in for lunch and were not disappointed. They have games to keep you occupied while you wait but the wait wasn't that long at all. We got the delux pizza the cheese sticks hot wings and salad and everything was delicious. We had to order for 8-person adult birthday party. It was refreshing to have the staff so accommodating and pleasant when I placed the order, and when I picked up, it was just as efficient and friendly. I ordered 3 pizzas and two salads. They do not have delivery but it was on the way to the party. I ordered veggie and cheese with thin crust and one veggie crusted. The pizzas we pretty good. Everyone seemed pretty happy. I had a bad experience turn good. After a long travel day, i ordered pizza late at night via Postmates. I was starving and just wanted a basic medium cheese pizza. I get the order and it looks like double pepperoni & I'm unable to eat Pepperoni. As one might guess, i was furious because by the time i got the pizza, Marcos was no longer available on the postmates app as it was now 11:30pm. I have nothing to eat, been traveling since 8am, I'm HANGRY at this point and called into Marcos direct (which is what i should have done to begin with, but hangry doesn't think straight or the same way hindsight 2020 does) & i get this annoying, never ending phone tree commercial. So I'm cursing at the commercial when an employee picks up the phone and catches me mid curse Thankfully he didn't hang up on me (i would have) & passed me on to his manager. When i explained what had happened, and that i would even drive the wrong pizza down there for the new one, the polite manager said don't bother, we'll get a new one out to you right away and proceeded to ask me if I'd also like a cookie or brownie (which was super nice, but also hilarious! Look up Bill Burr's stand up on being offered a cookie). The store was closing around 12am, and it's 11:52pm as i'm giving him my information so his coworker Josh can deliver it to me after closing. I left a tip on the door and they made it right with a delicious cheese pizza (I'm like Kevin from Home Alone) with the parm on the crust--i don't care if they spat in it, that sh*t was delicious too!! I chewed cross eyed & fell asleep happy! In a day where customer service has lost its touch, this Marcos joint kept it alive by defusing a hangry Italian. Thank you to the Manager for his next level, old fashion way of handling business with a smile, even if he cursed my name when we hung up (i would have). read more

Left a prior review before it changed owners. Now under new ownership we thought we'd try it again. My boys ordered a pizza and picked it up brought it home, they each took a slice and ate a few bites. The rest of the pizza ended up in the trash, they said it was so bad they could t eat it. Ended up getting food somewhere else. read more

I ordered from Marco's for the first time about a month ago. I ordered a vegetarian pizza. Overall it was fine, but I was somewhat shocked to discover that they were using canned mushrooms instead of fresh mushrooms. Also, it appeared that they had forgot to put the onions on before it was cooked so they just sprinkled raw onions on the top. If they used real mushrooms and had cooked the onions with the pizza, it would be an extra star on the rating. read more

Orders late but no excuse to have the worstpizza of my entire life. Pizza smelled like death if death had BO it would be this pizza. Pizza was greasy to the point my mouth was filled with grease after one bite. The pizza box was so saturated in grease the box caved in while I was walking it to the trash the pizza is currently sitting all over my kitchen floor.I'm writing this crisscross apple sauce next to the pizza contemplating my entire existence.
